GREAT IWOULD USE THEM AGAIN

My son is now a single father and has been taking care of a 4 bedroom house, 3 children, a dog and a cat by himself for months. My husband and I decided to have his carpet cleaned for Christmas. We made the arrangements through Angie's list from out of state and then came to SC to oversee the event. John agreed to do the cleaning exactly when we requested it and began promptly at the agreed upon time. He explained the multi-step process he used and did a great job. The carpet had been very dirty and after it was cleaned, it literally looked fresh and new.

They called me the next day to schedule my appointment time, On the day of the appointment they called to ask if they could complete the job earlier then schedule which was fine with me. They worked very efficiently as one prepped a room the other cleaned and treated the rooms. It took about an hour for the three rooms and cleaned up after themselves. This is the third time we have used this company and as always they do a great job,

Very professional. Arrived on time and did a great job!! Drying time took longer than 2 hours because I had them use scotchguard on the carpets. I plan to use Palmetto Carpet Cleaners in the future.

The service was excellent! My carpets are deodorize and clean. One carpet was badly stained and he did a great job. Extremely happy!

I had three rooms of carpet cleaned for $99.00. I added on a sofa and the carpet on my stairs. They were very thorough and did an excellent job.

This husband and wife team were outstanding. Not only did they do an excellent job but they were very knowledgeable and helpful with carpet cleaning advice. They also were very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. I had a very tight timeline with travel and moving in to this home and they bent over backwards to work me in and satisfy my schedule. I am very much in favor of supporting local entrepreneurs and this is one team I can totally get behind. Will definitely use them again.

Overall we were very satisfied. The only complaint that I would list is that it took almost three days for the carpet to dry completely.

John and his wife were very professional upon meeting. He explained their process of cleaning and did a very thorough job of it. There was one area of carpet that looked pretty bad but John said they could get about 90% of it cleaned up. It looked really good when complete. They did a great job and completed it very quickly.

John and his wife Paige did an outstanding job!! I, honestly, thought I would have to replace the carpet in 2 out of the 3 rooms cleaned....these two performed a miracle! They were super friendly and in/out in no time. I couldn't be happier! Will definitely use these guys in the future.

My bedroom had traffic dirt and I had 2 different professional carpets cleaners in but they could not get the carpet clean. So I started pricing replacement carpeting (pricey!). Decided to try Palmetto Carpet cleaners and all I can say is WOW! My carpets look brand new!! I could hardly believe it. The owners did the work, and they were so nice, and absolute miracle workers. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

They were great. I thought that they were professional and did a good job. They were on time and did exactly what I asked them to do. They were extremely respectful and had good manners. They got in, did a good job and were out. It was just the $119.

There was an additional charge to the $119 Big Deal because the square footage was not quite what we estimated so there was an additional charge for that. They were great. They did a great job on the carpet cleaning. It was just a little surprising that they upped the charge in the end. We thought it would be close, but I did not expect it to be that much. I would possibly use them again in the future.

Great customer service. He kept in touch with me from setting the appointment to completed job. He let me know when he was running a little late and what his new estimated time was. It was very nice to be so informed. He and his wife did the job. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job which gave new life to old carpet. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They gave me an estimate before starting. It took a little less than 3 hours. The floors look great! Will use them again. They told me in advance they don't move furniture so we had already moved everything out those rooms before they came. I think it was less than $300.

They came in and vacuumed the carpets first and then cleaned with a low moisture cleaning process. The carpets look great and it made the house smell really good too. We are very pleased with Palmetto Carpet and Tile Cleaners. John and his wife Paige are super nice people! We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all our friends. :)

Response was quick, scheduled within a couple of days of my call. Communicates via text (I found it helpful). They were very professional, quick but thorough. The carpet and furniture turned out great and dried quickly. I asked them as they were on their way to my house if they had time to add the furniture (was left by previous owners, and was covered in dog hair). They said "no problem" and took care of it. I will use them again.
