John was on time, friendly and the service was great. We were able to add cleaning the stairs after he arrived. I didn't think there was any hope of saving the carpet on the stairs but the carpet looks new again and we couldn't be happier! Best of all there was no sales pitch for other services. We look forward to doing business with them again.

My wife wanted the furniture moved to clean all the area carpets in each room, but the service provider did not want to move the furniture. He only wanted to do the traffic areas. She felt he was not cooperative in performing the cleaning as she expected.

They were early, friendly and super thorough.....very honest, didnt try to sell me any extra services!!!!!! They did an unvelievable job on a shag carpet as well as our couch/ottoman that has seen better days! Was so comfortable with them that i was able to leave them alone to run errands!!!! Highly recommended!

The arrived on time. Helped me and my husband move some furniture, and then began a step by step process that he explained in detail.; and began to work in the living room. I also had an oriental rug on top of the carpet in the dining room, and he cleaned that too. Carpets were finished and smelled fresh and clean, and stains removed! I will call them again, no question!

I purchased a deal on angie's list for Palmetto Carpet and Tile Cleaners. I was contacted the next business day by John to inform me that there was an error with the deal that I had purchased but that he would still honor the price that was in the deal. We setup a date for him to come out and complete the cleaning. I had to reschedule at the last minute for another day which he was able to accommodate my schedule change. He contacted me prior to arriving letting me know he was on the way and completed the work in about an hour. The carpet had several stains and very dirty from my two large dogs. He was able to remove the stains and the carpet looked brand new when he was done. The final price that he charged ended up being less than the price of the deal I had purchased. Very pleased with the quality and hope to contact them in the future for tile cleaning.

Called ahead and showed up when he said he would. Performed a very professional job and took out several pet stains where my dog had gotten sick. Did a GREAT job at a reasonable price and you can bet I will use him again! Could not have been more pleased.

It went very well. Two friendly, courteous people showed up on time. They re-vacuumed all of the carpeting, spot cleaned and paid special attention to traffic patterns. When finished the carpet looked great. The entire process took only a couple hours.

We were very excited about the service and the results. The people were very nice, professional, prompt and they did a great job cleaning the carpet! All the pet stains and the carpet stains were removed and we have a nice fresh smell! We had considered having the carpet replaced prior to calling Palmetto Carpet & Tile Cleaners. However, we decided to take a chance and have the carpet clean first and because of the great job that was done we saved ourselves $2,500! I called John to come out and look at a rental property of mine that was left in very bad shape from the previous renter. I was told by numerous people and realtors that the carpet needed to be replaced. I didn't have the money to replace it so this was my only option. John was able to come out a few days earlier than expected to do the job, and not only did he get the carpet clean and all the stains and dirt out he was able to remove the odor as well. Great job, will be using again!!

We had a coupon for 4 room or a certain amount of feet. They called and scheduled when they would come (our carpet had been through potty training of 2 dogs and 2 kids). The company told us to move light furniture. They showed up and got down to business. They were very friendly and prompt. I even added carpet deodorizer and stain remover. The carpet came out great! We will use them again!

Floors and shower looked very dirty due to darkened grout from years of use. John and his assistant brought them back to life! The bathroom floor looks brand-new, and the shower is sparkling clean! They could not have been more professional, from start to finish. Arrived on time and worked steadily until job was completed. Charged exactly what they had quoted. A pleasure to do business with!

I found this provider on the list for my mother. She has had a dirt stain on her carpet where the dog lays at night. She has had two other carpet cleaners out trying to get that stain up. No luck. Palmetto got the stain up. She is ecstatic that the stain is finally gone after so many years. She is already planning to get them to do the rest of the house.
