Clark's Termite & Pest Control

They called and scheduled an appointment with me. The inspector who came out seemed to be very thorough while going around my house checking for termite damage and any termite activity. I thought that they were very professional. I would use them again in the future.

I like them very much. I have been using them 3 years. They are always on time, put the cover things on their shoes, and do a good job for me. I don't ever see any bugs anymore and I am completely happy with them. Their price is competitive and we have talked to other people. All the guys are professional and easy to deal with. If I ever see something between the visits, I just call and they are right there at no extra charge.

My experience has been excellent. They come out on time and make sure we know what is going on. They take the time to explain if there is anything wrong. So far, so good.

They are very good. They do what they say. They have good representation for their company. I would use them in the future.

They do well. Overall, the workers communicate well, but sometimes the office doesn't communicate as well. Their pricing is competitive. They stand behind the quality of work, if there is an issue they will come back to fix it.

The service tech showed up on time and in company uniform. He crawled under the house and found the leaking pipe. He fixed the pipe and inspected the subflooring. He took pictures of the subflooring and showed them to me. He explained that although the subflooring was wet, it wasn't damaged and was not warped as was suggested by another plumbing company. He then installed the moisture barrier and showed me pictures of them as well. He finished the job, was very professional, and explained everything in detail. I will certainly use Clark's again.

When Clark's Pest Control came out to our home they sprayed and we were very satisfied with the service that they provide.

Pillars were replaced with 4 x 4's and both they and the bases were substantialy smaller than the originals. The pillars were installed somewhat off center. The paint was thin and would have looked much better if an additional coat was provided. Paint was on the concrete porch and I could not see any attempt to clean it off. This job was hired and managed by the sellers Realtor and was accepted by my client under the circumstances of the closing. The quality of work was typical of average handyman repair, but does not meet my standards and my ratings reflect my personal standards. I expect repair to be equal or better in every respect than the original unless specifically agreed to in writing. Gettng quality home repair has always been an ongoing problem in real Estate Sales. The seller wants to pay the minimum, the timeframe is always "want it yesterday" and a bill from a licensed contractor is all that is required for the closing attoorey to approve payment for the repair at closing. A quality complaint is an uphill battlle and is unsuccessful most of the time. Quality is always subjective and typically on the low side. Often best to get money and manage the repair yourself if your lender will allow it. So bottom line. I would use Clarks for termite and water damage repair, but I would closely manage the repair and would expect to receive quality results.

They were very professional and punctual. They were here when they said they would be. They did what they said they would do. I was pleased with them.

I found them in the phone book and will use them again in the future. The man who comes to do the treatments does a good job but the office staff could be more responsive.

I like that even though it is not time for them to come out and service the house or whatever, if I have a problem, they will still come out and take care of it at no charge. I have an annual contract with them, and I pay $110 every three months. I would continue to use them in the future.

They are very easy to work with. They contact me for scheduling and are very good about reminding me about when I need to get the work done. They actually have a flexible schedule wherein I can always get scheduled whenever it is convenient for me. Their price is reasonable for what they do. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

.When they come in they ask if I have had any problems and then they spray the areas. If I have a problem they come back and re-do it. They have been doing their job. I will continue to use them in the future.

So far the service is pretty good. I haven't seen the kind of results that I would like but it is fairly good. It is pricey but it is comparable to some of the other areas. It is better than what I had before. They are responsive if I have a problem or need someone to come. If I see a problem they come right away. They are consistent. I like their payment. I pay for a contract, which is pretty hefty, but then I can pay seasonal and they have payment options that are more appealing for residential customers. I would use them again but i would shop around first.

We have been Arrow Exterminating customers for years. (And my parents used them when I was growing up) And today's experience was (I'm happy to say) excellent as usual. I called Arrow this morning to ask for their help in removing a large hornet's next that my son unpleasantly discovered under the pool deck. (Several hornet stings! Thank goodness he's not allergic!) I was quoted a discounted price due to our years as an Arrow customer. Pat from Arrow came to my house a few hours later, suited up, and quickly neutralized and removed it. While he was here, he noticed that carpenter ants were active on our house. (We have a carpenter ant contract with Arrow.) He dealt quickly and effectively with them too. After all of this service (in 100 degree weather!), Pat called in to the office and arranged for a further discount for us on the hornet nest removal. How could I NOT be delighted with this experience! When you call around, Arrow will not be the cheapest service you find. However, in my experience, they are the best, most reliable, and most likely to provide effective remedies and satisfaction. We tried going cheaper once - called Terminix to handle a silverfish problem and save $100 compared to Arrow. We were very dissatisfied -- it was Arrow all the way from that point onward. Thank you, Arrow and Pat!

I have been using them for years. They come every month and I don't need to be home. Everything is fine and I don't have any termites. They are not cheap but they do the job. They check consistently and make sure that there are no termites.

They were on time, worked hard and explained each step that they took. They kept the area clean and completed the project as described in the agreement.

Very good, overall. The people who come to our home are courteous, and personable. We were having a problem with roaches coming into the house, and they took care of it. They are concerned about our insect problems, ask questions, and follow up. Their staff at their main office are diligent about contacting us, to schedule an appointment for treatment. Last season they were also out to treat a serious flea problem, with our dog. They explained at length how the flea cycle works, and how they (& I) could help to treat it...fighting fleas can be tough, but they resolved the problem. I know Brandon Jeffcoat, the Director, and can say that he will do anything to take care of a customer. I think that these folks are good.
