They were professional and punctual. I've only used them one time so far to treat my yard but they came when they said, they gave me a price break because I also have them for my termite and insect, so they bundled a price for me.

They're excellent. I decided not to go for a special treatment and he did not charge me for a home visit. They even came at the time they were called and the professionalism was excellent. They're professional for the way they addressed to the degree of their familiarity of their field and they're polite to their customers. They are my provider for the service.

I had carpenter bees drilling holes in my deck and front porch railing. Clarks sent out a very knowledgeable technician that sprayed for the pesky creatures and gave me a lot of information. After the treatment the bees were gone. No more hole drilled into the wooden portions of my home.

Service person called ahead to arrange the service time, then called again when he was on the way. He arrived exactly on time, was very professional, and performed the treatment efficiently.

Clark's was VERY quick to send someone out to give an estimate. The estimator was very knowledgeable about the situation and gave his professional opinion. This was our 2nd opinion (and a completely different approach than the 1st ). We called by several times as we were deciding what to do (including after we got a 3rd opinion with a different approach). Each time the gentleman from Clark's was very understanding. He helped explain his opinion to not only myself, but also my father-in law. We ended up going with a different approach, but we're very pleased with Clark's customer service and help.

iaClark's repaired some damaged wood after we tangled with them on the phone and threatened to escalate the concern. However, more damage was found and they declined to even come and look at the damage. The termite damaged wood was replaced at my cost. I would strongly recommend that you pick a different company to inspect a property before purchase, or you could end up paying for home with existing termite damage.

I feel the company should have more of a brochure listing their services instead of a type-up sheet listing the service I was signed up for.. I had to call to get that. Felt like I was pulling teeth for the info. They already did the initial termite bond.. so I am forced to go with this company or pay again to have another company repeat the procedure. A real "catch 22 "situation.

The guys they send are friendly, professional and quick! They're always on time, and they do a great job because we really never see pests inside our house.

The first round was mostly successful but I had to call them back out a week later for a second round. This time the ant problem was entirely taken care of and we've not had any more issues since then. The second round of treatment didn't cost anything and was covered by the cost of the initial visit. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and careful when spraying around our child's play things. He said the chemicals were extremely safe but didn't want to take any chances. Overall, I have been very happy with the services rendered and have no real complaints.

Clark's was recomended by my realtor for my termite inspection when purchasing a home. The inspector showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. He even noticed improper fixes to the foundation under the house and alerted the home inspector. I was also given a significant discount because the job took shorter than expected.

Mr. Chuck Inabinent, and his two assistance arrived on time and were ready to work. As I previosly discussed the project with Mr. Inabinent, I was 100% confident that the work will be done right. But it turned out that I was wrong. They EXCIDED my expectations. They delivered SUPERB work. They treated my old house with TLC, and that is what every homeowner needs. For them that was not old, rundown home (who cares); for them that was their client's home - treat it with respect. Thank you Chuck. You and your assistants made me very, very happy.

Another company wanted to charge us $500.00 just to remove the moles. Another company was less than this company; however, they kept saying they would show up but they never did. Clark's showed up on time, they were professional and best of all, our lawn is looking great since they got rid of the moles. We also found out the moles were attracting snakes and destroying our lawn. Since they treaded for the moles, we have seen no snakes and our lawn is looking great. We would highly recommend this company.

Our tech's name was Jamie. He is always very professional and thoroughly explains each procedure. We feel very comfortable with the service provided through Clark. We were able to schedule appointments online which is very convenient and user friendly.

Contacted Clark's to renew our termite bond. There technician came out and completed the inspection and applied the booster treatment. When were in the process of selling the house. Contacted Clark's again and had them complete the termite inspection. A manager came out and inspected the property and provided the termite letter.

I have been a customer of Clarks for three and a half years. I have my termite bond with them and they also do Pest control. When I moved into my house, it had been vacant for over a month. There were numerous spiders, ants, and other critters. Clarks has been great and since they have been servicing my home I have not had any problems. I compared prices of other pest control companies in my area and they were the cheapest. They are always punctual, courteous, and friendly. The customer service is great. I pay $300 every January for my termite bond. For my pest control I pay $65 every 3 months. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

I would recommend them very highly. All their people are trained well. They are very knowledgeable. They set up the appointments and are on time. I have used them for twenty-five years.

I am real pleased with them. Even when I didn't like something, they came back out and made sure it was right. They are extremely thorough. If you're on a contract with them it's to their advantage that they wipe out all of the termites, so they do. They don't cut corners and they want to please.They want to make sure their customers are happy.
