Description of Work: The company has been our pest and termite service provider for several years. They have been pleasant and professional to work with. They made repairs at no cost when it was discovered that termites had caused some damage in our garage above the garage door.

Description of Work: A Clark's representative came to our house and gave an estimate for termite protection, as well as the fee for annual renewal. We also asked for an estimate for laying plastic under our house to prevent moisture from damaging floors, etc. the price that was quoted was reasonable. On the designated day three Clark's representatives treated our house for termite prevention and put under our house plastic to protect it from excessive moisture. The men were professional, courteous, and completed the work in a timely manner.

Description of Work: I had to get a special treatment for German roaches. The problem wasn't horrible but it was still gross and I couldn't seem to get rid of them on my own. I contacted 3 local companies through their websites and asked to be contacted for a quote. Clarks is the only one who contacted (even the other two were rated very well both on Annie's List and BBB. My inquiry was done late Sunday night. I had an email first thing Monday morning. I emailed with additional questions...again very fast response. Also VERY friendly and professional. I was hugely impressed with their customer service. The treatment was $150 and that included two service calls (second needed to be within 2-3 weeks for any new babies or escapees from the first time.) The gentleman was here early for the first appointment and less than 5 minutes late for the second. Courteous, friendly, and willing to answer questions. He laid down traps, sprayed a little, and used some bait. Not many were found thankfully but he did a repeat of the first trip on the second and also sprayed around the outside of the house just in case. Only 2 more shortly after the second visit and it has been 2 weeks now. So much better! If I stay in touch with them every few weeks and then see another one, it will be only $50 more for an additional service call. I would highly recommend them! I don't usually do reviews but I definitely read them. When I got the email asking me to leave a review, I had to do it. They did too good a job not to.

Description of Work: Started quarterly service [1st time $99, $75 thereafter]. Couldn't treat property day of service due to rain, but technician still showed up just to touch base. Treated house a few days later [although I didn't find out till afterwards]. Seems to be working well.

Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate for a french drain across the front of my house. The man was very nice, said they would call by the next Monday. Never heard from them or saw them again. A phone call to say we are not interested would have been nice.

Chris, the technician performing the service, arrived promptly and with all required equipment to perform the inspection. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home. He explained what was included in the inspection as well as what areas in particular he was looking at closely. At the conclusion of the inspection, he explained the results and promised a copy of the report would be sent expeditiously - it arrived within the hour! I am pleased with the professionalism and service of this company. I strongly recommend them.
