Description of Work: Mid Oct 2017 Moved to Prosperity in 2016. Home inspection passed HVAC (Heat Pump) and it worked well for a year. Wanted to get regular PM biannually before winter and summer. Jermaine(Sp?) from Cassell's Brothers showed up on time and spent about an hour cleaning and checking HVAC system. Found out our system is 13 years old, but Jermaine said it was working as intended, but showed me rusting coils As long as there are no leaks, we're good to go. Signed up yearly maintenance plan. It's good to know someone will come when there is no heat or A/C. We are looking forward for Jermaine's next visit in spring. He is a big guy and he looks and sounds like Tim Scott.
