They came out two days after the quote. They were very responsive and told us to call them back in a couple months to make sure everything was working properly. I thought they were very professional and polite. Overall, I was very impressed.

It has been working great ever since the last repair. They are near and they are convenient. They are responsive. That was our first interaction with them because our original dealer went out of business so we had to call them out. So far, they are very good.

Cassell brothers had serviced an old heat pump once before, and we knew it would need to be replaced shortly. when the time came to replace it, they were out within a day of us calling. everyone from the company was courteous, prompt, and professional. they got the job done all in one day and everything went smoothly. we have nothing but positive things to say about cassell brothers and will use them again without hesitation.

I am on an annual contract with them and they do a great job. They are a very respectable company and I will use them again in the future.

Because of the expense involved, we thoroughly researched all our options, and we had the time to do so because we were being proactive in replacing our still-functioning existing HVAC and ductwork. We had not done business with Cassell Brothers before, but the company came very highly recommended by a friend and colleague. James Cassell was patient in listening to our situation, thorough in his inspection of the existing system, and clear and thoughtful in the menu of recommendations he presented. The crew that installed the system, under Ashley's supervision, was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable over the two days of work. We have nothing but the highest praise for Cassell Brothers.

Most recently we had a unit that was not putting out cool air. They were able to schedule me for a time convenient to me (although the tech showed up 1/2 hour after the time we scheduled). He was very professional and after examining the unit it was determined that the coil had a slow leak in it and it needed a small amount of coolant put in. I appreciated the fact that instead of just saying we needed a new coil, the tech felt the leak was small enough that we could get by for the rest of the summer on the existing coil and replace it when we had the finances to do it, I know many other companies would just tell us we had to get it replaced right then.

The first service call went well. I then asked about a UV unit replacement for the duct work. They forgot to order the part and then when reminded they ordered the wrong part. They were to order the right part and replace it but we never heard back from them and subsequently we had another company replace the UV bulb.

When they took out the hot water heater they used the existing pipe and the condensation messed up my ceiling. They paid for the repairs to my ceiling and they were excellent about coming out and fixing it immediately. After we had some storms and power surges, they came on a Friday afternoon to check everything. They really did a good job. $500 of the final price was a 10-year warranty that says they will come out and completely replace the system if something happens to it within the next ten years. We got the top-of-the-line unit.

When it was time to replace my Heat Pump, I got quotes from a few local companies. James Cassell offered the best price without a sales pitch. He patiently reviewed prices for all options and brands. The installation went very smooth. The crew worked hard and finished in one day. The price was exactly what was estimated. I called them with a question after the installation and they came out immediately and addressed my issue. I friend of mine recommended them to me and I?ve recommended them to others.
