Great work!

Melvin removed wallpaper and painted my Mom's kitchen. The wallpaper had 3 layers and had been there for many years so was difficult to remove. He never complained, even though he didn't know about the layers. He painted walls and ceilings. He did a great job. He was very courteous and considerate of a Senior Citizen, working at her convenience. He was also on time for all appointments.

I called first thing in the morning and Melvin quoted me the price which is what he charged me. Melvin came that same day.The job took two visits since the drywall cement had to dry before it could be sanded. Melvin cleaned up when the job was finished. Could not have had a more professional job. Strongly recommend.

I had a horrible experience with another "contractor" who left my garage a mess. Melvin came out and gave me an estimate to fix it. Melvin then provided me with references and assured me that that they would get the garage looking how it should. When finnished, my garage looked like it should. Melvin and his brother were both very friendly and did an excellent job. Melvin always showed up when he said he would and he made sure everything was right before he left. I am very happy with the work performed and will hire Melvin again.

It was great. I called Melvin last Tuesday afternoon (12/9). He called back that evening and was able to do the work the next day. He came in the morning and in a few hours had most of the work done. He came back the next day to do the sanding. The ceiling looks great and is ready to paint. All the mess from taking down the popcorn ceiling was completely cleaned up and you would never had known it was ever there. He also patched up a few other areas on the walls where the drywall was splitting at no additional charge. We will be calling him again when we are ready to take the popcorn ceilings out of the bedrooms.
