. The roof has extensive damage. The quote is between $10,000and $ 11,000. I like their quote. They were fine. But they did not follow up as much as the other company. They offered a lot of perks for the money. The deciding factor for me was that they were out of town and as good as their writings were in briefing they were not local. While the other company is in the neighborhood and they can keep in touch with me on a daily basis. Like if I ever had a problem they could come the same day, whereas this company might take a few days or even a week to get in touch with me. When you have a roofing problem or emergency problem you don’t have to wait for a week for the company to comeback and deal with it. This company offered a lot of quality products. They offered me some roofing whistle and ribbon like decorum and things. Actually that allowed me to go back and talk to the other companies more intellectually and get better quotes and ask better questions. They kind of educated me on roofing. It is unfortunate that I not going to go with them I cannot say anything bad about them. They kind of educated me on roofing so cannot complain. They have one of the best GIS certifications. It is a specific type of roofing. There are different kinds of shingles. Basically there are different certifications you can get from the type of shingles that you put on top of people’s roof. If you are in the business you would know all these things. So they have a specific certification and in all the products that they install they are one of the best. In the quote they offered me they were all quality products and the research I did prove that. The quote they offered me was a good quote. As for responsive I had a lot of questions and it took them a lot of time to get back to me. I think it has a lot to do with them being out of my town. They were long distance and that made me think if they going to be hard to get in touch with me now what is it going to be when I have a problem. I did not want to be caught with a leak or some other problem with my roof and waiting on these guys, holding up buckets. If you have a choice with dealing with a local company, with the people you like, your personalities match, you get along great, answer all your questions, they are local and get back to you in less than 24 hours versus a company that takes the time of a couple of days or even a week to get back in touch to you whom would you choose. I would not consider them to give me a quote in the future because of the distance.

Needed immediate repair because more storms coming. Premier came out immediately and performed a temporary repair to make sure rain would not leak into under roofing. They returned later and completed a permanent repair.

Did an excellent job. Quite satisfied with quality of work.
