Promptly, showed up to quote repair but over charged for repairs stating he would quote and give price break on other roof repairs. Has not gotten back to me or returned calls for over 3 weeks after being paid a lot of money for initial repairs.

All done in one day with full cleanup

They were prompt and easy to work with. They did quality work. They cleaned up. Everything they did, they did as promised. I can't think of any improvements. They were excellent. The work was spread over about four weeks. It was done three days here and four days there, so it took a grand total of 10 days to complete. The price was competitive with everyone else.

All as planned, completed on time and delivered all paperwork as required.

They were referred to me by a neighbor. They met all my expectations and I would use them again if needed.

We had several roofing companies quote - all were within $700 of each other - except for Lowes who were way over priced. We chose Premier and delighted with our decision. Within a few days of signing their contact they had an opening in their schedule and started work immediately. We were extremely impressed with their organization - everything went like clockwork, materials, trucks, staff, all arrived exactly on time and the roofers were amazing in their speed, skill and consideration regarding noise and any disturbance. Its a tough job in sweltering heat and delighted they did such a good job. The end result is excellent, a great team of workers and would have no hesitation in recommending Premier.

As stated, very professional, very punctual and very detailed. I would call this company in a New York Minute and would feel comfortable in having them do the work.

Everything went as planned. Weather did cause a slight delay but that is out of their control.

I like Premier and they are easy to work with but I did have a few hiccups with their service. First I called them to fix a roof leak. It did not get fixed well and subsequently I had them come back out to fix it a second time. They did this without issue and the fix worked. Separately they installed some soffit vents which were not glued in. They fell out over time and I had them come back twice to glue them in. The second time they glued everyone and this should fix the problem permanently. I attribute both issues to having less than stellar help but I commend them for happily fixing the issue. If they can do better with hiring and supervising their workers, they can be the best.

Entire job took longer than expected, but there were many rain days, and more special shingles had to be ordered. The completed job looks great, and we are very pleased. We have already recommended Derek Holland's Premier Roofing to our neighbors. Our neighbors have been complimenting us on our beautiful new roof. The roofing crew was courteous and professional, and cleaned up the yard every day. The office staff called daily to answer any questions. Derek Holland is a hoot, and won't give up as he wants to earn your business.

Had such a bad winter rain/cold wise, it took longer than desired to get started. They took 4 days to complete the job. Took off old roof, replaced some rotted wood, but did a wonderful job. Cleaned up nicely, then returned to see if everything was to my liking.

I thought the provider, Premier Roofing, was professional, efficient and punctual. They were extremely careful about cleaning up at the end of the day and also when the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Premier Roofing.

Premier Roofing gave me an estimate in mid December 2012. My insurance company paid most. Service and cleanup was excellent. Have experienced no problems.

Contractor explains with pictures what had to be done. Only concern was once contract was signed I wasn't able to make contact with the owner but we worked around it.

On time, lots of workers, cleaned up every day. Very good job. Communicated with us very well.

I chose another re-roofer because Premier Roofing would not work around my Gutter Helmets, and was vague about whether they could do the work within the next 3 months required by my homeowners insurance company. He encouaged me to visit their showroom and talk to his "scheduler". Derek said he would remove my Gutter Helmets but not reinstall them. He suggested the name of another contractor who would sell me & install another brand of helmets, which would have increased the re-roofing price considerably. (All of the other re-roofers I contacted would detach and reattach my existing Gutter Helmets.)

Dereck was the best salesman. He just would not give up. Gave us the estimate and then went to his office and got some tile colors and came back and nailed them to the roof so we could look at colors. He really wanted the job and he broke the estimate down and that was impressive. All the other roofers just gave us a price with no breakdown. There was a lot of rotten wood and it turned out to be a big job. They worked really hard and cleaned up every day (nails and tiles and trash). They kept us informed and showed us every rotten board. The job did end up costing more, but we got all the leaks fixed and it will not leak. We got a beautiful roof and they came right away to fix the nail pops in the ceiling. Very professional group and the girls in the office were very helpful.

All work went well and was professionally supervised. They completed the whole roof in 1 and 1/2 days. The crew was outstanding and professional. They took pride in their work, and it shows.

Cotacted company for a meeting to get roof replacement estimate. Asked for a meeting during a week's window of time. Called two weeks in advance to set up meeting. No return phone call after the office girl took my information. Called again two weeks later, no response. Owner than called me a week later, apologized for oversight, really wanted my work, told personal stories, very nice guy. Promised estimate in 3 days. All empty promises or out in out lies. Now three weeks later, no estimate. I called them again, no response.

They were great, prompt, on time, very detailed estimate, did what they said. They really did a good job. Worked with me on my schedule. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They gave me an estimate after a lot of waiting. I had to really yell a lot to get an estimate. They were pretty awful. The owner is a very knowledgeable guy because I spoke with him at length, but then he had plans with other people who wanted to do insulation. So the guy handling my estimate never came through with what he had claimed. I really planned a lot because I wanted to get it done. It’s really hard in the part of Georgia that I live. I live near Savannah and it’s difficult to get estimates from anyone. I spend enormous amount of time trying to get people to give me a written estimate and it’s very difficult to get it. I kept pushing him because I’m having a lot of heating and cooling issues. So I wanted to get him to do the work because it seemed like he knew a lot about it since I spoke to him on the phone for a long time on a few occasions. It turned out that he wasn’t able to provide me with an estimate and I haven’t really seen the other work that he’s done. He quoted me $3000. I thought it was a little high for what he had to do. He called me himself and he didn’t have a guy who could do the estimate. He didn’t have anyone who could come and have a look at the work. So he called me himself and he told me that if I had any questions I could feel free to let him know, but I didn’t really have any questions. At that point I didn’t want to talk to him because I was irritated. I’d always called once every week constantly and nobody would respond. I wasn’t demanding to have my estimate for so long, but then right now I have been demanding when to expect it. That I was hoping to find out because I wanted to get the work done but my husband decided that we would take a break from doing some of these projects. It’s hard find people and it’s hard to trust anybody anymore. They’re just really bad. Premier Roofing was the worst in terms of responsiveness. He was late but he did show up. We are still considering them to do the work because the owner seems to know a lot. He seemed very professional but I have never met him in person. I will not use their services again in the future.

Made contact with Derek (the owner). He came by and gave me an estimate on my roof which I approved and submitted to my insurance (hail damage replacement roof). My insurance approved the estimate and we set up a time for his guys to come by. At this time, he put Reggie in charge of my job which is where the trouble began. Reggie made a number of promises which he in turn failed to keep from returning phone calls to dropping off information and sample colors to actually showing up to do the job all of which he had excuses for. I understand things happen in a normal flow of business, but a phone call to let me know what was going on is all it would have taken instead of leaving me to wonder. The process dragged on for almost 6 weeks AFTER I was told they would be here to do my roof. I went with Premiere because of their Master Elite status with GAF/Elk roofing and after seeing the roof that was put on my house I made the correct choice. The workmanship of Derek's crew is second to none. They did an excellent job, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves when they left. I can't say as much for the pallets of leftover material that was left in my yard for 3-4 weeks after my roof was finished. All in all I am very pleased with the final product, but wish I hadn't had to go thru all the headaches to get to the conclusion.
