Everything went all right. There were no major issues. They seemed to have the water heater in stock and brought it with them. It was pretty nice. The landlord paid the bill. I contacted them over the phone because the landlord had been to Kentucky. They of course charged like every plumber $100 to come out and tell us we have a plumbing issue. There was only one guy who came out. I hadn't called him back; but I had them put a drain pan underneath of it, which there wasn't one. It kind of just runs into a hole in a floor, which probably need to get some PVC myself to fix because the stuff wasn't there to run the drain outside. They were courteous and fast. He said he would be here at 1'o clock, but he called around 12:30 to check if he could come in. He had the water heater already in the truck, which I thought I would install myself.

The Service Representative arrived earlier than promised and finished the job quickly. He was extremely professional and polite throughout the process. He knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem completely using the plumber's tool. His appearance was professional and well groomed and the equipment was clean, new and well maintained.. I wish I had more work to be done so I could use this company and this professional again.

We found K & K through Angie's List. Dustin was here within the hour of the call for an appointment. The primary reason for the service was a leaky toliet-which didn't leak when he was here. He tightened everything but didn't recommend we do anything else unless it leaks again. Our secondary issue was low water pressure throughout the house. Dustin was honest about the situation, that we probably have half inch pipes, but rather than recommending we replace all the pipes, he suggested we install a booster to resolve the problem and is preparing an estimate for us.

We are very satisfied. The plumber was professional and helpful with suggestions for other potential problems.

As stated above, I could not have asked for better service! Dustin was a true professional and provided excellent service.

I rely on K&K to service my rental property. I share ownership with my Uncle, who is a licensed plumber in CT. He and I both agree that K&K is a responsible and quality business. Their price far outdid Lowes and Home Depot. I also know that they will stand behind there product and I won't have to deal with a questionable third party if som ething goes wrong. The owner is an active participant in our community. I am proud to be able to use his services.

Found K & K on Angie's List called to set up a time to fix our running toilet then my husband said he could fix it called back to cancel reception was very pleasant. I informed her I might be calling back which I did two hours later we laughed about it and the plumber was at our house within the hour. He was friendly and answered all my husband's questions. The toilet was repaired in thirty-five minutes. Job well done.

K&K Plumbing came out immediately. They had to remove dry wall to fix it. They are excellent because they come right away and we get the same plumber, who is very good and knows us well. They also do not overcharge us.
