We called about 10 minutes before closing and in about 1/2 hour Victor was at the door. He quickly took care of the clog. He was very professional. We have never had service like this. Of course we will use them again.

I had a slow-moving toilet. They came out within 15 minutes of my call...unreal. Had to remove the toilet and discovered the issue was a pair of manicure scissors. Seriously? Removed runaway scissors, replaced with all new hardware. Came back a few days later to tighten a screw. Fast, friendly, and professional all at at reasonable price. They will be my go-to in the future.

Christmas night we discovered we had a sewer line blockage between the house and the street. New to the area, we did not know who to contact. Being flustered, I instantly jump on Google (mistake) searching the web for emergency plumbers. Called multiple place with no answer or no return calls. I even had one guy tell me "Yeah I'm on call but im actually out of town." (REALLY!) then I remember I have an Angie's List account. I find K&K plumbing, answers immediately. Says he can be there in 30-45 min. Shows up on time, has the proper tools and gets to work. It takes him all of 15 min to get it done. While we were standing there letting the "snake" do its job, we chatted a little. Found out he's one the owners and he volenteered to work so his guys that have children could have Christmas with family. (Stand up kind of guy in my book) Thanks Frank for saving Christmas for us and for being an awesome to your employees.

I hired K&K to install my tankless hot water heater. The installer showed up on time and that's where the great part stopped. The installer managed to lose a gasket from a brand new, factory sealed valve that was provided to him. He didn't realize this until he was 80% done with the install and then spent more than 30 minutes looking around for it, with me assisting. In the middle of looking for it, his boss shows up and tells him not only to stop looking for the gasket, but to just leave if I can't provide it. He also surveyed the work that had been done and said "hurry up, you're too slow, I need you at another job asap" That's right, just leave, with my old hot water heater removed and the new one not installed. I offered to run to Grayco and find a replacement gasket (Grayco is a ~3 minute drive from my home). I went there and got back in less than 15 minutes with the correct gasket and he finished the install - sloppy, uneven, just not impressed. What's worse, the technician needed to use multiple Propress couplings in order to properly join the pipes and instead of comping the ones for the ones he messed up, they charged me for them. When I called to inquire and pointed out that the plumber had messed up a bunch before he got it right, I was told I was being rude and condescending - by the most rude and condescending woman I've ever spoken to. She then refused to talk to me further and said to take it up with the owner. I said no thanks, and then the owner, completely unsolicited, called my cell phone. Totally unprofessional. I paid them the full amount, but they were worth much, much less. (cue snarky reply from the owner below)

Upon returning home from a business trip I leaned that our hot water tank had been replaced for $950. I called K&K Plumbing and made inquiries as to the cost of the unit, the amount of time that was required and their hourly rates. My first interaction was with the office manager who used the tried and true "you are being rude sir" routine as a way to deflect answering my questions. She then transferred me to the owner who initially refused to give me his name. When I inquired in a polite and business like fashion as to the information I was seeking, he refused to supply the information and in robot fashion kept repeating, "that is the price for the installation". I told him that I knew it was a tough job because it had to be installed in an attic. Nevertheless given his refusal to provide business information I have no way of knowing if in fact this was a fair price. Based on my conversation with Rheem Corporate Customer Service the cost to K&K appears to be around $250-300 which means based on the owners representation, that the mark up on the tank was between 50-80%. Using his representation of $500 it means the labor was $450 dollars. Two workers for $450 equals $225 per man hour and assuming a 4 hour install portal to portal equals a rate of approximately $55 per hour. Quite frankly although the mark up on the unit seems a bit generous to the installer, give the circumstances the pricing seems fair. I would not recommend this provider in the future not because of pricing, but because they fail to respect the homeowner and provide the information required to make a fair assessment of their service. Angies List is my go to resource for home services and for the first time in 15 years I can say that this company fails to reflect the standards of the best Angies List Providers.

They were excellent! I called and Frank picked up immediately. Since it was after 5:00 I was completely amazed when he said he would send someone out. His associate arrived within about 20 minutes and went immediately to work. He was able to clear the blockage quickly and efficiently. The price was very fair and much less than I expected. I asked a lot of questions, and he was exceptionally helpful in helping me to understand what to watch for in the future and how to determine if this might be an ongoing problem. Since I just moved into the house I was worried that this was going to be a big deal, but K and K made it a painless experience. I highly recommend them and they will be my plumbers of choice in the future as well.

After trying some DIY 'fixes' that didn't work, I realized professional help was needed. The double sink was not draining and, after my failed efforts which included plunging, a leak developed as well. I called K&K a little before noon and Sean arrived at 1:30. He diagnosed the problem which mainly originated with an incompetent initial installation (not me) causing water to stand in the pipes and grease to congeal instead of being pushed out. He replaced the garbage disposal which had failed and the drain trap which had come loose (see first sentence). Two hours later the repair was completed and I learned a few do's and don'ts about kitchen plumbing. I can't tell you how appreciative I was with K&K's responsiveness and expertise. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The provider arrived on time and was professional. He fixed the clog quickly and charged a fair price. I would definitely use this provider again and recommend them to others.

Frank (?) was fast, friendly and saved me money. This was the second time I've used K & K and would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

The technician completing the work was very accommodating and did a very good job. We thought it was a simple broken flange and to reseat the toilet. But it ended up with a blockage and all was fixed before the tech left. Oh the price was less than expected too.

All went well. Shawn was the technician. He showed us the bad element and provided education as to why we had the problem of no hot water. He was punctual and finished in a timely manner. This was all done in the same day that we called which made us very happy! The receptionist was very polite who handled our call and gave us a time frame. Overall, it was a good experience for us as we are new to the area. We will definitely use this company for future plumbing issues.

Frank was great. Showed up on time and answered all my questions. Repair turned out to be relatively minor so that was a relief. When I made the appointment with Darla (who was very helpful), she explained that I would be charged for a minimum of one hour labor and any additional time would be prorated. What a difference working with K&K Plumbing was versus a recent negative and costly experience I had with another local plumbing company (that will go unnamed). I will definitely call K&K Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

He arrived about 30 minutes after i called.

Our tenant had a leaking shower valve... the shower wouldn't stop flowing or dripping. The tenant couldn't get another plumber to call her back, but K&K was scheduled within one day. Their rates were reasonable and I felt that the technichian didn't take advantage of the situation--- a female tenant who didn't know much about plumbing. I myself left two messages and didn't get a call back, which is why they didn't get full marks all-around, but they took care of the tenant and got us the bill in a timely manner. Would certainly call upon them again.

Had an ordeal with our water heater. After visiting a big box retailer that advertises same day install and realizing that that is pretty much false advertising, we called k and k plumbing. Frank came out and immediately started working on removing my old heater. Only took a few hours and we had hot water. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Sent someone out within a couple hours of my phone call. Was very professional and courteous. Made the repair and explained everything that was done. Will definitely call again if needed.

Noticed water damage on first floor bathroom ceiling. Knew that there was plumbing in the area and phoned K & K at 8AM. Victor arrived within an hour. The source of the damage was not evident as Victor viewed the roof as well as all interior and exterior areas near the problem. With no clear source he opened an area in the bathroom ceiling. We found wet insulation & plumbing but still no clear source. Went to the second floor and cut an access hole through drywall in a closet area. Victor crawled into this very tight area with flash light in hand. Found the leak coming from the roof, not the plumbing. Photo'd the damaged area from within and drove a nail to mark the spot on the outside. Bummer now on to the roofer....

The plumber arrived on time, brought the appropriate equipment, quickly and efficiently handled the issue. In addition, he was proactive and exchanged one other part that could possibly have been problematic. I'd definitely call them again!

Shawn installed a new water heater in condo and unclogged a slow commode. He was friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing and did a great job. This was my first experience with this company a would call them again in a heartbeat. I got their name from Angie's list and was not disappointed.

Came quickly after being called early on a Saturday and had the problem resolved in less than 30 minutes.

We awoke the Friday after Christmas to slow draining drains and toilet. The plumbing company I have used in the past did not return my message by mid-day so I called K & K. My experience with K & K could not have gone better, Shawn arrived at the promised time. He was friendly. He was professional. The work was completed completely to our satisfaction. The price fairly reflected the time and work required. We will call K & K in the future.

While cleaning, we discovered that a toilet was loose, we could actually move it from side to side! We called K & K, they answered the phone on the first call, and were able to provide service the following day. The plumber arrived on time, explained to us exactly what the problem was and how he was going to repair it. Excellent service!

Our main sewer line clogged on a Saturday morning. We called K & K and were quoted a price and time of arrival. Shawn arrived on time and although it wasn't easy to clear , he completed the job. The price was as quoted and he was very professional. We were very happy to get such good service especially on a Saturday morning. We would definitely use K&K again.

It all went well. Scheduled appointment kept on time. The sewer line was quickly snaked, router used to dislodge items in drain, camera used to check, a diaper type or some weird fabric n concrete found in sewer line was dislodged and pipe line thoroughly cleaned and re-checked with camera. Warning given about grease found in line as well. Entrance to sewer lines cleared and recapped with utmost care, with one near lawn raised a bit so not trampled by lawn mower. Job was efficiently done with effective use of time. Office staff follow up with break down of each charge explained. Entire process painless even cost of the work. I would use them again and highly suggest them to others.
