Description of Work: Even though I called for someone to unstop my kitchen sink drain late on a Saturday afternoon, the plumber was here within about 20 minutes and managed to do the job without even unscrewing any pipes. He used a plunger and with two pushes the drain was open. I have to admit that the cost seemed high for what he had to do, but I understand that it was an emergency call on a weekend, and he came immediately, so....

Description of Work: Air conditioner was not working. Tec. found the motor was frozen. After several it started running again. He then came back to service the unit. We bought a service agreement, so there was o charge for the visit. They were very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely continue to use this company.
