Ever since we opened our doors as the first Pest Control company on the Island, our mission has been to provide the best services possible while maintaining exceptional customer service. We are locally owned and operated and proud stewards of our local community. As we live and work in the area, our company has a long term view focused on serving our community and protecting the homes of our friends and neighbors. Hilton Head Exterminators consists of trained, certified technicians who know how to handle virtually every problem that arises when unwanted insects or other animals invade your home or yard. Problems that seem new or unsolvable are everyday opportunities to provide solutions for our experienced team. We have grown to become the largest independently owned pest control company because we have never compromised quality or service as we have worked to fulfill our mission statement. Description of Work: I wanted a termite bond on some rental property. They promptly came out to do an inspection. There was some leaves and pine straw piled against the outside of the back of garage. I had told the renters to keep it clear of the debris from the threes but they had not done so. They said they would not enter in a contract for that reason. I offered to have it cleared and to insure it would be kept clear but they were not interested. I was annoyed and wondered what kind of properties they contract with??? Housed on desert islands?? Did thy know what they were doing??

Mr. [removed member name], I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our inspection. I have called to discuss the details of our inspection with you further. While the debris is one component that we mentioned in our inspection, the critical element that was found was the water intrusion and damage found at your home. When we visited the home, a tarp was being used to divert water away from the home. We mentioned this was a conducive condition for termite activity and upon remediation of the water damage, we would talk further about a termite warranty. Please call me at your earliest convenience, and we are happy to talk with you further and help you with the situation.
