Great. HHE gave thorough estimates and explained everything in detail. On -time and professional work. Provided thorough termite treatment (including treatment levels for formosa termites) plus Sentricon system. Critter treatment included detailed inspection of whole house, wiring where missing and plugging gaps. Would recommend to others.

They're excellent and we've had them for years. They come monthly. On price, It's definitely competitive we looked at it when we hired them.

At first, I wasn't going to write a review, but changed my mind when I learned (through another review) that another customer had a similar experience. As she did, I made an appointment for a termite inspection, stayed home all day waiting - to no avail! No call, no nothing! I felt angry and decided to not do business with them. Months later, my brother signed up with Hilton Head Exterminators and was pleased with the service. So, I gave them another chance. As far as the termite inspection was concerned, I (again, like another, though different, customer) was told that I would have to clear the perimeter of the foundation of leaves, pine straw, etc. Since I have chronic back pain, this was impossible for me to undertake, so I put the termite inspection on the back burner - until today, when I was contacted by a new (I think) employee who was following up on old paperwork. I explained my back issue, and she gave me the name of someone who could do the clearing job. I must say I was very impressed with this woman's initiative, follow-up, and follow-through. As as far as the regular pest treatments are concerned, I believe they are fairly typical. My only complaint is that the service person doesn't let me know that he is here. He just slips an invoice, which states, "Sorry I missed you today," in the door. However, this time, I was able to catch him before he left to tell him about the wasps I have recently had in my home. He offered to spray the inside, which I learned is part of my regular service and bill, but, according to him, is only needed once or twice a year. It seems to me that I shouldn't be charged for something unless the work is done, or, at the very least, offered to be done. By the way, I am still seeing live wasps in my home, so I don't think whatever he sprayed was very effective or long-lasting.

It took me awhile to get over the highly unprofessional service of my first contact with Hilton Head Exterminators, but I called again several months later to schedule another inspection. The technician was on the phone when I called, but the woman who answered the phone assured me he would call back in about thirty minutes. I waited and waited and waited, but (you guessed it!) he never, ever returned my call that day or any day forward. To say I was disappointed is an understatement as I thought I was doing business with a highly respected company.

The service was performed on time and to the estimate. The job was done very professionally and the technician was very good about pointing out areas to limit opportunities to attract pests.

Contracted through vacation company. No more bugs

They are excellent for pest control. They treat every other month (more than any other company we contacted) and will come out any time we call to retreat if necessary. We have not seen any pests since initial treatment in September. We also contracted with them for our termite treatment. They treated the entire house and as long as we maintain yearly contract (only $180) the warranty is in effect until 2028 when house will need to be treated again due to the lifespan of Termidor. They explained all treatments available excellently and we had no trouble understanding what would be done. Very professional, polite young men. Were always on time and job very professional. We believe price was very good for services provided. Very happy and would definitely would recommend them to friends. Although home was under contract with Terminix prior to our purchase we chose to change to Hilton Head Exterminators due to their experience.

Went very well,first service man arrived just 15 min after he promised--second arrived two hours later and both were gone one hour after that ! They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

This company has gotten an A from me from the very beginning. Talking with the people in the office, the technicians, everyone. Their service is wonderful, they are prompt, courteous and go the extra mile. Our HOA is so happy to have a contract with them.

It went well. Servicemen were informative. One evaluated for pest control.eg, roaches, etc. He inspected all areas of the house and the perimeter, strayed chemicals outside and dry chemicals and used both dry and wet chemicals inside. He described what he was using, suggested a maintenance schedule and explained the rationale for such. Another agent was there for the termite evaluation, including about 30-40 minutes under the house in the crawl space. He then came in and described the level of services available with their pricing, which was substantially below what Terminix had charged me for a smaller house in a different locale. They performed the service which took about 4-5 hours and included drilling of holes in and around the house.

Very professional, answered all my questions and assured me that I was going to be protected from termites. Would recommend to others.

The guy came and spent quite a bit of time here. They were very professional, timely, and did a whole new certificate in our name and sent it in the mail.

They have an excellent warranty on termite damage. We were pleased with that. They came and did the work. They make sure that we do not have any termite infestation.

We have two things constant with them. They installed the system years ago and they are here about every four months to refill the tanks. I have a contract with them. We love their service. We wouldn't be able to live here without the mosquito misting systems. If we have any issues at all, we just call them and they are here within twenty four hours. We are very pleased with them. We have recommended them and my other friends have it installed here as well.

They’ve been excellent all the way. Any time I’ve a problem with field mice or rats, they have come right away and taken care of it. They’ve been very good to us. I think their price is very fair. They call ahead of time and they are always on time.

We have had them for ten years and will never have anybody else.

We just purchased our home in SC having moved from the North where insect control is not an issue. Never having used a pest control service before we were a bit concerned over the use and safety of pesticides in and around our home. The application techniques, recommended frequency to minimize exposure, follow up plan and also a list of the pesticides used and the dosage were provided by the service person. Maintenance service offered was competitive with other pest control companies in the area so we have signed on. No long term contract was required.

We really like them. They're honest, they're quick, they're prompt, and they are coming tomorrow. They come every month. I give them high ratings and we will continue to use them in the future.

The first visit was about $120 and that was to evaluate the house and to do a thorough spraying inside and out. If they just spray the outside it is $38 and if they spray both it is about $54. As far as the termites go, that was about $1,000, but they gave us a coupon. They put a liquid solution around the house to prevent termites and they drilled holes about every 12 inches across the patio and poured the termite solution down then filled the holes. They come out every year to inspect. We called about little lizards that had gotten into the house and they came out within 24 hours. They were punctual and on time for everything. They have done everything well and they try to work you in any way they can.

They do a superb job. They are just phenomenal. You can call them one night and they will be out the next day helping you take care of any problem. They come every month like clockwork. They will come and do everything outside the house if you are not there, and if you don't respond to them within a couple of days, they will just keep pestering you until your monthly service is done. They are very good at constantly reminding you. Their prices are quite reasonable. I have a contract with them for a year and will definitely renew it next year.
