Description of Work: Had a maintenance agreement with them for several years. Quality of service and technicians declined in the last couple years. I decided to switch companies to see if there was a better provider. I would consider going back if the new company doesn't work out.

Unfortunately, the technician that you were referring to was not living up to our company's high standards and despite additional training, we were ultimately forced to end his employment shortly thereafter. Description of Work: Performed semi-annual service on my HVAC. All went as expected. Technician is obviously experienced and knowledgeable. All of my questions are answered. Office staff is friendly and schedules service appointments in a timely manner. My one and only "emergency" service request occurred on a Sunday evening and EAC had a technician here within the hour.

Response from EAC Heating & Air
Our company found an evaporator coil leak on a service call on this customer's sixteen (16) year old air handler. The average life expectancy in this area is ten to twelve years. This customer claimed that a leak could not develop in the two months time from their last maintenance visit. To try to help alleviate the situation, we gave him special pricing considerations on a replacement component or new equipment. Ultimately, he chose to pay a higher purchase price at a different company and we refunded the remainder of his maintenance contract. I certainly apologize that we were not able to regain your trust and keep you as a customer. However, these things happen on older equipment and in this case, I totally believe that we did not do anything wrong. We wish you no ill will and best of luck!

Waiting for them to install unit.
Description of Work: They came to give me a FREE second estimate. They were professional and tried everything to avoid me buying a new unit. The other company wanted me to spend over 9,000 dollars (LANG) for the exact same unit these people will put in! Very professional. No sales pitch. Down to earth. Knows their business. Give them a A+++++++++++
