Billy, owner, and his crew were precise, to my particular requests. Billy came on site at some point every day and asked the owner about my assessment of the job. The crew leader was easy to communicate with and the job was performed per my requests. The crew did an excellent job in cleaning up after each day's work and moved the furniture back in place. I received a bill right after the job was performed and the bill was fair for the job performed. I will hire Daygig again when carpentry or painting is needed. Just excellent.

We were very pleased with the exceptional quality of their work. Since painting ceilings was involved, we were pleased that they were so successful in protecting the furniture and flooring from paint splatter. Their carpentry work far exceeded the original contractor that we used to do the original remodel. They were helpful when we needed help with the installation of interior shutters and their price for installation was very reasonable. We would not only us Daygig again, but we are almost looking for things for them to do! We are very pleased and would highly recommend them to others. Note: Billy was very good at communicating cost estimates and sticking to them.

Billy Howe and the two guys, Kevin and Jake, that he had helping him out on the job were at my home for 3 full days doing the work. They were punctual, thorough and respectful of the work they did. I am extremely please with the quality of work and would hire them again to do additional painting for me.

The workers and the business owner were very professional and courteous. They worked hard and did a very good job. The few adjustments i asked for after completion were done without hesitation. It was clear they wanted me a to be a satisfied customer and I am!

Billy Howe and his team were incredibly professional in every way. We have been burned before by other painting contractors and are always leery when dealing with another. Our experience with DayGig painting was fabulous. From the initial estimate to the final details, we had nothing but praise for their work. The estimate was significantly less than others we had received. They were very careful moving furniture and cleaning up at the end of each day. Miguel was so good at painting the trim that he did not even use any blue tape and the results were super. The rest of the team (Jake and Ishmael) were very conscientious and meticulous throughout since we were in the home for most of the four days. The owner, Billy, was never upset when we added extra areas that needed paint. To top it off, we received flowers and a thank you note several days after they were done. My wife and I are having difficulty understanding the recent negative review as we had nothing but a completely positive experience. We would use them again in a heart beat.

The owner of DayGig was very thorough. Before they began painting the exterior color, he provided a test version of the paint and painted two locations on the exterior to make sure that we were happy with the color, before he began the work. In addition he replaced window trim. He also followed up to be sure that the work met his standards and several times had his crew supplement the work to meet his criteria. We would work with this company again.

Billy Howe consulted with homeowner about color and we decided, then used samples on wall.It was about 3 days and painters came but Billy checked in each day to see progress. Final result was very good. It was what I had imagined and I was very satisfied. I would hire him again.

Quality prep and punctual performance with a genuine desire to perform superior results

It went great! We're extremely satisfied. Daygig provided a timely and complete estimate for the initial job in March. Compared to several other estimates I received, Daygig's was the most reasonable and thorough. We agreed to go ahead with the job provided it could be completed by mid June. Billy Howe, Daygig's owner (& member of the Headliners band), assured us it would. True to his word, his crew began work in early June and completed it in about a week. Billy couldn't have been more pleasant, professional, attentive and cooperative. He was on site to supervise and help his crew several times a day. Any questions were immediately answered in person by phone, text or e-mail. Any changes or additional work were easily accommodated at a fair price. His main crew of Gordon and Miguel, were very experienced and professional painters. Also, Miguel is an exceptional and clever carpenter who was called upon to complete some challenging repairs. They always showed up on time, worked very hard all day, and kept their great sense of humor. They were a pleasure to work with and the quality of their work and attention to detail was outstanding. No damage to plantings, no drips, spills, or oversprays. Cleanup was spotless. An excellent job!

They are so organized and professional. Even tho it is the main part of our home, the two day ordeal was painless. They remove everything & put it back the way I had it. They put tarps down over everything & treat my belongings like they're theirs. I recommend highly!! 8-)

Billy did a great job on our place. We are very happy with the way everything turned out. We do not live in town and he sent pictures to us as he was completing his work. This was extremely helpful for us to keep on top of the project. Billy went out of his way to purchase new lighting for the 3 bathrooms in our villa. This entailed several trips to the store for us. Billy also helped us get our mirrors framed. He is very personable and reliable. He did a great job. We are definitely keeping his number for any future work we may need.

All good- they arrived on time and returned as needed. The project came in at the estimated price, and add ons were fairly priced and accommodated nicely.

Billy Howe was very responsive right from the beginning. He provided us with a detailed written proposal. We actually had 4 estimates, one coming in at $2,000 more and the others about the same. We chose DayGig because of the response, clear estimate and the fact that he was on Angie's list (we even received a 5% discount for this). Billy worked with us on choosing the color-he actually came back 3 times until we got it right. He also worked with our ARB for approval. The total project took just over a week. Billy has a person who does the power washing and then works with a team of 2 others, one of whom did a great job with the carpentry. Again, he contacted us numerous times scheduling, letting us know when they were coming and walking around checking the finished job. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the color! We would certainly recommend DayGig or use them again for interior painting.

They were punctual and professional. They taped up everything - floors, walls, windows, vents, etc. Then they applied two coats of paint on walls, trims, and ceiling which one is greatly vaulted with beams. They did a beautiful job! In fact a couple of rooms I didn't like the paint color I chose. They repainted a wall with another color of choice so we could have a look and happily repainted. Billy was very responsive to any questions we had. Great on followup as well. Any touch ups we needed he came out and took care of. We definitely recommend them and will use again!

We had a short window of time to have our condo painted and we were so fortunate to have found Mr. Billy Howe and DayGig Painting! They completely transformed our condo with a stellar paint job. They did an amazing job removing lots of old wallpaper and wallpaper trim throughout the unit, as well as patching and making necessary repairs. Mr. Howe even made a great suggestion for wall color. They completed the work in the time they said they would and communication was fantastic - it was exciting to receive pictures via text as the work was being done (we live off island) but nothing could compare to actually seeing the final result in person when we arrived in Hilton Head. We would HIGHLY recommend DayGIg Painting - trustworthy, reliable, excellent work, reasonable price, and great communication. Thank you Mr. Howe - truly a pleasure doing business with you!

Was searching for quotes to paint the interior of our new home. I called Daygig based on the positive reviews from Angies List. Billy answered my call and came immediately to give an initial quote. About a week later we were ready to go, Billy came back to review the work to be done and we set a date and time. His team showed up on time and completed almost the entire job in the first day! Due to other construction on our house they had to schedule to come back multiple times to finish. It was never a problem for them. We even added additional painting and he was very accommodating. Overall we are very pleased with quality of the work and attention to detail. I would recommend Daygig Painting to anyone looking for quality painting done on time at a reasonable cost.

The job took about two weeks and they truly did a fantastic job. We were in a different state and relied on text messaging which included photographs of how the work was going and the various problems encountered, the choice of paint in various rooms, matching paint with the carpet etc. There was wallpaper everywhere and had to be removed even on some closets and they were very careful. They helped us with the choice of colors by long distance. Billy Howe was truly a joy to work with as he kept us informed of progress continuously and when we arrived for the first time at our newly painted home he was waiting to show us in and we were more than pleased.
