Description of Work: this company is now located in rincon ga. they were contacted by my home warranty company for a faulty garage door opener. upon inspection and calling the warranty co. telling them the open was not repairable they replaced the opener system and lubed and adjusted the door in about an hour. they did good work and all i paid was my 75.00 deductible for my home warranty policy.

Description of Work: our car was stuck in garage. Old opener would not disengage to open door. |Response was time was excellent. Two men were polite, competent and had |to work in our hot, hot, hot (93F weather) to replace entire system with a new |warranted system. Answered our questions, demostrated the use of opener |and were as professional as any two people could have been.

Very efficient and fast service. Arrived on time and even though the tech had to return with parts that were ordered, the work was done in a very reasonable time frame.

We had a bad experience with the technician who originally worked on our door and gave the company a "C" grade. This employee has since been fired, and the owner came out to the house . We needed a second opener. When he arrived, he noticed that the door was making noises when it opened and closed and said it was because the the wrong part original technician had installed. The part was replaced at a reduced rate, he charged no labor and ended up giving us the second opener at no charge. He was responsive, and polite and apologized for the previous work. A nice guy and I will definitely use him again and can honestly recommend him to others..
Description of Work: Brought us a second garage door opener and fixed /replaced some parts of the garage door mechanism.

My garage spring broke on Sunday. I called Monday as their ad in the phone book stated they were available 24/7, but got a machine so I left a message.. I called a little after 8:00 in the morning. By 10:00 no return call so I called another place that said they had 24/7 emergency repairs and got a person right off the bat. Scheduled a time for later in the day. 3:00 repairs done, but still not call back from AAA.

I called around to several places and one company did not respond and another called back several days too late to set up an estimate. AAA Overhead Door sent Gary to the house to give me an estimate on 10/23/12. He requested 1/2 down to order the new door. Gary also told me he could correct the problem of the slope (initially it was an carport).. Gary told me it would be about two weeks to get the door. I called after two weeks and I was told my door had not come in but they would call me when it did to set up the installation On 11/20/12 Jamie came to install the door .Jamie told my husband there was a fee to remove the original door (the morning of the installation).. (70.00) for removal of the old door/ haul off fee. Gary did not tell us about the additional fee.Jamie and I believe his father removed the old door and installed the new door. He also stated if I attached anything to the panel I would be violating the warranty. I do think I got a good insulated garage door for a great price. Jamie and his dad were polite. The door was installed.

They did a good job. They put wrong color panels in the inside part. I had to get the outside and inside painted with the same colors.
Description of Work: We used AAA Overhead Door In for our garage door. They came and replaced the bottom panels of our garage door as it was getting a little rotted up from the water. I had to get it repainted as they completely replaced the panels with wrong colors.
