Very well. Was prompt & professional.

Not well. The conversation was more about selling me a replacement door than properly fixing the problem. The door did work when he left but the bracket used was different than the original. When I checked I found that the bracket used was for a steel door and not my wood door. It was secured to only the bottom, horizontal, piece of wood, The bracket removed and my understanding is that the replacement should have been more substantial and screwed into the horizontal piece of wood and the end vertical piece that butts into that piece.

Timely, efficient, professional, cleaned up after job was complete.

I called then on a Tuesday morning and left a detailed message. No one responded. I called again Thursday morning -- I wanted them because they had installed the system for the previous owner -- and they came promptly.

Job accomplished quickly and efficiently.

From the first call asking for help to the installation, the service was A+. They helped me understand my problem; proposed a few alternatives; and helped me select the solution that was best for me. No effort to oversell...just an effort to make sure the solution was exactly what I needed. I was given a discount for mentioning I found them on Angie's List and that saved me over $100!! Would recommend to my family and anyone else!!

Tyler was great -prompt, curteous, and professional ....just called them yesterday..... And he was here today.

Jamie did a quick analysis and then proceeded to install new springs and rollers. He did tell us up front the cost of the process. He was personable, did his job well and quick and we were pleased that he was able to do the job that day.

I called two weeks ago to schedule for the door to be fixed before Christmas because it was to be one of my boyfriend's presents. Not only did the motor need to be replaced but there were boxes that needed to be moved in order for the work to be done. I recently broke my leg and was unable to move the boxes . Tyler came today and went above and beyond the call of the duty and moved everything so he could perform the repairs!

Called mid day on Thursday. AAA Overhead door offered to send someone out late that day, however, I had another appointment early evening and decided to postpone the work until Friday to avoid any conflicts - so same day service was offered. The regional sales manager called approx. 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to let me know he was on the way. He showed up promptly, quickly determined what was needed and the pricing and started to work. The doors are approximately 25 years old and I was a little concerned they might not have the right parts on hand, but it was not a problem. Work took less than 1 hour, service was very professional and Jamie was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Called in the morning and showed up just after noon. service was fast and work was great. Ordered a new door that is to be installed in a few weeks. I was very impressed with the great service and fair price

Called and was able to get same day service for our garage door. Showed up at promised time and quickly handled the job.

I've called AAA Overhead Door on 03/20/15 and again on 03/25/15 and left a voice mail each time asking that they call me back. I explained in the voice mail that I wanted to get a quote for repairs to my garage door. As of 03/26/15, I've received no call back from them. Hence, I've rated them F for "Responsiveness" and "Overall".

Called at 10:00 am when my garage door failed to work. Obtained a 3:00 - 5:00 pm appointment for the same day. Service Technician, Tyler, arrived early at 2:30. He quickly confirmed the drive gear was shredded and needed to be replaced. Repair completed promptly. When I asked if he could make the old mechanism quieter and smoother, Tyler suggested replacing the metal rollers with nylon ones. He said he could do it right then at a nominal cost. When making the final adjustment to the door, he noticed one of the photo eyes had been malfunctioning, and replaced the set. The entire job took about an hour to complete. Now the door is quiet, smooth, and stops and starts perfectly. Tyler applied the Angie's List discount to the bill. Great same day service at a fair price!

Great service - called in problem at 10 AM and it was finished by noon! Great response, very friendly and professional service technician; I would definitely use them again.

I phoned this company on 9/24/2014. A representative came to my home that very day. Assessed the problem and determined my garage door opener needed replacing. Gave me a quote for $450 and told me the installation could occur the following day. They showed up 30 minutes prior to arranged time and installed the equipment within an hour. Advised that with the new belt system and a faster open/close operation, the old door probably won't make it very much longer. It is 14 years old and was not of high quality. Appreicate the head's up and with that the installer fortified the door as best as possible at no charge. My bill was $405 with the Angie's List 10% discount which I appreciated. Definitely will call this company for all future needs.

Found minor issue and corrected it. Was very happy that they did not try and fix minor problem with major solution. The tech's seemed to know what they were doing and arrived when scheduled to do so. While this was an easy call for them - I got a very favorable impression of the way the company operates. Will use them again in the future.

It went great, they called and could come earlier. It took less than the hour they estimated it would take to do the job. Explained everything and we are now loving the new motor it's like having a new door.

Jamie helped us decide on the correct door for our house. He installed it properly and took care of any of our concerns. My husband and are extremely happy with the door and the workmanship. I would highly recommend AAA garage doors

What an amazing company. Couldn't ask for anything better. They treat you like part of their family. Very knowledgable about their work and go over and beyond to make you happy. Very pleased with them and would recommend them to everyone! Trust, Value, and it looks great! More than an A+!

Called late afternoon the day prior to service. Arrived on time next day. The electric motor for the 23 year old opener was burned out. Discussed replacement. Decided in view of age of system, would replace all hardware including springs, rollers, and opener mechanism. Two hour repair job.

Our old garage door broke. We made a few telephone calls and decided to start with these folks. When we went to their showroom, they clearly explained the options and alternatives. We made our choices and placed our order. They agreed to be at our house by 8:00am the next day, which they were. They went immediately to work taking down the old door and installing the new door. They completed the job in about three hours. The installers were friendly, pleasant, and readily answered our questions. They cleaned up everything from both the old and new door, so there was no left-over mess. They even replaced the internal wall opener and also put on a new external key pad. Everything worked exactly as promised and has continued to this day. I told a friend about my positive experience with them, so he used them to replace his garage door, and was also completely satisfied.

Jamie called me first thing in the morning Monday to make sure I was available for him to show up. He arrived on time and explained to me what had happened and made the repair in a timely manner as I had to be to work. He was very professional and kind and explained to me how I could prevent the damage in the future by maintaining tune ups on my door and opener. I was very pleased with his work and would call AAA Overhead Door in the future for all my garage door needs. My husband is in the military, so I was pleased to know that they give a 10% discount to all military members.
