Last I heard he was having trouble getting inspection of dugout perimeter to get concrete. But I have been told by other contractors that they area is not dug properly and the plastic and rebar need to be spread in the area where building is to be built. The rebar and plastic are sitting in puddles of mud where it has rained over the months and Trey has not bothered to move. Rebar has grass and weeds growing over it. Plastic is becoming useless as it deteriorates in the sun and mud."

When did grass start growing on cement, lol 7 No sand on Edges of most outside grey pavers 8 Patio lights system with the cheapest transformer $63 known to man. I could of had a 120W for the same money. $1000 was price gouging for a 10 minute install and 150 in supplies. We could have dropped a 14/2 wire under 4x3 walkway and has tons of future lighting possibilities. The only good thing is that patio is 16x20 , except for round corner he guess at the curve and just eyeballed it instead of measuring the correct arc. Very dissatisfied with the 9 000 dollar patio. Oops, forgot, we paid 5k too much for the lackadaisical job ."
