Description of Work: $69 for a Precision Tune Up and Professional System Cleaning

Description of Work: They installed the unit and did an excellent job, I even paid $500.00 for a 10 year parts and labor insurance and they were supposed to come and service the unit every year, BUT, when I called for service I was told I would have to talk to the serv. mgr. He was never there or I was told he was out on a job or I was told he would call me back. FOR 8 YEARS I NEVER COULD GET THEM TO COME AND SERVICE MY UNIT. I even left a voice mail with the owner, (who I knew for years) about my service problem and he never called either.Then I get a letter from them stating my unit has not been serviced, according to their computer. IMAGINE THAT! and I was further told that if I didn't get it serviced I could loose my 10 year warranty! I told them I had my own co. servicing my unit and they better hope it last the next 2 years. I owned a plumbing co. just down the street and I did the pluming in their brand new building for them, and this was the way I was treated. NO problem more fish in the sea! Randy

Description of Work: The HVAC technician showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner for the quoted price. I will DEFINITELY use Berkeley Heating and Air Conditioning in the future.

Description of Work: Had problem with HVAC System, a GasPack furnace/AC combination on the low voltage side. Berkeley responded to an e-mail request for help sent over Labor Day weekend immediately on next business day, showed up after tech called to say was en route. Had required part in stock and repaired unit same day.
