Description of Work: They provided the maintenance service requested,offered a reduced service contract, helped solution other issues I was having in my home. They are not through, careful, knowledgeable and courteous. These guys totally get customer service...in fact, they left just an hour ago. Whether for routine service or a major repair issue, go to Berkeley Heating and Air....most especially if you don't have a "honey" on call for that never ending list!

Description of Work: Installed new heat pump and air handler and replaced all existing duct work. Got a great top-of-the-line brand, 2-stage 16.5 SEER heat pump. The existing duct work was original from 1987 and insufficient (in every way). We never had balanced heat or cold throughout the house. Now it's consistent everywhere. The crew kept our house clean throughout the 3.5 day installation and left no debris behind, including in the attic. Great job.

Description of Work: Clay Evans with Berkeley arrived on the scheduled time and spent one hour checking and cleaning my natural gas heater. He found a couple of small problems that he fixed while cleaning the unit and gave it a good report. Clay was very personable and gave me a full report. I have given his name to neighbors and one has already used the service. Very pleased and will use them again.

Description of Work: They explained what they were going to do, examined and cleaned the exterior a/c condenser then opened the heating unit and cleaned it. They noticed it wasn't draining fast enough and searched to find the problem and remedy it. They cleaned the duct and installed one of my new air filters. They explained what they did. They gave me recommended maintenance schedule
