Sullivan Painting

Lee Roy and his team did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. We obtained 5 quotes and Sullivan Painting was the best value. At first, he told us he could be finished around April 22nd because he had another big job. However, we were on a deadline and told him we needed it complete by April 15th. He agreed and finished ahead of schedule (April 10th). His team would come in and do the initial painting and he would go behind them and do the touch up and make it look perfect. We had door entryways where the cat had scratched the wood and an area where the wall had a crack due to settling. He patched these up and made them disappear. My fiancée and I thought his team were very professional and enjoyed getting to know a little about their lives. It is obvious that Lee Roy is a man of faith and takes pride in his work. He was very accommodating and did more than what was agreed. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.

They did an excellent job. The paint looks great and they cleaned everything up and put the room back as it was when they were done. They were very professional. Cost included paint.

Although the job was slow to start, over all I was pleased with the work. I was out of town, so I had to rely on the contractor and he did what he said he would do. He had to work around some other work I was having done and he made it all work. The price seemed a little low from the initial bid, so it was not a surprise when some items were added. even so the price was reasonable based on having an almost identical job done for another home I used to own. I would use him again.

Went well, they were settle late My room is an office in my home with pointy ceilings at the two doors. Also large windows on one wall. Needed more paint which they went and bought. Good job!

Sullivan painting painted a bedroom for our family and did a great job. The room had previously been painted with stripes, so his service took great care to sand the walls prior to applying three coats of paint. We will call on Sullivan's service again in the future.

Two painters from Sullivan's Painting came to our home and painted a room on Labor Day, even though they could have taken the day off! They took care of our room, putting tarps down to make sure no paint splattered on the carpet. The room looked great, the paint was even, no spots were missed, and there was no paint on the floor or on the furniture we'd moved to the middle of the room. We had a great experience overall working with Sullivan's Painting and would highly recommend them!

Lee Roy is a very talented, experienced and professional gentleman that I would definitely recommend to others looking for quality work at a reasonable price. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Lee Roy and his team and even our dog was relaxed when they were working. He was great. The only negative thing was punctuality and responsiveness. I would hire him though. He is very professional. He is an older guy and a little slow but the quality of his work and his price are great. However, if you are the someone who wants to schedule quickly and time conscious he may not be the guy for you.

I provided the paint, they the labor. Did a very good job, especially considering costs. Plan to use them again to paint outside trim.

The job was excellent. Mr. Sullivan and his crew were on time and very professional. I received a thorough estimate for labor and paint. The house is 52 yrs old so there was quite a bit of patching to be done so first 3 days were devoted to that and removal of the wallpaper from 2 bathrooms and hallway and priming. I changed my mind about colors a few times and Mr. Sullivan made sure I had samples on the wall and was sure before he continued. They were very careful when moving furniture and knick knacks. Every room was cleaned up and put back in order w hen painting was done. I would definitely use and recommend and use Sullivan Painting again.

It was great. They arrived on time and got the job done in an efficient manner. The walls look amazing! No holes and no mess. We would definitely use them again.

He first power washed both sides of the surface of the year old fence. Then the next day he came by to check to see how dry the wood was. Later that day and the next day(since there wasn't enough stain and I needed to purchase more for him to finish) he stained both sides of the fence totaling 6ft by 140 ft in surface area not including 8 foot posts which were of course stained also. The end result is a homogeneous red cedar finish that allows the natural beauty of the grain of the wood through. The wood, which was pressure treated, is finally protected from the elements.

Scheduled the work to our mutual satisfaction. We got the paint and had it ready. We stayed in touch and adjusted the day when we got close. Lee and his helper arrived and did the work in a timely and efficient manner. It took two part days to complete. The quality of the job is very good. I am so happy I hired this out.

Sullivan painting did a great job painting a large bedroom and small bathroom in my house. The room was initially a very dark color, so multiple coats of primer were needed. Mr. Sullivan was very courteous and helpful. The only reason for my B rating is that he seems to be disorganized when it comes to scheduling. We had scheduled for the 28th and when I called him the day before, he had not written our appointment down in his book and was unable to come until the 30th. Other than that though, the whole experience was great, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.

Didn't call me concerning the fact that he wasn't able to make the appointment. Ended up not showing up and was non-nonchalant about it saying "we can do this appointment tomorrow". I had somewhere to go and didn't get my plans done because I was stuck waiting on him. I had to call him and figure out were he was at for MYappointment, he never contacted me.

Mr. Sullivan is a gentleman's gentleman! He is very professional, punctual, and courteous. And far above and beyond that his work reflects the pride he takes in his craft. I can honestly say I couldn't have found a painter that would have done the quality work he did. We had no qualms about leaving him the keys to our house so he could get the job done... job was done without a hitch! Will certainly be using him for any future painting needs we may have!
