Sullivan Painting

They had one guy on their crew that was terribly not caring about the work he performed. He even tilted the ladder back with a gallon of paint on it which went all over him and a large area of the $15,000 premium vinyl flank flooring we had professionally installed two weeks earlier.

Excellent. Lee Roy and Katherine were excellent. Lee Roy and his team of painters were very kind, professional, and efficient. They did an excellent job painting and matched our requested color exceedingly well for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Wonderful. It’s rare to find someone who shows up when they say they will. Leroy Sullivan and his entire crew were great. Very easy to work with, responsive to our needs, patient with us choosing colors. Estimate price was more reasonable than I expected. Work completed in the time frame stated. Quality of work exceptional. They prepped and cleaned up well. Respectable people who I would recommend to anyone. I will use them in future projects.

I would recommend scheduling with Kathy. Lee Roy does an excellent job painting and is super nice but Kathy is better at communications and scheduling.

Painters were very thorough and took an obvious pride in their work. My only complaint is that they did not always communicate their schedule well. My house looks beautiful.

Very thorough. You could tell he took pride in his work. The crew was also very respectful of me and my young children.

They paint worse than I do and they do it for a living. I was not impressed. They are very slow. If they do that for a living, they should paint better than me. I was so disappointed, that I ended up painting my kitchen myself. The $99 did not cover any woodwork. In order for them to do around the doors and windows, I had to pay an extra $35. I supplied all the paint. I had already bought the paint, I just didn't want to paint it. I was not real impressed with them. They were mediocre. I just didn't expect to pay more. I found that very weird that it didn't cover the woodwork. I think they could have done better. They did a fair job and that was it. They need to learn how to paint. I shouldn't have to touch up 5 places. It's just a basic room.

Leroy was very professional and did a very good job. Prices were extremely good for the amount of work done. Called him back to touch up and he came with in a couple of days, did the touchup - no questions asked. I would recommend and hire again.

They did an outstanding job on short notice.

Mr. Sullivan and his crew were very nice and did a real nice job at a reasonable rate.

Excellent. The only change that I would make would be to schedule 1 or 2 rooms to be completed 100%, then complete 1 or 2 more rooms, etc. in sequence until the entire house is finished.

Excellent! Plan to hire them again to paint my basement. I can't say enough good things about Lee Roy and his crew. They were so nice and so fast, I couldn't believe how quickly they painted the inside of my house. And filled in every nail hole and any nicks in the walls. They were amazing

Pleased with the actual painting. Not pleased with the service at all. I was scheduled to have the work begin on Dec 12. No one showed or called until Thursday. So work was rescheduled for the following Tuesday. Painter did not show until 3 pm and work still was not started. Wednesday, painters arrived at 10:57 when I was told they would be there at 8:30. Came late everyday until job was finished,which took longer than expected. Also, there was another $374 added to the total because of "second coat of paint". This should have been included in the initial estimate from the beginning. This will be paid but I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know. Other than the paint itself, an added positive is being able to pay via PayPal.

It took longer than expected, and they were late arriving, but overall did a great job and we are pleased with the outcome.

Mr. Sullivan was awesome! His quote was the lowest of the three I received. However, I liked him the instant I met him and of the other painters I received quotes from, he was definitely the most respectful and least pushy. I was really nervous about using a painter...I have always done all of my own painting but I did not think I was up to dealing with all the prep my kitchen needed and I knew I wasn't tall enough nor did I have the right equipment to do my stairs. I corresponded a lot with Kathy, who is awesome and incredibly kind. She never acted like my questions were annoying and was always prompt in getting back to me. Mr. Sullivan and his crew arrived at their promised time. They began working at 9:30 AM and finished shortly before 2:00 PM. They left everything very clean. I had to leave in the middle of the work so it was a few hours later before I saw the final project. It looks amazing and I am incredibly pleased with how this project turned out. There were no last minute price changes or charges for "extra" work. It's clear by his actions that Mr. Sullivan has a tremendous amount of integrity. His crew was very friendly. I was incredibly impressed with how quickly they worked...they did a project that would have taken me three full Saturdays in less than five hours.

Went very well. They missed an area on the dock that was facing the Lake but apologized and got it covered when they came to put on second coat. Mr. Sullivan was on site both painting and supervising.

Lee Roy, the owner runs his business with professionalism and integrity. He is easily reached through his assistant Kathy or personally. His men showed up between 8:15-8:30 every day and work hard ALL day leaving a little after 5pm. He and his men are great at what they do and it honestly went so seamless. I would recommend him a thousand times over.
