Robert was excellent at communicating in a very timely manner. Never had to wait to hear from him. Follow up was fast on any question or concern. I really appreciated that he was hands on and supervising the work. The entire job was started and completed within 2 days. The system is working and we have no issues. Love that his install comes with two follow up service calls within the first year. We have confidence in his work and would gladly refer him to a friend.

Perfectly! From my initial interaction w Rebecca on the phone & then Robert in person I had complete confidence I was in good hands. Robert answered all of my questions, responded immediately to any texts I sent & was on time for each appointment we had set up. He is professional, knowledgeable & personable. The day of installation Robert & Paul arrived 5 minutes early, got started on the job right away & were extremely efficient during the installation. Robert was on time and worked efficiently. He was able to diagnose and repair our unit. Also took the time to evaluate our second unit. Did it all for a very fair price.

Integrity showed up on time and found out exactly what was suspected concerning the unit. Once the unit's part number was determined, integrity ordered me a Trane System and had the old unit replaced in about 4 hours ! Hey, an Absolute a great job !!!

Robert was extremely friendly and helpful troubleshooting why our units keep dripping water inside. He replaced all our drainage lines and freon, always keeping in mind the cost to us. He was very punctual and respectful and made sure his work aligned with my schedule.

There’s nothing worse than an a/c (or heater) going out when you need it most. I called Integrity, and Robert worked me in very quickly...He arrived, trouble shot, and addressed the problem in an efficient manner. Pricing was fair and the work was done right. I have t had any issues since, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I would hire again, and recommend to anyone who needs help with the HVAC issues!

Robert was awesome. Was even able to come earlier than anticipated (we called at 5pm and he came at 830 am next day). He was very thorough and helped complete our job within the same day. We would always recommend him! Price was only higher than we hoped because our unit is so old and the refrigerant is more expensive but that is not something he has control over!

Was able to get our old unit replace with a Trane 16 SEERS UNIT, has made a difference in my breathing condition. When we started having problems with the old unit and hoping it could be worked on, Robert explain to me why it would be better for us to get a new unit. When our unit completely stop working after the server storms . We called Robert and he was able to install the unit and insured that we had the correct amount of amps to our breaker box, he also installed a new control panel in the house. He also sealed all of our duct system and gave us instructions on how to keep and maintain our new unit. When you have medical conditions that interferes with your breathing, you have to have someone who’s has knowledge and experience to their work.

Robert McGlothlen was professional and informative. We called him and he was here the next day. I would 100% use Robert again the next time I have AC issues.

They called back immediately and although they could not fit us in within 2 weeks, took our information for possible earlier times available.

Robert was the absolute best! It turned out that my AC had an issue that was a bit outside the normal things that go wrong. He stuck with it and kept me informed with what he was finding and how much things cost. I could not have been happier. I recommend him and his family, his sweet wife took my original call, to anyone who wants to use a fare and knowledgeable small business. I am so grateful to them! Integrity HVAC did a wonderful job installing our new heating and air system. They installed a Trane and it's working great. I am very pleased! Rob the owner was very professional with his work , price was very fair did not try to sell you on products he can get most units that you want . Overall I’m highly satisfied with Integrity, so far it’s lives up to its name .
