Robert at Integrity and his helper were absolutely great. They tested the unit, explained what needed to be done, corrected the issue and then explain it the issue came back (low Freon) there could be a leak somewhere and more investigation would be needed. They verified the unit was working properly, cleaned up afterwards, and were completely professional. Thank You Integrity HVAC

Robert and Paul took the time to look at my AC unit and test the system when I was having issues. Robert explained in detail and showed me what he was doing along the way. They gave me an honest opinion about my AC unit after testing and troubleshooting the issues. I was given Integrity HVACs information after searching Greenville for a reputable HVAC company and having no luck. Robert was easy to communicate with and provided a thorough estimate same day of arrival. We were able to schedule our HVAC replacement by that week! We live in a 1930s home and also had significant duct work issues in the basement. They were able to get me an additional estimate & complete the work within the same week. They were thorough, efficient & professional. We will absolutely use them for future work at our home. Thankful for Integrity!

Robert came out to help us on a short notice and was awesome to work with. We have older units (25 yrs old) and he went over what to look for and inspected the condition of the units while he was here. He was able to add freon to the unit having trouble and get us up and running in no time to keep us cool. Robert was very personable and friendly, as mentioned he was thorough in his explanation to help us understand everything that was going on. He was extremely fair on his pricing and transparent from the start of our conversation when exploring different scenarios that we may want to anticipate prior to his arrival. We will be using Robert from here on out and plan to use his services when we go to change out our units. I highly recommend him!

Integrity HVAC took extra care that our two new furnaces, and two new air conditioner units were running as they should be. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and on time.

We had an appointment with Integrity to provide maintenance for our HVAC system on Wednesday. However, on Monday evening, during warming temps, we turned on the a/c to find that it was not functioning. I called Integrity and they made time in their busy schedule to come out on Tuesday. They quickly found the issue, fixed it and continued with the maintenance service, all at a fair price. I will be relying on Integrity for future services.

Very well! Robert and Paul were very efficient and a did thorough and awesome job. Very satisfied.

It went great. Robert quickly troubleshot my HVAC Unit, and repaired chewed wire, checked to ensure by pilot was functioning well, as well as the fan and gas lines, He checked for any leaks, and treated corrosion on my pipes and repainted them. He pointed out that my main circuit board had some browning, and eventually might need to be replaced, and was very direct about the cost of the part (very affordable), and what it would cost to replace if necessary. Very respectfully, directly addressed the issues, honest, and definitely has a lot of integrity! I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a service done. I was very pleased.

I called twice and was promised a response both times. I never received a response. If Integrity is too busy to take on new customers, a simple response stating so would have been appropriate.

It was great. Whenever I called Angi, he called me immediately back and gave price. Upon ordering the equipment he installed it right after a week and he was a very nice man.

Rob was gracious and professional, gave us a reasonable estimate and did the work on our duct system right on schedule. It has made a world of difference in our house's air quality. The only reason my review is 4 stars and not 5 is that this was before most people, including us, had been vaccinated for covid, so I asked Rob to wear a mask in our house, which I also did when he was inside. But he didn't wear one. Given that my husband has asthma and was thus high risk for complications if he were to catch Covid, this was a concern for me.

Robert was prompt and courteous while installing our AC unit. He was fair and thorough on measuring the job to quote it. I would hire him again!
