He was able to replace the flange and properly install the toilet. The service went very well and the cost was very competitive with other quotes I received. I would recommend his service and use him again for any plumbing needs.

I needed a section of carpet restretched. I called Fernando and he came out the next day to take a look and took care of the installation that same day. Overall, he was very responsive, honest, and reasonable. I would definitely contact him again.

It went exactly as planned! A great company to deal with,Fernando wanted everything to be just right, and it was. A pleasure working with someone like that, he also had good suggestions when we weren't sure of what we wanted. He has a great crew, young men, but very talented! They worked really hard and were no trouble while working in our home. Very polite, and one of the young men .who was painting at the time, crawled through our bedroom window to get a door unlocked that somehow had gotten locked when we closed the door! We called him "our hero" of the day!!!!!! All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience. or a better group to do the work. My husband and I are seniors, and Fernando was especially kind to us, doing little repair jobs he saw needed done while he was here. We will certainly use his company again, perhaps in the Spring to remodel another bathroom. I need to mention, the little jobs I spoke of, he did at no charge!! Thanks, Fernando, for such a great job! We will surely recommend him to our friends.

Overall -- very very well. Phone conversations are confusing, a bit gruff, but Fernando in person is charming and most accomodating. His workers are polite and do a good job. They keep quite busy, so being flexible with time was helpful (essential, actually).

We were in the middle of finishing our basement. My husband had elected to do much of the work himself, and contract out the electrical, plumbing, etc. When we got to the mudding and taping phase of installing the sheetrock, we thought he'd done okay--until he started spraying on and "knocking down" the finish for the ceiling, and the lighter "orange peel" for the walls. (Our house is only 3 years old, and we wanted the basement to look like the rest of the house--with "knock down" ceilings and orange peel surface walls. After a couple of weekends spent trying to make it look like the rest of the house, we realized we needed help. I logged on to Angie's List and called the top 3 rated interior painting and sheetrock contractors at that time. Ferco was #1. The number 2 guy couldn't come look at it until the following week, and he talked like he really didn't want the job--said he was afraid he couldn't match what was upstairs. The other guy never called me back. Fernando Correa, who is (I think) the owner of Ferco called me back within a few minutes of my initial message. He was at my house within 2 hours, and he and his crew started work the following week--the Tuesday after labor day. Throughout the process, Fernando consulted with us to make sure we were happy. As a side note, I noticed someone else had expressed concern that he didn't take notes when giving a quote. I think he reads his reviews here and takes them to heart, because he came in with a pad and pen, took notes, and then asked that I review them. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the results. They finished today, but there were several delays while we made up our minds about the finish for the floor--they stained the concrete. All the delays were our fault, not theirs. The basement looks beautiful. The walls and ceilings are indistinguishable from the upstairs. The tile work is gorgeous. I have a long list of projects for Ferco as soon s I can work them into my budget. I would highly recommend this company.

Given a quote on the day i called and had the job finished the next day. The repair of the textured ceiling was amazing and the quality of the paint job was just as good. Definitely would recommend.

I had a little difficulty scheduling the crew for work, but they completed the work in less time than they estimated. They did an excellent job with intricate work, and they replaced HVAC vents for me without charge, even though that amount was not included in the original estimate.

Fernando is an extra nice guy. Came by quickly and promptly to give an estimate. And for a very small job. Scheduled it within days. He is not cheap, but the work - mostly done by Freddie - is excellent. Will keep FERCO on my go-to list for future projects.

Fernando met with me twice before starting the job. The first time was to provide me an estimate. I asked him to meet me again a few days before starting to go over the details. His crew followed our instructions perfectly. Fernando is a very nice gentlemen. His crew of 3 young men were also very nice and pleasant young men, as well as very good painters. They worked from 8:00 AM until 7:30 PM to finish the job. They offered to come back the next day to finish if it would be more convenient for me. One of the young men politely asked me if he could play his radio as they worked. He said it wouldn't be loud, and it wasn't. They worked steadily throughout the day, and Fernando stopped in several times to check their work, and give additional directions. On his last visit he got the broom and a dust mop and began cleaning the floors. We are very happy with the end result. It was also a very pleasant experience to see such nice and hard working young men. I would highly recommend FERCO.

The work they performed was high quality. Very hard worker. The only negative I have was that they are tough to get a hold of and not very responsive to messages. Several times I was told they would be coming to our house to start the job but they did not show up. I was ready to call another firm when they finally did show up on the appointed day.

I met with numerous contractors to get estimates on the many projects I needed done before my family moved in. I chose Fernando and his team because of 1) the positive reviews on Angie'slist, 2) the fact that they could do all the work without farming tasks out to other groups, 3) he could meet my deadline for the work to be done, 4) his prices are very reasonable, and 5) he not only gives you estimates but advice on how to make your project come out even better (no one else offered advice). Fernando and team had 4 weeks from when I closed on the house until the movers arrived. These 4 weeks were unsupervised as I was only able to travel back to Greenville three times during the 4 weeks - that tells you that I felt very confident in choosing him. He and his team hit the ground running on day one and finished the day before we moved in. They started by removing the popcorn ceilings and the wallpaper. What a difference it made to this 25 year old home - the ceilings are bright and look brand new! The home is 5400 sq feet so when I say they removed the popcorn ceilings, removed all wallpaper and painted the interior we are talking about a LOT of work. Fernando and my wife picked out the tile (with his advice) at a store he recommended and it looks AWESOME! There is not one thing I can think of that I am not happy with. As mentioned in previous reviews, Fernando does not write things down, but somehow he remembers EVERY detail you discuss with him. As we progressed through the renovation we continually added additional items of work to be completed and Fernando was able to accomodate them and the prices were always very fair. I can tell you today that our house looks totally updated and new thanks to Fernando and his team. My experience has shown Ferco to be trustworthy, hardworking, and wanting the customer to be satisifed in the end. I will use only them for future projects.

He was a nice guy. I read a lot of reviews which said that he doesn't really have a very systematic way of quoting. He just looks around and says it could be so much. He was competitive to other quotes I had in terms of price. He was competitive but I like people who are more detailed. I like people telling that its going to cost this much for the paint and so on. He didn't write anything down so I felt he was not very systematic. He seemed very willing to make accommodations for your requests. He was very friendly and he showed up on time. He called up when he was going to be a little late unlike some other painters I had contacted.

I could write a book on how awesome my experience was. I called Fernando one day and he was at my house the next afternoon giving me a quote. It took me a week to pick the colors that I wanted and Fernando did a check up to see if I was ready to go. I told him what I wanted was complicated and would like him to come back so I could explain.....again...he was at my house the very next day. He fully understood what I wanted and started work the NEXT day. He matched my colors and took care of everything I requested. The price I listed includes everything....labor, paint, material....I bought new ceiling fans (2) and new bathroom hardware (towel bar, TP holder, light fixture)....he installed everything. He caulked all my windows and painted all my baseboards. I have a multi-colored kitchen which he painted the lower half and he went ahead and fixed the mistakes on the upper half from a previous painter. It took him two days. I felt very comfortable leaving him and his crew here alone. His crew did not speak much because they were too busy working! I came home from lunch on the second day and he said he would be done in one hour so I went ahead and paid him and went back to work. I came back 4 hours later and he was still working. He had to put 4 coats of paint in the bathroom which he and I both were only expecting 2. He could have easily called it a day after I paid him. After the job was complete he said that if I have any problems do not hesitate to call him. The painting is flawless. This is the first time I have hired someone to work on my house (I hate painting), but I will be sure to call Fernando for anything else I need. He does it all.

A very pleasant experience. He looked at the kitchen paint job before starting and shook his head over the other contractor's job. He knew immediately that it required sanding, priming and repainting, and he set about to correct the errors. I've never seen anyone work so swiftly and professionally and the results are beautiful.
