Fernando and his helpers did an outstanding job. There is a slight language barrier, but all instructions and requests were clearly understood. Fernando was very punctual and clearly communicated when he would arrive. He completed the entire job in one day. After the inset in the dining room ceiling dried later that day, we noticed that the second coat was a slightly different color from the undercoat (which came from a different paint can - which we supplied). It turned out that Lowe's mixed the wrong color for the first can. Fernando came back later in the week and repainted the dining room ceiling at no cost! He and his crew work quickly, yet are very careful and do high quality work. We were very pleased and look forward to hiring him again.

It was and is continuing to be a very good experience. Sometimes a little problem with communication but nothing that hampered the job. He came and gave us an estimate and started within a week. The work is professional and the clean-up afteward was great. His crew was very friendly and were very hard workers. We will continue to use him for various projects such as painting all of exterior of the house and other decorating jobs. He has really good ideas.

Excellent, I called Fernando Wednesday AM for an estimate, he came by that afternoon gave me a quote and started the job the next Monday (Even though it had snowed a few inches that morning). He had a crew of two other painters and they had had everything wrapped up by 4 pm on Tuesday. The quality of work was excellent, they prepped all of the walls and moved and covered all of our furniture. My wife and I normally do our own painting, but we were a bit intimidated by our tall ceilings and decided to contract this out to someone with the right equipment. We were impressed watching real painting pros at work.

Everything went extremely well. Work done in a professional manner. Fernando is very accommodating and eager to please.

He came over promptly, as always, did the job perfectly. Frankly, he's beginning to feel like family now. I trust him to the Nth degree. Very good man with honor, integrity and intelligence. So glad we found him on Angie's List. We have more work planned for the future based on the health of my husband

Fernandos service was excellent. We bought most materials for him (back splash tile, tile floors, wood floors, tile in bathroom), and we gave him color samples for the walls and he bought the paint. His crew is very professional and we were comfortable in giving him a key to our home for the duration of the work. Every day when we went to our home it was like Christmas morning because it was unbelievable what they can get done in 1 day. We are extremely impressed and added on projects as we went. We also paid as he did work as well which we liked. Fernando made the suggestion for 20x20 tile in the great room and brought us samples to look at. We were skeptical at first, but the floor is stunning. Fernando bought several supplies for his work as well.

I was pleased. This is the first time I've used professional painters, and the house has suffered from do-it- yourself paint jobs (single mother with kids, drips and runs) and those problems were taken care of nicely. I didn't know what questions to ask, and I assumed that it was like rug cleaning, you take care of the small stuff, and they take care of the big pieces so I removed collectible pieces, area rugs, and lamps and left the heavy pieces for them (chairs, pictures, mirror, entertainment unit, etc). Next time I'll ask who is responsible for what. Fernando arrived with two painters. They pushed all remaining stuff to the center of the room and covered it with plastic. He remained and instructed fellows on the job, and once they started he went to another job. I did ask if I could run errands, and he assured me that the helpers were safe to leave in the house. I did go in and out during the day and everything was fine. He returned once and maybe twice to oversee the project. They kept the door closed to keep sanding dust from spreading all over the house, but I felt free to walk in and check on things. They used a shop vac and cleaned floors and walls as they went. I believe Fernando underestimated the time. He originally believed that it would take one day (I was totally amazed; it would have taken me a week of hard labor!), but it took 1 1/2. However, this was not a problem for me. I'd rather have a good job than a fast job. The second day one painter didn't show so Fernando pitched in to help finish. When they finished, everything that was in the room was neat and clean and put back. He gave me the leftover paint. The room is lovely and now the rest of my house just looks awful! ;=) I would use him again, but I realized that there is paint on my wood floor. It has taken me a lot of time to work on it, but it's still not completely gone. Also, when he hung my cornice boards, the paint was still wet, so when I hung my drapes, part of the plaster come down. He did come out and fix it but then dust covered all of my furniture. As the homeowner, I wish he would have had more communication with me as well.

Our home in Spartanburg is not our primary residence and we were not able to oversee the work that was needed due to the fact that we live in Florida. I located Fernando via Angie's List and he was wonderful. Because we were in no rush to have the work done I can't comment on his punctuality but I can say that he had access to our home with no supervison and that he did a wonderful job of painting the interior. He kept in very close contact with us via phone and that was very much appreciated. Sometimes understanding him was a challenge because he has a thick accent but this was a very slight issue. My husband recently went to SC and was very happy with the painting done by Fernando. He is a pro. We have arranged for him to do exterior painting, again while we are away and we feel quite confident using him.

Overall, it went very well. Either he or his crew were there to do work at exactly 8:30 each day. Fernando was very anxious to please us and paid very good attention to every detail. He made some good suggestions that we followed and felt it made our home nicer without costing much. They were exceedingly neat and cleaned up as they went and at the end of each day. We were impressed! And lest I forget-when they removed the fridge to re-tile, he noticed our ice maker was not hooked up due to older pipes/newer appliance. He fixed that for us "just because"-no charge.

Fernando and his crew removed wallpaper from a number of rooms in the home that we had purchased, then painted the entire interior.

It went perfectly and without a hitch! Fernando and his crew worked for four days on and off on the project. Fernando came over and gave an estimate. Two days later, he began the project. He and his crew primed and painted all of the rooms. They painted and cleaned up completely during each session. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the outcome.

Finally a contractor that is courteous, on time and does quality work for an affordable price. One day he had to take his mother to a doctor's appointment and he called me on my cell phone just to let me know that he would be late. Seems like a small thing to expect, but I have used other companies and they will just go missing for days. The work was very high quality and I cannot believe we were able to get this work completed within our budget.
