Description of Work: Fernando came out to give estimate on a Saturday. He gave some ideas and took pictures of some of the paneling. He didn't have anything with him to write down what we were wanting repaired which I thought was odd. After a week we contacted him and never heard back. I can understand if you are too busy or don't want to do the job, but you could respond either way.

Description of Work: Hard wood floors, ceramic tile work, carpet work, other decorations and upgrades.

Description of Work: Painted interior of my house. Fernando and his crew were very respectful and nice. My husband and I were very pleased with their work. Fernando suggested making a color change on two walls as a contrast and I love it!

Description of Work: Fernando did a good job applying a satin finish on our wood floors, which involved moving furniture, etc.

Description of Work: This is a tentative review since there could be facts in play of which I am unaware. I contacted the principal of this company, Fernando Correa, and after talking to him, he came to my home and measured for the replacement countertop which we are going to have to purchase. He promised to drop his written estimate/quote by the house on the following day. That was five days ago and he has yet to call or appear with my quote. I fail to understand. He was a very personable young man, who seemed quite competent and professional. I hope that there is some rational explanation as to what caused this situation.

Description of Work: They never called me back, therefore I did not use them.

Description of Work: Set time that he would come at "lunch time" to give estimate for dry wall repair and paint. Did not show up by noon. We waited until 1:30 and then texted him to ask if he was still coming. He called and asked if 3:00 pm was ok. After waiting at home for several hours for him to come, I said no. I will find someone else that wants the work and knows how to treat customers. He did have my phone number as I had texted him my address earlier.

Description of Work: Fernando did an awesome job. Had him paint interior hallway along with 6 doors and trim. started at 8 and was done by 2 with everything cleaned up. Very professional and responsive. I will use Fernando for all my future needs.

Description of Work: We had our kitchen floor tiled in slate & some drywall finishing work done on a corner of the room. Fernando's crew removed all of the old linoleum & underlying tar paper (OLD house), leveled the floor where necessary, installed the backer board, thinset & tile. They were very efficient & did the job to perfection. I had gotten quotes from 8 other contractors (5 identified here as the top 5 "tile" guys, and 3 recommended by Clayton Tile), and Ferco was the best price. Some quote ranged up to $3,850 for the same job... We couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Description of Work: He came to give me an estimated to repair walls around shower. I decided to let him do the work. We agreed on Wednesday or Thursday to do the work. He called me Wednesday and we had a confusing conversation but he said he was coming at 5 and I told him that would be fine, but then he realized who I was and said he would come Thursday. I just went a long with him and told him that's would be ok. It's Saturday and haven't heard anything and never showed. Guess he is as confused as he sounds.

Description of Work: He gave a great price for painting - living room, kitchen, dining room, hall, back & front decks. He cleaned the gutters, repaired a transition of hardwood to tile.

Description of Work: Repair of sheetrock damage done by furniture delivery followed by painting of stairwell, two entryways, great room, and master bath. The owner with two employees did a wonderful job for us. He was able to schedule our job the day after I called him ... so convenient !! They accommodated all of our requests, including the type of paint. They were honest, friendly, & professional. We will use them again for our painting needs.
