DR FLUSH

Description of Work: I called on Wednesday, late afternoon. I explained to him my toilets had overflowed to the point I had 1/2 water in my master bath and my laundry room. My front bath was right on the verge. He explained to me that they were in the middle of a big job for the city and would probably be working all night. He asked if he could come out on Thurs.morning, if he could squeeze me in with this other job and even gave me the option to call someone else. He was very understanding. I explained that Thursday morning would be OK if he could get there early. I was still mopping up all of this water (thank God it was all clear water from the rinse cycle in the washer and the tanks on the toilets), had used all my towels and had a doctor's appointment at 1:30 pm on Thursday. He called me about 9:20 am and was there at about 9:30 am. He immediately fount where the tank lid was, I had no clue. He dug it out, opened it up and told me my septic tank looked fine, it was not full. He said from what he could see, there was nothing running from the house into the septic and told me I might need a plumber because there was a clog in the line somewhere in the house. He must have seen the tears welling up in my eyes. Anyway, he said "let me try something". He went to his truck and came back with a long garden hose and turned it on. I could have pressure washed my house with the force coming out of that hose. He fed it up into the pipe that drains from my house, and said he felt a clog. after a couple of minutes of high pressure water, the clog came out. He had me try the showers, toilets and sinks in the house to make sure everything was was running out. He asked if I wanted him to go ahead and vacuum and clean out the septic. The water level in it looked a little high to me even though he said it was fine. So I got him to go ahead and do it. He was a Godsend. He covered the septic system back up, put everything in it's place and was done in about an hour or less. He only charged me 235.00 for everything If anything happens in the future, I will be calling Dr. Flush.

Description of Work: I had the septic pumped.

Description of Work: Sptic tank pumped out. Had no problem with sptic system. But after 18 years I thought it was time to pump it out. No problems. Good deal.
