Initially, there was a bit of a mixup regarding the day I had scheduled, but they actually came a day early, which was no problem. Andres was very professional and pleasant and got the tank pumped out in a very short order. He then gave me some tips on maintenance, which I appreciated. I will definitely call them again.

They responded promptly to our call and would have done the job the next business day had it not been for TS Irma. They called first thing the following morning to let us know they were on the way. They were respectful of our property, cordial, efficient, and professional. Upon inspecting the second tank, Eddie said that it was only about 1/3 full and didn't need to be pumped this trip. They completed the work quickly and neatly. We will definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Sent someone out the same day we called in the afternoon. Notified us 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Located, dug out and pumped tank. Attempted, unsuccessfully, to locate our 2nd tank at the barn, but recommended another plumber to come locate the tank with a camera. A couple days later tank was located. We then had Dr. Flush return to check that tank. They informed us it didn't really need to be pumped and charged a reasonable fee for service call, digging out and checking the tank. Two different sets of people came and both were knowledgeable and got the job done. Gave good advice and didn't charge us for services that weren't needed. Service was discounted because two tanks were involved. Would definitely hire again. The cost reported here does not include the price of the 2nd group coming out to locate barn septic tank with a camera.

I did not know where tank was. I called on Tuesday and scheduled for the next morning. Techs called and told me they were going to be about hour late because of an emergency call. Since mine was not an emergency, this was understandable. (If I was the emergency call, I would surely appreciate the schedule shuffle. Techs arrived and found the tank within minutes. It was under a decorative dry creek bed -- a lot of rocks. They chose a place to dig and were exactly on top of the top cover. They were pumping after about 15 minutes on site. Tank was near capacity, but not overflowing into the drain field. They put the landscaping back and, after a good rain, you should not be able to see where they worked. It took about 75 minutes from drive up to drive away. Pictures attached.

Was very pleased with the quick service. They came in about 2-3 hours after calling on a Saturday. The process only took just over an hour. Pricing was in line with other companies. No hesitation on using them again.

Quick service and did a great job explaining all he was doing prior to actually doing. Very satisfied and highly recommend for septic tank service.

Jimmy & his assistant arrived a half hour before me and had by then found my tank & dug down to it (almost 4' deep). In under an hour they fully emptied the thing (1000 gallon tank), RINSED it out with water AND sucked that rinse water back out! They made it a point to show me before & after so that I had no doubt that the service they were providing was the real deal. Jimmy had me flush both of my commodes to verify function and then closed the tank, re-buried it & was on his way. ALL of this in under an hour. Both men were courteous, informative and fast. I am now good to go for many years! Having never needed such a service I did not know what to expect, but I gotta say I was very impressed with every aspect of the operation, including how these men conducted themselves.

We used Angie's List to find a septic service because we are moving here from Texas. We had Dr Flush out to a older house we were in the process of buying. They inspected the septic tank and showed us the deterioration of the outlet. The senior guy gave us a description of the work that needed to be done and a price. While they were there we had them pump out the tank, since we knew we were going to go ahead with the sale. Since we didn't own the house yet we couldn't have them do the work, but we had him put it on the written inspection and the sellers used Dr Flush to make the repairs at a later date. The price was higher then what we were used to paying in Texas for pumping but is probably normal for here. The gentlemen who did the work showed up early, acted quickly and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were awesome! Friendly and very professional... I called them at 2pm with original inquiry and the job was done by 6pm!!! Bengy and his boys do great work!

This guy was fantastic. On time, professional, and even fixed a drain line I was having problems with. Benji and two other guys pumped out my septic tank based on another plumber who said that my drain was clogging up because of it being full. Turns out it was not the problem. I figured I was going to have to get another plumber out here to try and find out what the problem was. Benji said he would try to flush the line out from my detached garage (where my toilet was stopping up). He cleared the line in 10 minutes or less. Roto Rooter had charged me $220 to try to clear this line but then said it was the septic tank being full that caused this problem. Then they left. So I was out $220 and my drain was still clogged up. Benji didn't even charge me for fixing my problem. He charged the $360 like he said. I felt bad about it, but he would not take any extra money. Give these guys a try, they are honest and very knowledgeable!! .

We hired Dr Flush to pump our septic tank after reading the reviews here. They did a great job. Our tank was completely full before we called. They showed up, pumped it out, talked to us about do's and don'ts of septic tanks, and finished up the job. We were surprised at how fast they got the job done. They were friendly and professional.

The two gentlemen that arrived were prompt and friendly. They patiently spent quite a bit of time and located the septic tank. They were efficient and shared how to unclog it in the future if need be. It was a great service experience.

Dr. Flush showed up at scheduled time. I have two septic tanks on my property. I new where my main septic tank was located but the septic tank in my front yard I had no idea where it is. The service man from Dr. Flush and myself tried to locate the septic tank with no luck. Unfortunately we believe that the tank is probably 4 to 5 feet below the grown and his probe would only go down 4 feet. He gave me the name of a plummer who could locate the tank electronically so when they come back to do the secondary tank they will know exactly where it is and if they need to bring additional equiptment to get down to the tank. The service man was very professional and gave me good advise. Should I decide to have my second tank drained which I probably will I will definitely use Dr Flush. My main septic tank was located, drained and the dirt replaced all in about 45 minutes.

Showed up on time. Didn't take long at all, maybe 30-45 minutes, including the time to dog down to the access cover of the septic tank. He also showed me how to tell which one of my toilets had a slight leak (water was trickling into the septic tank even when the toilets weren't being flushed). Very helpful and professional crew. They said Spartanburg county was cheaper than Greenville county.

Arrived at appointed time. Very polite and knowledgeable. Work was done quickly with only a small disturbance in the yard. Would definitely recommend and would use again when needed for this service or other services they offer.
