Description of Work: Billy and his coworker located the septic tank (I had no idea where it was), dug down to it, and emptied and cleaned the tank. They gave a rundown of what not to flush, put the dirt back in place and then were on their way. They were very professional and very pleasant, even after having to search for awhile to find my tank (it was not where it was expected to be). Nice, easy experience. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I had an unknown septic tank issue. They came and looked at it, telling me they would let me know the price after starting to dig. I had to follow up on the appt as they were very busy. After calling they told me it would be $600-800 to start digging. Needless to say, I was happy with the total price to dig and resolve the issue. After initial follow up call, they were responsive and got me on the schedule within 2-3 weeks.

+ -1 moreScheduling was for the same day. They called to let me know they were on the way with 15 minutes notice. The owner was courteous, informative and professional in appearance. His worker was also polite. They got the work done without any problems and cleaned up adequately after themselves. I would definitely hire again.
Description of Work: They located and dug down to the septic tank hatch by hand and then pumped and flushed it out using hoses from their truck.

+ -1 moreTHE MEN ARRIVED ON TIME AND LOCATED THE TANK. AFTER DIGGING, THE LID WAS ABOUT FOUR FEET DOWN AND TOO HEAVY FOR THEM TO LIFT. MY HUSBAND ASSISTED BY LIFTING THE LID WITH OUR BACKHOE. AFTER PUMPING THE TANK, THEY OFFERED TO INSTALL AN EXTENSION PIPE SO THAT THE LID WOULD BE CLOSER TO THE SURFACE FOR FUTURE MAINTENANCE. WE AGREED. THEY WAITED ABOUT 30 MINUTES FOR THE PIPE TO ARRIVE. THEN THEY INSTALLED IT QUICKLY, ADDED A NEW LID AND COVERED IT OVER WITH THE DIRT. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A PILE OF DIRT LEFT DUE TO RAISING THE LID, IT WAS A VERY GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: THE MEN PUMPED SEPTIC TANK. ADDED A PIPE EXTENSION TO RAISE THE LID OF TANK CLOSER TO SURFACE. INSTALLED NEW LID.
