Tech was very courteous did not try to over sell services. He was very careful not to let my dog out when I could not get there before he started. I definitely would recommend this company.

The septic tank stopped up on a Sunday and we called Dr. Flush thinking we would get the answering service but he actually answered the phone. We were able to get by till Monday morning and he called first thing to let us know he was on the way. He arrived promptly, was very courteous and professional. He found the access door to the septic tank, dug it out and had everything completed in about 45 minutes. He covered everything back up and you can hardly tell anything was done. Top notch service and quality, they don't come any better than Dr. Flush. I highly recommend him.

I did not have an emergency however they called me back and said they would come out that day. Within just a few hours I received a call and they said they would have a truck their shortly. Once they arrived they dug a two by two foot hole and found the septic tank lid. They pumped it out washed the area , had me flush a few time to make sure everything was clear and sealed the area up like they were never there. I called around and dr. Flush was the most reasonable and professional service who called me back and told me the exact price. I would recommend them to anyone. Mr. rooter wanted over four hundred and were only going to unclog my drain, Dr. Flush charged me 360 and cleared the drain and empty my tank, I should be good for a least five more years!

Drains were not emptying in two adjacent bathrooms. I called a plumber to come look at the problem. He didn't find anything wrong with the drains, and suggested I call a septic tank service. They came out within 4 hours of my call. Two men worked diligently to determine the location and orientation of the underground tank. Having done this, it was explained to me that there were two septic tank openings, or caps, on the top of the septic tank. One was on the top front and the other on the top rear of the tank. It was also explained that the front opening could be used to completely flush the tank, but this might not correct my problem. Only by inspection of the rear opening could it be determined if the drainage into the tank was obstructed. I had them open the rear cap and an obstruction was found. They emptied the tank and cleared the obstruction. Then they had me go inside and flush all toilets, one after the other, to see if everything was working properly. There was still some obstruction, but it appeared to be in one of my inside drain lines and there was nothing more they could do. Later, I had someone come out who quickly located and cleared an obstruction in one of my toilet drain lines. As it turned out, I had two separate problems. Although It took some doing, everything seems to be working OK now. I would also like to mention that the septic tank servicemen were prompt, courteous, and efficient!

After all the rain this month, my septic tank was struggling and ALL My sinks, showers and toilets were backing up--on a Saturday, no less. I got ripped off last year for four hundred bucks by another company who supposedly fixed the problem but clearly didn't. I am a widow with seven children (with NO toilets sinks or showers that worked on a Saturday no less!) I was nervous about calling someone but after reading the recommendations here, I called Dr. Flush. He said he could come the same day (work me in since it was an emergency) and I wouldn't have to wait two more days until Monday (Thank you!) They came at nearly dark (which is when they promised) and they were neat and clean and professional and so amazingly efficient. He not only fixed the problem in less than a half hour, he also, at no gain to himself, told me how to avoid the problem in the future. And the price was just a little over HALF of what the last charlatan charged. I will sleep better tonight knowing not only that the problem is fixed but also that next time I can go right to them for a truly wonderful experience. Lets face it--no one likes to think about their septic tank. But when you DO, it's rarely a SMALL problem. And the peace of mind knowing you have someone to depend on is just wonderful.

Entire service took approximately 30 minutes including exposing the top of the tank and pumping. Technicians were professional and courteous. Will definitely use again for similar services if need arises.

Called with septic backup on a Saturday and he came 2 hours later. Knew exactly where to dig, revealed concrete lid, diagnosed backup problem, pumped out septic, replaced sod neatly. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I called Dr Flush based upon prior reviews. We set a date to come out - I was advised the price would be a bit higher as they were some distance away, but I agreed (again going on prior reviews). They were actually able to schedule another tank nearby the same day that would have eliminated the surcharge. This house is new to us and we were not aware of any prior pumping. They located the tank, opened it up, advised that it didn't need pumping.They charged an inspection fee only - reasonable price given that they had to locate the tank, dig down to the hatch, and then to recover everything. Now I've got peace of mind about the state of the septic tank.

Excellent. I thought the septic was in a completely different area. As told to be by previous owner. They found the clean out and did a very good job.

Same day service is always nice!! He came and found the tank, opened it up, pumped it out, rinsed and pumped again, fixed the landscaping and gave me helpful tips on how to continue to maintain the tank. I've recommended this company to several friends - they did a great job.

Having recently bought a 40 year old house, we had no idea what to expect from the septic tank. Initial tests showed that it was working properly, but i decided to have it pumped as a precaution. I called Dr. Flush a 09:00AM on Monday to see if I could get an appointment for that afternoon. They said that they could have someone there at 1:30PM. At 1:00PM, Benjie from Dr. Flush called to confirm the address and to say that he was on his way. They arrived at 1:25PM and started to work. The had the tank completely emptied in 30 min. Benjie also checked the general condition of the tank. Benjie was prompt and very professional. I will use Dr. Flush in the future when the septic tank needs pumping.

I placed an urgent phone call and they were here faster than anyone who has ever performed a service here. They were quick yet efficient. Very pleased. Now the old man that lives here can come home from the hospital today and not have a huge issue to deal with.

I was surprised that he came the same day we called, took care of the problem (full septic tank) and left all in an hour and a half. Great service, great guy.

Even though we were not given a precise time - we were worked in the next day when appt. was set - they arrived well within the window given and phoned from the prior appt to be certain their arrival shortly was good. We had been unsure exactly where the opening for the septic tank was, but this was no problem and they quickly located it, dug down to it and were pumping away long before I had anticipated. Both gentlemen with the truck were helpful, professional and courteous.

It was very good. They charged what they said they were going to charge. I had a very good experience with them. I would recommend them to anybody, and I would use them again.

He came the same day we called and was very nice. He replaced the lid to our septic tank at no extra charge. Although this required a second trip, he did come back the same day. It did seem a little strange that he left the hole to the septic open when he left. Seems like it could be a liability issue for the company. We did cover the hole with a tarp while waiting for him to return with the new lid. Overall, we were very happy with Dr. Flush and would use them again and recommend them to others.

After researching potential vendors (on Angie's List) for pumping my septic tank, I chose Dr. Flush. It had the highest number of and quot;Aand quot; ratings and was local. I called and an appointment was set up for the following day. The crew arrived at the scheduled time, located the cover of the septic tank, uncovered the tank lid and pumped out the tank. The tank was also inspected and found to be funtioning correctly. After pumping the tank clean, the sytem was checked again to assure it was working properly when water was flushed and run through the system. The tank was covered and the hole dug was filled in. The refilled hole appeared as if it did before the digging. The crew was courteous and professional.

OK so I called Dr Flush on the recommendation of Hugh R Simmons Septic Tank Services (who were unable to service my loca). They answered professionally, explained their pricing, and worked to meet my scheduled availability. I didn't have an emergency but knew I'd be available that same afternoon so they worked me in. As it turned out they might have squeezed a little too tight (they were a little late and worked till 6:30 to finish), but I asked for it! I ended up having a difficult to find tank, and it was covered in roots. Tech found it, dug accurately down two feet to expose it, cut away the roots and got the job done. Inspection / eval was right on. Clean-up was awesome (completely repaired the mulch-bed to new). And, noticeable, the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. BTW the price was as quoted - Standard price is basically set by your locale. Family owned, family run. Kudos.

He came pout the same day that I called (1/11/12) and was prepared to pump out my septic tank which was needed. Also examined for problems since I just had tank pumped same time last year. Recommended that additional lines be added to replace lines that were lost when pool was installed. Gave me a prompt estimate and scheduled to complete the work agreed upon. They were in and out in one day. Job well done! Coordinated with landscaper to make any repairs and have sod replaced. Courteous and professional. Did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Quality work!!

Went very well overall. Work was done well and efficiently. Found that a large volume in the tank had "jelled" and that was dealt with at no extra charge. Phone estimate was same as actual charges. Punctuality could have been better. Was told that they would be arriving in the morning but equipment problems delayed them until mid-afternoon. While the delay is understandable, Dr. Flush could have (but didn't) call me to inform me of the delay.

Standard septic tank pump-out. They did a great job and price was right on the estimate.
