They worked well with American Home Shied. They are really professional. I am tech-savy and they were very helpful and let me be down there with them to ask questions. They were able to work with me on the price as well.

They came in, analyzed the issue, contacted me to let me know it needed to be replaced but some items would not be covered due to a code and that our home warranty would not be covering it. I understood and asked them to move forward. The heater and all necessary attachments were bought and installed the same day. The area was left clean and professionally installed. I would call them back in a second.

My realtor originally recommended Brother's to me, in order to address some issues that came up on the inspection report. They did great work on the repairs, and the entire staff was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable. They were always on-time, respectful and did great work for a very fair price. When I moved into the new house, I had them come out to make a few changes and once again I was very pleased with my experience on two separate service calls. Over the years in the old house, there were a number of plumbing and HVAC problems (repairs which eventually resulted in a new HVAC and water heater, "dated" fixtures needing cosmetic upgrades, etc) -- so I've had lots of experience with other HVAC/plumbing companies in the Greenville area. Brother's had all of the customer service, availability and professionalism of the larger companies but was MUCH more competitively priced. I would not hesitate to call them again for other problems and will highly recommend to friends and family. I only wish they did electrical, too!

They were very friendly and professional. I felt they were honest. One item they didn't even charge me for because it was a small fix. They were done quickly and left the area clean.
