Couldn't have asked for anything more. The plumbers who came arrived when expected and were pleasant and professional. The necessary work came in under the estimate we'd been given, which is always pleasant news. We will call Brother Plumbing again and would heartily recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Highly recommend Brothers for any of your trade needs. They were timely, professional, and easy to work with. Did a good job and cleaned up. Showed up when they said they were, very communicative/responsive. Appreciate Mike's professionalism. Will use in the future.

Called Brothers and plumber (female - never saw one before) came by and confirmed that the existing heater was badly rusted. Showed me a printed price list for an equivalent heater and expansion tank (a recent requirement per code). I agreed to the price and she called and placed the order. While we waited for the new heater, she removed the old one and cleaned up the area. The new heater arrived and she installed it all including some new plumbing that was color coded for hot and cold water. The job was neat, clean, quickly done and professional. I do no remember the woman's name who did the work, but she knew her business. Very happy.

They really didn't go everything. It has been, like, a year and a half. They did a good job and fixed everything. It has been working well for the past two years.

The original pump lasted 10 years and was no longer available. Brothers Plumbing found a replacement from the same manufacturer, Laing, and two of the replacement pumps failed within a year. Working with Gateway Supply, Brothers Plumbing selected a more robust Bell & Gossett pump and installed it. Randy, the plumber with Brothers Plumbing, did all the work, was cheerful, competent, and I would not hesitate to hire Brothers Plumbing again. Thank you Randy and Brothers Plumbing!!

There was something wrong with the install of the original unit so they had to come back out and fix it. I would recommend Brothers Plumbing Air & Electric because when they made a mistake, they immediately corrected it. They talk to their customers about what they're doing and inform you and they give you tips for saving on your electric bill with your heating and air conditioning.

They could double check the quality of their work to improve their service. The best part was that they were responsive but I had to have them come out two times. Yes, I would use Brothers Plumbing Air & Electric again.

The team was courteous and professional. They entered my home with respect and were very careful to use all means of not tracking the outside in. Each step of the installation was explained to me for approval. Installation was completed with no "down time". They were able to use part of the material that they installed last year, and were able to reduce cost accordingly. Installation of a large air condition unit is expensive and Brothers' Plumbing was able to work with me to get the unit installed on my timeline.

Plumbers were on time and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. They didn't mind me looking over their shoulder to learn some tricks of the trade.

Installers arrived on time and had the new unit installed quickly. They disposed & our old equipment. They explained our warranty to us and how to best take care of our new system.

I would continue using them just because of the helpfulness of the staff, skill, and knowledge.

I was pleased with the overall service. I called yesterday and Dana showed up this morning as promised and called back with an estimate and recommendations before starting. The work was completed in about 2 hours. The estimate was lower than previously quoted elsewhere. Everything is working great now!

Mike Lamb from Brothers did an outstanding job on the estimate. He let us know things that he could do to add protection into our system if we decided to stay with a conventional water heater in our attic (which no other estimator did, or knew was a possibility). He was also very knowledgeable about what would need to be done to install the tankless, and had good suggestions on where it should be located. For both options, he gave the most detailed explanation of what exactly would be involved of any of the estimators and answered all the questions we had. Compared to other estimates, Brothers was the best price for either option, for what was offered. In our case, we decided to stay with a conventional water heater. Regardless of the option we chose, we would have picked Brothers because of the knowledge Mike showed when he did the estimate. Brothers also included removing and reinstalling our attic stairs to get the same size water heater installed (which the other competitors wouldn’t do - we would have had to do ourselves). Mike and Adam did the installation and were on-time, took care to cover our rugs with plastic and other material to prevent them from being damaged. It took the amount of time Mike had estimated, and he did a good job of reviewing our new system with us when it was completed.

Now days, it is so hard to find a contractor who is responsive, professional, punctual, and provides quality service all in one bundle but you will find just that with Brothers Plumbing, Air, & Electric. From the office staff on the phone to the electrician and plumber, each person was professional and knowledgeable. The electrician arrived promptly and very courteous. He was able to place the outdoor electrical outlet where I needed. And he was able to do this is the same trip as the quote. What I really liked about the company and office staff was their consideration on my time. When it appeared that the plumber would be running a little late, the company called me to advise and to see if coming out a little later would fit MY schedule! Just having the courtesy of the company calling me so I didn't sit around wondering what was going on rates high in my view. The most common complaint I hear about any company/contractor from friends and family is never getting a call back or an update if timing changes. We all understand if a contractor is too busy or it takes longer than expected - please just call - makes a world of difference in how your company is viewed in the customer's eyes. I was so impressed with Brothers Plumbing, Air, & Electric that I can highly require this company and will use them again in the future.

I called Brothers on Friday and ad was promised a service man at 9:00 Monday morning. At 8:45 the Brothers' office called and said that Bill was on his way. At 9:00 Bill walked in and immediately got to work. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options to replace bad parts or replace faucet. He had the parts on his truck so there was no lost time of going back to the shop. He gave us estimates to better help us make our choice. Service call was $49.00 and parts and labor were added on. The young man was very courteous, answered all our questions and did the work with competence. We would definitely hire Brothers Plumbing next time.

The young man who did the work was punctual and professional. He explained everything he was doing and got everything done in one visit.

The technician was very prompt and conducted himself in a very professional manner. The problem was solved to my satisfaction and I am very pleased with the work. When I asked him about his charges, he stated that there was no charge for the service since he was able to resolve the problem very quickly and without any parts. I'm very impressed with this company and I will definitely employ them in the future for electrical work.

I was very pleased with the young technician. He was very prompt and very professional. He was also very polite and informative and explained the problem and how he resolved it. When I asked him what the charge would be, he advised that there was no cost for what he did as he had only made an adjustment. I was very impressed with a company that has the foresight to go to this extent to build customer relations. Other electricians with whom I've had experience charge a large fee just for the visit without doing any work. I'll most certainly recommend Brothers to my friends and neighbors and will definitely call on them again to assist me with any electrical problems.

Everyone involved was very professional and courteous. This by far exceeded my expectations. They were able to do the work in one day and scheduled it very quickly after the quote. Amazing response time on all of my questions. I will continue to use this team for my electrical needs.

Randy was on time and did a really nice job. It is a complicated set up, and he did a quality, neat, clean job.

My 20 year old heat pump failed me on the two coldest nights of the year, so I decided it was time to replace it. I got quotes from 6 local HVAC contractors, the last from Brothers Plumbing and air. Bobby came out to do the quote. He spent an hour and 1/2 with me...crawling in the crawl space...looking at every aspect of the environment and existing system to give a good quote on the new one. He was knowlegable and professional. I made the decision to go with Brother's before he had even given me the quote (which was better than any of the others I had gotten, btw.) The installation was scheduled for the following week. The installers, Joey and Zack, arrived Monday morning right on time, and began ripping out the old system. Within two hours, the old system was piled up in the yard, and they immediately began installing the new ductwork. To make a long story short, Joey and Zack were outstanding. Their attention to detail was impressive...they were meticulous to ensure that all ductwork was properly sealed and insulated...they really went above and beyond. Bobby came out several times during the installation to help out. They were all very patient answering my questions and explaining every step. On day two of the installation, Brothers sent a trailer out to the house first thing and hauled off every scrap of the old system. By 3:00 PM, the new system was installed. Joey went through a full range of tests, and spent 30 min. showing me how to operate the new thermostat. Before leaving, they cleaned up very well. Brother's Plumbing and Air did an outstanding job on our HVAC installation. I hope that I won't need HVAC services for some time to come, but if I do, I will certainly call the guys at Brother's.
