They were on time, they were clean, polite, and nice men. They did a nice job, and cleaned it by getting all of the stains out.

I had no complaints at all about their service. Our carpets looked great when they were done. It was dry in less than a day and I could walk on the carpet right away. What I really liked is that they did whatever needed to be done with no hassle.

There is not a lot to say, I mean they were good, they were on time. The carpet looks better. They cleaned the high traffic areas. It wasn't a fantastic experience, but it was good.

I had them out to get the carpets as back to new as possible and they did a good job. The rugs weren't exceptionally dirty but I could still see a difference in before and after. They were very professional workers and I liked the way they took good care of things that they were working around. I had very good results and I was happy with the service they provided for me.

I have been using Stanley Steemers services for a long time and have never been unhappy with them not even once. They are a very thorough follow through group of people, who from what I can see take lots of pride in their work and are happy seeing their customers happy. People like that are more than welcome back in to my home, even if I do have to pay them.

I was very pleased with the work that Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner did. The gentleman who came out was extremely professional and did a great job getting out all the stains. The gentleman who did the work had to move some furniture to get to all the stains, but he was very careful to put all the furniture back into place. There is nothing about this experience I would change. I will continue to use Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner in the future.

They were excellent at getting the carpet very clean. They didn t leave any strong chemical odors and didn t leave the floor overly wet. They drew most of the water out and it was completely dry by the next day. They moved furniture and put everything back where it belonged when they finished.

Overall, I think the cleaning job was average because the carpet wasn't as cleaned as I wanted them to be. They got rid of most of the stains and the trapped dirt deep in the carpet, but not all. I think it's because the workers performed the job a little too quickly.

I had a few spots on my carpets and they did a good job of removing them, just as they claimed they would do. They took care of everything including moving the furniture back and forth. They moved everything without damaging one thing. I was happy with them.

Stanley Steemer did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. The high traffic areas look great and they got all of the stains out. The carpet dried very quickly. We are definitely going to use them again in the future.

They called before they came out just to see if the appointment time was still going to work for us. The man was very polite and nice to deal with. He did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet. They didn't leave any film on my carpet as well. The reason for the B grade was I really didn't think any company was perfect.

The carpets were all cleaned and they didn t damage anything during the process. I was rather impressed with the drying time in the rooms and the work also was done rather quickly. I liked the specials they had from time to time and definitely couldn t argue with the results they gave me.

We've used Stanley Steemer twice now and feel they do quite a good job. They moved some small items that needed to be moved out of the way and the carpets dried in a few hours. All stains came up only after the last time some areas re-stained.

The carpets really turned out pretty clean and the service was good in our eyes. They told us it would take 4 hours to dry and we were on the rugs even before than. They didn t leave any stains behind and they made a noticeable difference after they cleaned them so we had a good feel about what they did.

Stanley Steemer cleaned the carpet in our living room and hallway. The carpet looks good and dried quickly. They didn't have to move the furniture, but put the furniture on blocks. They cleaned a total of about 550 square feet.

Stanley Steamer did an excellent job getting some stains out of my bedroom that I thought they were going to have trouble with. The people at Stanley Steamer are extremely professional and knowledgeable about what they are doing. There is nothing about my experience with Stanley Steamer I would change, and we will continue to use them in the future.

Stanley Steemer cleaned the carpets in three rooms of our 1700 square foot home. They did a good job. The deep stains came back though. They were very nice and professional.

They did a good job on the carpet and they removed all the furniture before cleaning the carpet, coasters were placed under the furniture until the carpet dried. We had scotch guard applied to the carpet also so we were very pleased with their service.

They did an excellent job on my carpets and they were able to get up all of the spots they claimed they could. When they were finished they didn t leave the floor overly wet. They were helpful and moved all of the furniture around for me.
