Another excellent job from SS. Have used before and buy their spot remover to use in between their infrequent visits. Best spot remover I have ever used on carpet. Called before coming and were prompt, quick and professional.

I was happy with the job initially but later I was not happy. The carpet was wet when he finished the job. It looked great. As it dried, it whipped up things out of the pad. It did not look so good after it completely dried out. I called them again but even after the second cleaning the spots came back. I thought that the carpet could not be cleaned better. However, I bought my own carpet shampooer machine. I got all the spots out by only cleaning the carpet and not soaking it down through the pad. They soaked the carpet excessively. Stanley Steemer does a really great job. Perhaps the problem was with the technician. The price would have been appropriate if they had cleaned it properly. However, I had to go and buy my own carpet shampooer machine and do the job myself. I paid $200 for the machine. It cost me less to buy it than it cost me to have them come over and do it. Now that I have my own machine, I will not use them again. It does a better job.

Everything went well and there were no problems. They made sure to do a very good job by moving the furniture around and I really liked that. The price was reasonable for how many rooms they cleaned for me.

I live in Atlanta, GA and own a house in Boiling Springs, SC that has been leased out for nearly three years. The tenants had a dog in violation to the contract and have ruined the carpets. Stanely Steemer representatives were honest enough to inform me that any effort to clean carpet that has already been soiled by pet urine or deffacation would only enhance the odor and it would be better to replace the carpets. THIS IS INTEGRITY because they very easily could have made the effort and charged me and I later would have had to throw out cleaned soiled carpets and padding. THANK YOU GAIL AND ROBERT FOR YOUR INTEGRITY. I will use this company for future projects because of this.

The workers were on time and did a professional job. They worked hard to remove most of the stains from the carpet caused by dirt.

They did show up right on time and the guy was very nice and polite. He had pretty nice equipment and didn't leave any mess behind. He did a really a good job on all the rooms he did. The reason for the B grade is because, that is a really good grade in my book. I also felt that the price that they charged me was good.

They came out and moved all the furniture. They did a really good job. After they were done the carpet almost looked brand new again. We had some stains that they were able to get out. They also moved the furniture back after they were finished. We have always used them and I will continue to do so.

They were on time, they were clean, polite, and nice men. They did a nice job, and cleaned it by getting all of the stains out.

I had no complaints at all about their service. Our carpets looked great when they were done. It was dry in less than a day and I could walk on the carpet right away. What I really liked is that they did whatever needed to be done with no hassle.

They moved the furniture and put it back as well. I just used the company this one time. They did get rid of all the stains, especially one tough stain that I remember that we had. I liked the people who came out and they were careful with our stuff. It took the carpet until the next day too dry.

The gentleman who came out was extremely professional and friendly. I was impressed that he wore booties while he was cleaning the carpet. The gentleman also moved my furniture and was extremely careful not to damage anything. I will continue to use Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner in the future.

I had them out to get the carpets as back to new as possible and they did a good job. The rugs weren't exceptionally dirty but I could still see a difference in before and after. They were very professional workers and I liked the way they took good care of things that they were working around. I had very good results and I was happy with the service they provided for me.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner did a good job of getting our carpets as clean as possible. I have kids and a dog that take their toll on the carpets and when they were done cleaning them, I can tell a nice difference. It usually takes 3-4 hours for the carpets to dry. It was a good job done and I think the price is very decent.

The employees they sent out we're very kind and they made me very happy. They did a great job and they're prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again. They came over and moved my furniture delicately and placed it all back where it was. They got rid of all the stains the kids made and I was surprised about how quickly to carpet dried.

They come out once a year, and I've used their services for about 5 years. They will also put your furniture up on blocks before they start cleaning. They do a good job and the price is reasonable.

I have been using Stanley Steemers services for a long time and have never been unhappy with them not even once. They are a very thorough follow through group of people, who from what I can see take lots of pride in their work and are happy seeing their customers happy. People like that are more than welcome back in to my home, even if I do have to pay them.

The gentleman from Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner who came to clean our carpets was amazing. He was completely professional and made sure that I was pleased with the job he was doing. When he moved the furniture he asked me where to move it and when he was done cleaning the carpets he even suggested I put some of the furniture up on Styrofoam blocks so the legs of my tables wouldn't be damaged. There were, also some stains that I was concerned about but the gentleman from Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner was so thorough he got every one of them out. Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner has only been to our home one time, but I was really impressed. They were very professional. They moved everything out of my room for me and put it back. When the carpet dried the stains were gone. I haven't needed to call them, but when the time comes, I definitely will. They are fair with their price and diligent workers.
