Description of Work: Deodorized carpet and cleaned - it looked clean - deodorizer helped somewhat - missed one area in a bedroom that was accessible - overpriced for amount of carpet that was actually cleaned - Staff very professional though.

Description of Work: They cleaned the 13 carpeted steps from 1st floor to 2 nd floor in my townhouse.before they left i looked up the stairway and saw they had made a black mark on center wall of landing.i called attention to this.the man in charge looked at it but did not offer any remedy.he also didnt mention another black mark on the wall that was 12 inches long.i did not see the second one until I went up to try to remove the 1st mark from the wall.this mark was out of sight when looking up from the 1st floor.needless to say I am not happy and I think this company should train the workers to take care of the surrounding area they are cleaning.it would also be nice if they wore shoe covers while cleaning carpet.it can't be good to wear shoes that have been all around street and yard and then stand on the wet carpet they are cleaning.
