Sometimes they come when we are not here so we have an agreement as to what we want done. In the spring we start with mosquito spraying and they continue that all year long while they are checking our termites. They also spray the exterior of the house and rarely come into the house. I pay by credit card. The price is fair and reasonable and they give excellent service. They are very responsive when I call and it is not their normal time to come out. But they will come out. The technician and staff are all great. Pricing is competitive.

Added some termite bait and poison modules around the house. Very straightforward. Our only complaint is a general one, the cost of maintaining the warranty seems very high. It's not out of line with industry, but I have \ decided it is much more cost effective to just pay for the treatment and then repair future damage myself.

I have been able to enjoy my backyard since they began a monthly treatment beginning in mid-July. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming and did what they said they would do. Whatever it is they do, it works.

Over the month, they installed a termite barrier, set mouse traps and identified how they were getting in and sprayed for insect using pet-safe chemical. I needed them to return on the 29th for another treatment. The rep is responsive and prompt. I am very happy with their service.

The experience turned out well. They were good and we had no complaints. They were on time and reliable. We would recommend them. They called and I set up an appointment end of July and they were here two days ago for the second and they will be coming again for a treatment late September. The big deal was for three treatments. After they sprayed we haven’t seen mosquitoes.

It's been a couple of moths ago. They never came back. I'm assuming they will but they haven't come back. The mosquitoes did get better. I wasn't there when they came although I was there when they said they were going to be there. I think he got his times mixed up but otherwise he was fine. I would probably want them to spray a bit more in the yard. I haven't compared their prices but I would say the price is fine. They were supposed to come out when it stopped raining and they never did. I mean it's not their fault. I'm hoping I'm going to use them two more times.

Spencer had been coming out once a year for an inspection for roughly 40 years, since my parents bought this home in 1969, doing essentially the same, minor inspection. After this last time they wanted to change to a high-dollar contract, but based on the attitude and level of service we'd received from them the previous several years I decided to go with a more local company if I were going to put the home under contract, as they're based on Greenville, SC, about 30 miles away, and I never really felt like they cared about much more than their yearly inspection and $45 fee for 10 minutes of inspection.

They came and looked at the problem the day I called (a Friday) and I had a bid for doing the treatment and repairs by Monday. The work was done well and if I have issues in the future I would call them again.

We found some spiders in a bathroom and they were out there the next day to treat for me. We had been hearing something scratching in the walls of one of our bedrooms. When Spencer came out, they did a thorough inspection of our crawl space, attic, and exterior of the home and found a few entry points. Yes, the program was a bit pricey but worth every penny! They spent about half a day sealing up our home, then set out traps and some boxes outside. I get calls from them every time they come out to let me know my service is due. After the first 2 weeks of the rodent program, we quit hearing anything. It is so nice to have a peace of mind with something like that because I have a great fear of any rodent! They also said they would guarantee the program for a year, which is something that was not offered by other companies when they gave me quote. I am the type of person who would rather pay a little more to make sure the service is done right. It is also always a pleasure calling into their office. The office staff is so polite and they listen to everything you have to say. They always make you a priority and handle your problem with care. So far, Spencer has yet to disappoint me and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good quality service with a very trustworthy company but doesn't mind paying a little extra for it :)
