Spencer Pest Services

I rent and have no control over whom the property manager hires. Spencer has done termite stations around the house. They used to never let me know when they were coming. They would let the dog out, leave gates open, etc. After complaining many times, they would call FROM MY DRIVEWAY. Again, I complained. They assured me it would cease. Ah....NO. The latest guy didn't bother to find the previous stations and just dug new ones all over the yard within feet of the previous. He also cut a hole in a mat I had in front of a bike locker. THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. He did not admit what he had done until confronted by management. I have asked the company to replace in kind or monetarily. They asked for pictures/prices and then went silent. IF YOU DAMAGE A CLIENT'S PROPERTY, HAVE THE DECENCY TO FIX WHAT YOU DID.

It went well, came out a bit earlier than planned and got right to work.

The fire ant control took a little longer than expected and we needed a second treatment a week after the intial treatment; but since that it seems to be going well. Our boys are able to sit in the grass and play outside like boys should and not worry about getting bit.

The salesman came out and explained the process to me. He was a totally awesome person who really enjoyed working for this remarkable company. I signed up for a year's contract of service for outdoor pest control This company offers many other services as well I will be having them replace my vents for my crawl space in the next couple of weeks with their solar powered vents, and insulating my crawl space This company helps to support the fight against cancer The cost of my pest control is $60 a month but with my Veterans' discount I only pay $54 a month, a savings of $72 a year!

This is my second time using their services. They are very prompt and so far I've had no problems. They are very attentive to my concerns when I call.

They have been great so far. They have been very responsive and the service is great. They are very quick to come, spray and do what I need.

Everyone I worked with was very professional and the bat removal was a success.

Dealing with Spencer is a pleasure, as their staff are friendly, responsive and efficient. The technician arrived within the scheduled window, quickly installed the system, checked in with us, answered a few questions and left.

Installation was quick and easy. And, so far, no termites!

See the above statements. I had signed a contract with them for $650.00 up front and then $57.00 a month for 12 months. After I decided they had done all they could and I seemed to have peace of mind when they were not coming into my house, I asked them to delete the contract and that I was not going to pay $57.00 a month for a year. They agreed to that.

It went well. I willl use them again, if needed.

Originally scheduled for Monday in the morning - no show, no call. When I called the office, I was told the technician's wife had a baby and he had to reschedule. No excuse for the office not calling me. When he did come a few days later, he did a thorough job - I'm satisfied with his work.

The service worked out well. They showed up on-time. They were professional. I possibly would use them again in the future. There were some extra charges for extra things that I could have added and I probably will, but I did not have to do any out-of-pocket thing when they got there. So, when it came to the Deal I got from Angie’s List that was pretty much everything.

They were fine and did what they said.

They performed the job and because of the dry summer I did not know how it would work. But today, when we have had record rain rain in SC, I am happy to report that the pump is doing well and "spitting" out the water regularly. I am so pleased that my crawl space is dry!

Perfect, great customer service. Technician approve on schedule. He was courteous and efficient. I will choose Spencer for any future extermination needs.

They were very prompt in getting here. I was surprised when they were spraying inside the house, they sprayed continuously and they spot sprayed. But I was pleased with their service. They were very nice and very professional. They did a great spraying. Their personalities were very professional and very friendly. They are an “A” rating and they got whatever was there.

Great service.This company keeps in touch very well. They email and call and even email a picture of the service person so you know who is at your door to do the work. They explain everything they are doing. I highly recommend Spencer Pest Services.

I purchased a home and had some work being done on it. During the renovations the contractor noticed a snake skin which had suddenly appeared (!). I thought perhaps it was from time gone past however, I was worried it might be recent. Days later I saw a snake coming up towards the house and realized I had to do something about it pronto because otherwise I would always wonder if I'd run into problems after I moved in! Saw the ad on Angie's List for wildlife pest removal for Spencer's and gave them a call to come out and investigate. They were very responsive and professional. Jon, one of their technicians, came out within a week of my first email claiming the 'deal' through Angie's List and we were on our way. Jon did a thorough inspection inside and outside of the house and made some recommendations not only for pest prevention/removal regarding the snake issue but also insects (mosquitos, fire ants, spiders, etc.). I signed up for the services on the spot. Within 2 weeks I've had visits from 2 other technicians (Paul and Jonathan) who were also on time, well-prepared, responsive, and knowledgeable. They treated my house inside and out, set up traps, installed grates and seals to cover every last crack and crevice throughout the exterior of the home and also set up pest stations for protection. They've since followed up to ask how everything has gone and every call or email request I've sent has been answered quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!

Paul did an outstanding job ! He was polite and professional. I recently switched from Terminix to Spencer. I wasn't completely satisfied with the service I had been receiving from Terminix. I'm a member of Angie's List and that is where I first learned about Spencer. Presently, Spencer is the number one rated Service Provider on Angie's List for the Greenville/Spartanburg area thanks to guys like Paul. So far, so good ........ please keep up the good work.
