Indoor bugs began reappearing. We put off calling back due to my wife's illness. When I called back (after some 45 days) we were told it was outside the 30-day guarantee period. Our tough luck, I guess. Person I spoke to then tried to have us sign on for a monthly charge that would include future quarterly treatments and inspections.

No evidence of termite infestation. I appreciate the service technician informing me of a leaking water pipe under the house.

The contact lady was very nice when setting up an appointment and the two men that came out were very professional and informative. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest control services.

Gave a thorough inspection of the house and offered plenty of options for dealing with some issues that were discovered upon inspection. Were very friendly, professional, and quick.

I purchased the deal, selected 3 dates as instructed & was messaged almost immediately by Spencer thru Angie's List. After supplying additional contact info, I was called, we discussed my main issue with ants, & an appointment set up for 01JUN15 between 0830-0930. Matt called 30 min prior to his arrival which was really thoughtful as I have multiple animals I needed to corral. He was prompt & really polite. He actually arrived at 0800. I learned that I was to have an inspector *AND* a technician included in the deal. This was such a great bargain. We walked through the house & he answered all my questions. He put on booties even after I told he didn't have to bother. He even managed to translate my terrible description of what I now know is called an Earwig. He advised me on minor repairs that can be made to prevent future issues as well as being very upfront about the cost of everything should I choose Spencer to do it for me. It always makes me feel much more secure in dealing with companies when I don't have to ferret out the pricing. He also assured me that the treatment being used was pet safe. Matt was extremely personable & it was a pleasure to meet him. He gave me a packet with the performed services & emailed me the requested quotes on yard pest control. He let me know that any emails would go straight through to his phone. Matt let me know that he could help me with the feud my dogs have against the raccoon should they need it. Marcus arrived at 0830 as Matt was finishing the inspection. He was very polite & also insisted on the booties. I appreciated that he let me know before he needed in a room with a closed door as that's where I trapped the cat. There was no smell from the treatment. He explained that it was pet safe, too. Marcus let me know when he was going outside. After he was done, he rang the door bell, gave me his card, a list of their complete services with performed tasks checked off, and talked me through the tasks. I am very happy with both gentleman and the company itself so far. As soon as I go over the quotes with my husband, I'll definitely contact them about the fire ants in the yard.

The technician was perfectly wonderful. I received a very prompt phone call to schedule an appt, of which I had a primary as well as back up due to weather in the area. He was on time, pleasant, and thorough. They had advised me it would be an additional 99.00 to receive a written report of which I saw included in the deal but they advised that meant something different in their office.

They are reliable. They are good people. They are very nice and genion. They are on time.

Great service but I don't have anything to compare cost with.

The service was fine. I needed some more work and they were prohibitively expensive, so I declined their second proposal. There weren't any additional charges. They are very professional. They were very good, very nice, and it was just that the other option that I needed done was just too expensive for the house that I was working on. The price of the Angie's List special was excellent.

Were services provided? Caveat: Work in progress - after several trips to add screening from first installation and checking traps still have original problem with squirrels. Caught one but several are still gaining access, started process on 12.16. Evaluating results for price paid and now monthly cost and yearly commitment, i would have probably just continued my own spraying of areas with house for spiders, scorpions, etc. as those are still evident, renewed an old contract with Terminex and contracted separately with local exterminator for squirrels. Technicians are very nice and always arrive early or on time but no real resolution to the problem. Probably would have preferred to have first contact actually do some investigation to determine best course of action, feel like they sold me the standard package without real review of issues and options. Also, as this was a major financial commitment for me, contacted office about possibly not charging monthly fee until we saw some results never got reply to email. Would I use again? Caveat: nterested in carpenter bee treatment but need to get rid of bigger pests first! If I can find alternative provider who is probably also going to be less expensive will do that. If you have standard pest issues and average home construction, they're probably fine but for the log home in the woods, not so much. Have a contract now, so am kinda stuck!

Very thorough inspection- but I have to check with others before I commit to the $1800 remediation.

It went well. I got what the services that I wanted and it was done professionally and quickly. I purchased this deal through Angie's list, I did not like that they had to come out and look first, then do the service a second time, especially since it was a defined service. They were very professional and I would recommend them.

Each person showed up on time for the appointments, service was quick and thorough. Termite inspecter alerted us to problem in crawl space.

Spencer Pest control was very prompt from beginning to end. From the initital contact to the end of work, they were professional and courtious. I expected them to try and sell me on additional services. They did present me with what they can do in the future but I felt no pressure to add anything onto the services provided at the time. There was a free termite inspection at the same time. I was informed of some issues under the house but it was not presented as doom and gloom or that the house would fall apart. Great advice that will keep me thinking of them for any future service required. Bottom line, Great people!

They were to get back with me with an estimate on 9/12/14. They just now responded to schedule for 9/19/14. It’s way too late now, I needed the service on the 12th.

They have been extremely professional. They performed an interior spraying of the house and then started a maintenance service from the exterior. Initally saw some bugs inside (I sure the treatment scared them out of hiding) but they were more that willing to come back out and treat again. Since then there has been nothing in the house. They treated the yard for fire ants and mosquitos and now they are under control (large waterfront lot).They have also treated the perimeter of the house for termites. I like being able to trust a single company to take care of all of the above. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They are very thorough and responsive. We had a recurrence of a rodent problem after our service with them had lapsed. We called them back and they re-instated us without making us pay the entire service initiation again. They have been very effective. We've had no other problems.

Probably more expensive than competitors, but we have had no problems.

Excellent job. Came right on time for the estimate, provided easy to understand explanation of fees and services available and was on time to complete the job. Have no further issues. Would highly recommend.

These guys did a fantastic job. They were able to come out right away and were very reasonably priced. I appreciated their professionalism and promptness. While we could not find the snake, they were able to help diagnosis the issues, offer solutions through their company and some simple issues I could resolve myself. I was so impressed I have dropped our previous pest management company and will be conducting business with this company only.

It was pretty standard treatment.

They showed up when they said they were going to come. They call ahead to let me know they are coming out, they deliver what they said what they are going to deliver. They were top notch.

It went very smooth. This is a great company to do business with. I always find them to be courteous, professional and punctual. Good communicators and the office staff are always a pleasure to talk to. We have used them for other services and have been very satisfied, would definitely recommend them
