I have used Roof Roof now three times. They fixed leaks around the chimney and in several other areas of the roof. They also replaced the ridge vent. Each time they have come, I have been extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of the crew.

Punctual, very friendly, identified from the ground a few areas of concern. In the end, only needed some caulk and some flashing repair.

In the end, I was pleased with the results. The staff was friendly and responsive. The main reason that I am not rating them as an "A" is because the first crew sent out to do the job did not do it correctly. To their credit, though, the guys at Roof Roof were in complete agreement that the first job was insufficient. They quickly scheduled a second crew to come out and re-do the work (no extra charge, of course). I am happy with the results and would use them again. Things like this happen with any company, so what matters most is how they handle it - and I thought they handled it well.

ARRIVED AT THE PRESCRIBED TIME, AND IMMEDIATELY CHECKED CEILING WATER SPOTS. ONCE ON THE ROOF HE INSPECTED IT, AND DISCOVERED A DAMAGED AREA. REPAIRED THE DAMAGED AREA AND SEALED AROUND 4 EXPOSURES ON THE ROOF.

Prompt arrival, good communication, great service. We purchased the Angies List inspection deal, but thought there might be some additional charge for the 5 or 6 shingles that needed to be reattached after being blown off in recent rough weather. However, that was not an issue, and the rep did that for free. There was, of course, a full inspection of the roof, and all the peace of mind that comes with it. We will definitely use Roof Roof for any future work.

They did an awesome job. You can barely tell where the roofing was replace at the dormer I needed fixed. They were great to work with. I'm really pleased with their work.

It went very well. They re-roofed my large ranch house in 2 days. There was one problem where they had not adequately nailed down the shingles near my roof fan, but came back quickly and fixed it.

Exceptionally well. From the salesman to the roofing crew to the final payment..........we are well pleased with the roof and were especially pleased with our roofing crew. They came on time, were more than efficient, work done, cleaned up and gone. Great.

Painters arrived at my house to paint my ceiling, part of which is 17 feet high. Only AFTER the painters had arrived, did I notice what looked like water damage in the ceiling. Not wanting to spend over $1,000 for the paint job only to have the leak and stain return, I sent some very patient and understanding, but frustrated painters away. The painters had cleared their entire day just to paint my ceiling, and I felt horrible about their being without pay that day. For this reason, it was imperative that a roofing consultant come out immediately to access the situation. And, immediately Roof Roof did come out! In fact, they were at my house within an hour-and-a-half. Their consultant, John Bolt, very carefully crawled around my obstacle-course-of-an attic (unfinished), spending about 30 minutes searching for areas where water could be coming in, and found nothing. Then, he inspected the exterior of my house, looking for faults in the brick work, windows, and roof shingles, and again found nothing. Finding absolutely no signs of past or present water damage in or outside of my house, he determined that it was probably a construction issue (my house is eight years-old). Upon construction, not enough 'mudding' was placed in between the joints of the sheet rock, and it only started to show all these years later, as darkened areas in the ceiling's paint. Needless to say, this was a huge relief to me. Not only did we not have a leak or water damage of any kind, the painters were able to return to my house by 10:00 am, and paint after all! Had Mr. Bolt not come to my house as soon as he did, things would not have rolled the way they did, for all of us. This story ends with Roof Roof and Mr. Bolt NOT CHARGING ME A PENNY for the 40 minutes he spent at my house. Never have I wanted to pay a contractor of any kind, so badly. :P Bottom line: Your search for a reliable roofing company is over. Just hire Roof Roof. I'm not even kidding. Hire them. :D

A fellow named Aaron came out. Professional, personable. I showed him in the house and in the attic the issues. He went on the roof (with me right behind him) and he looked for the problems. He was meticulous and took a great deal of time to spot the issues I had mentioned along with others. He had to make a few repairs - got some material from his truck, came back on the roof and explained why he used those particular materials and how they worked. I watched and asked questions while he worked. (Aaron is probably in his mid 20's and I'm 62). Aaron was very patient but professional. Such a nice guy. Actually, he was more like a prince. If you use these guys, ask for Aaron.

After disappointment with another roofing company, found on Angie's List, who failed to locate and repair a roof leak, we called RoofRoof. The roof was leaking through the bathroom vent. John Bolt was punctual and very professional. He inspected the roof and immediately knew where and why we had the leak. He drew us a picture and explained why it was leaking around the pipe from the bathroom. He sent a roofer out a few days later and it was fixed. It's been a couple of months now and it does not leak. I did give them a B for responsiveness because a couple of calls were not returned when promised but they did apologize for this. Other than that, we were very pleased with this company and will definitely use again!

Roofer was punctual, polite, seemingly thorough in his inspection and repairs. Did not push for further work.

Brief history - we purchased this home in a foreclosure. The roof was in dire need of replacement and the gutters were full of tree debris. There were tree limbs and branches hanging over the house and rubbing on the roof and the fireplace chimney. We called 3 different companies for quotes. Roof Roof was just slightly higher than the lowest bid but the quote was very detailed and professional. We also had a reference for them. These guys were amazing. The tear off and reroof portion was done in about 2 full days of work. They worked until dark every night. The gutters and part of the roof vent were done about a week later due to having to wait for materials to come in. We were very happy with everything! After they were done, they cleaned out the gutters, used magnets to pick up nails and cleaned all debris out. John Bolt was our contact and the manager of the job. Top notch guy and crew! We highly recommend them and would hire them again in a minute!

We were very pleased with the attention before the job from John Bolt. He was here the day of the job, as well, and monitored the work as it was completed. Ernesto and team arrived at 7:15 AM and were completely done, cleaned up and on the road by 3:15 PM. The quality of the work was excellent! Based on the level of service and the quality of the work that was done to our home I would not hesitate to recommend John and his team.

.Called Roof. Roof, Findlay Roofing from the reviews we saw on Angie's List. Allison answered, was very pleasant, and set up a suitable time for John Bolt the Roofing Consultant to come by. John came by, a couple of days later. Very Professional, yet Friendly. He looked closely at the roof, asked questions etc. He then explained the why's of our Leak, and Hail Damage. Explained that when House was built it was not overlapped enough at the dormer joint. Explained the process he would use to correct it, and did. We have not had a leak since. The process went very well. Crew arrived on time, started right to work, and worked the whole day. Cleaned up afterwards. You would never know that they had been here except for the beautiful new roof. Engineer explained that when the house was buitl 13 years prior, that the over hang on a dormer was not overlapped enough, and because of the 13 years and Hail damage the water was now finding it's way in, and thus the leak we found in the attic appeared. It was a new leak, that we had found. As it was new, we did not have any rot, and no wood needed to be replaced. It has not leaked since Roof Roof, Findlay Roofing repaired it. They ran a magnet over the ground and it retrieved any nails that might have fallen. We have only found ONE nail sine May of 2014, and it is now July, 2014. We garden around the house all the time. John Bolt came back out a couple of weeks later, to address a question, that I had. He addressed the Question, and a remedy was provided. No big deal at all, and we were very satisfied with his expertise.. I would recommend Roof, Roof, Findlay Roofing to anyone anytime. There price was not the lest expensive, but the $500 Angie's List discount put them right in the ball park. We are very happy that we used them.

They sent a bunch of Mexicans to de-roof the house and did not even ask me about it. That made me mad because we have plenty of Americans that can roof a house. They apparently did a good job.

Went very well, 95 degree day got the job done. He is very nice professional young man. Explained everything, very punctual.

I had noticed water leaking into the attic around the chimney during a strong storm so I arranged for a service visit using a roof tune-up deal. Aaron was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and set to work going over my house and garage roof. He identified areas where the underlying plywood is likely rotted and repaired exposed nails as he went along. The flashing around the chimney was loose and coming off. He caulked along it for a temporary fix and provided a very reasonable quote for repairing the flashing entirely, going over the expected process with me. The caulking has prevented any more leaking for now but I will definitely return to them for a complete repair in the near future. Great work!

RoofRoof responded to my online request for an estimate almost immediately. John was on time to give me the quote and was very professional. He spent a good deal of time on the roof analyzing the problem.The team was one time on time and took most of a day to do the repairs. They suggested your $249 special. I purchased, than they came to install, than called and said we had rotted wood. Estimate came in last night for $925. It has taken two weeks of run around to have them tell me this now??? I do not want them working on my house. Please refund the $249, no work was done. Rich

Repairs were needed on my home for sale in the Greenville area. Since I have moved from the area, I called before purchasing coupon package which resulted in my comfort in purchasing the package for repairs while on the phone. The conversation and follow-up communications were prompt and professional. I even sent the inspector's description and photos for them to review in order to make appropriate repairs. I was contacted the day repairs were completed and provided photos that I requested. Prompt, Professional, Courteous, Pricing ... all reasons I would use them again.

John ( who came out to estimate) and Aaron ( who did the work) were both great! Also Alicia at the office who responded immediately to my email. Although the price was quite high for such a small job...1 hour and I provided all materials, I understand they have a minimum, and I had not been able to get any other company to even talk to me about this small job...been trying actively for 3 months!

The staff were friendly. The team that did the work were friendly. They changed their scheduling in order to get the work done before the arrival of a multi-day storm. The team that did the work seems to have done a great job. The result looks good. It has already passed the rain and wind test too! Of course as with any roofing project, the real test will be how long will it last. In this case, I paid a little extra to get better materials and a long (50-year) warranty. I recommend to others to do the same. Also, I cut my grass the day after they finished and did not get a flat tire. I have yet to find a roofing nail in my yard. The work and clean up procedures they followed resulted in a clean yard. I will use them again and have already recommended them to a friend.

Several times since we moved into this newly built house, we have had several architectural shingles break loose on one end and slide down. We have also had water drip in from the water heater chimney stack when it rains. This roof was done by another company and I have learned how poorly of a job they had done. Roof-Roof has been very helpful. Despite our issues being repairs, not a 'big job', we were still treated like they appreciated our business. The job was discussed thoroughly beforehand and not as just an quick add-on to an already busy day, just to get it over with. During a recent heavy rain, I noticed there was still water finding it's way in at the water heater stack and they responded very quickly. Better to see it while it was happening. It appears that the stack itself may be faulty because all the flashing and shingles and caulking they re-did, has not helped. But again, I do not fault them. They showed me all they did at every step and it all makes sense. This leak is just bizarre. I would definitely call them again for any roof work needed. UPDATE: We had an HVAC tech come out and sure-enough, several seams of the water heater stack were not sealed properly. He was able to take care of it. After several heavy rains and more than a years time since my original review, it seems to be holding up fine.
