I had my roof replaced 7 almost 8 years ago by RoofRoof, and recently noticed I have a leak on the eave that has caused the decking to rot. I called RoofRoof to have them come take a look. Joel was scheduled to arrive at 9, but called a few minutes after and let me know he was running late, but asked if it was still fine if he came, which I thought was nice. Upon inspection he made the comment that my roof looked like it had multiple layers of shingles on the problem area. At the time he didn't know his company was the one that installed my roof, (perspective of layers changed when he found out they did the install). He gave me a quote of $495. I thought this was a bit much seeing how they installed it and this was a result of their doing. I called Zachary at their office to see if they could come down on the price and maybe even extend the warranty, since at the time that I had it installed there was a 10 year warranty available. He told me $495 was the minimum and that was set by the owner. I asked to speak with the owner. He said he would have John call me. That was 4/9/20 and I have yet to hear from him. Aside from the leak I cannot recommend RoofRoof, because of what I consider less than acceptable practices. RoofRoof installed part of the flashing on my chimney in black and part in white that was spray painted and has since faded (I can only assume they ran out of black flashing and just painted white flashing black to finish the job.) A couple other things; the actual price was $620 over the original proposal, that was a result of replacing 1-by decking that was damaged. The problem is they told me they would throw in 2 sheets of decking included as needed, but my roof is 1-by. You would think a roofing company would know what is on my roof when giving me a quote. The other thing is that when I first had RoofRoof come out, they told me they could get my insurance company to replace it, because it had hail damage. What I observed was an insurance adjuster teaching the RoofRoof guy the difference between heat spots and hail damage and me paying $7,100 for a subpar roof installation that has not held up.

I signed a contract for $1100 the contractor came out said he had the wrong colored shingles and said he would be back the next day .The next day came no one called no one showed up I had to call them at 3 o’clock in the afternoon they said they’d call me back and no one called me back. Then I got a text telling me that they raise the price up to $1400 Because of the coronavirus and all prices are going up. I will not do business with a company like this.I hope you don’t run into this with them good luck

Wonderful. The rain water was leaking down behind the siding, between the roof line and the deck cover. It needed sealing and flashing added. Matt came out right away. Explained what needed to be done. Gave me the estimate, and sent someone out the first dry day possible to fixed the leak. It rained all day today, No Leaks. Just wanted to recommend Matt at Roof Roof for anyone who may be in need. We have a leak in our master bedroom that needs repair. We have had the roof replaced and several other companies try to solve the problem. Matt Cheney, with Roof, Roof roofing came out and took his time evaluating the situation — looking in the attic, opening a window to get soaked in the rain to examine the exterior hardy board, etc.)! And he was honest, too! His ultimate recommendation meant that his company would not make any money from our job — as the window located upstairs (just above a bay window) seems to be the problem. I am so thankful for honest, hard-working people. This will now be our go-to roofing company from now on, and I we so thankful to know Matt!

Once the contract was agreed upon, the work started the very next day. That blew my mind, that they were that available to start. The job took 3 days, 2 for the roof and one for the vinyl work. The roof was beautiful, the cleanup was great and the I am very satisfied with my roof. The vinyl work had a hitch of communication between the subcontractor. that was remedied quickly and the work was completed. This is the second time I have used Roof Roof, and I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Quoting process was quick and thorough. All questions were answered in great detail. The price was approximately $2,000 less than other quotes received for the same service. The sales rep was accomodating on our need to reschedule an appointment to review color samples, and quickly found a workable date. The installment went very well - exactly as promised. Working with the office personnel was a real pleasure - very responsive and genuinely concerned that everything was as expected. I would recommend to others and would use again.

Should up on time with the contracted material and finished in 2 days. Clean up was good only leaving a small box of stuff for me to collect. This is not a complaint but typical of most contractors I have hired. No supervision. A crew came out did the work but as far as I know no one checked on them. After the job was complete I was asked if they did a good job. I am in no way qualified to comment on a roofers work or a railing installer or plumber or a/c installer.

The responsiveness and care that Roof Roof gave was impeccable. Kel was the sales rep presented all options and scenarios with great care and concern. Allison was a great help and contact letting me know what to expect as well as making sure the minor concerns that I had was addressed. The team that came out was able to do the entire roof in one day, very impressive. If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose them.

Great job at a fair price. They took extra care of the plantings around the house and clean up very well. Responsive and professional. Addressed all of my concerns and treated us like we were their only clients.

Roof Roof was the only gutter company that called me back, showed up and on the day and time that they said they would, so they got the job. I just needed the gutters and downspouts replaced on the front of my house. Approx 49 feet. Kel came out, measured and gave me a quote on 7/17. On 7/24 I called Kel back to let him know I signed the contract and what did I need to do next. I did not hear back from him so I called the main number for Roof- Roof on Aug 8 and was told to email the contract to lhensley, which I did the same day On Sept 22 I emailed Lhensley back because I had not heard anything (Kel did tell me on 7/17 that they were running about 4-6 weeks behind because of all the hail damage). On 9/25 Alison Baker emailed and apologized for the wait and they were meeting that day regarding scheduling for that week and they hoped to get me in by Friday and would let me know. On 9/27 I was sitting in my living room at 5:20 ish in the afternoon and heard some banging, I looked out the window and 2 guys were putting ladders up. I went out and asked who they were and they had told me they were contracted with Roof Roof. They apologized no one notified me, I then emailed Alison Baker back letting her know that I was never notified that anyone was coming out and she called back immediately and apologized for the communication breakdown. I got over it because at least they were at my house replacing my gutters. About 6:00 one of the contractors rang the door bell and said that they took the gutters off but found out they were about 5 feet short of gutters, they thought it was 40 feet and brought 45 but they really needed about 50. I thanked them and went back and emailed Alison Baker to let her know I was not happy now. The next morning Alison Baker emailed me back and said she spoke with the crew and they should be back out that day (9/28). They guys came back out around 5:30 on 9/28 and finished. The gutters look good, no idea how they work since it has not rained.

Difficult to get inspection and scheduling but the repairs were done in one day, a big plus.

roof went well. was an insurance claim and the sales rep was rude when attempting to collect money. It was 6 days post installation and insurance check was in route and we received 3 calls and 4 texts within first 6 days. Dumpster was not even removed from property yet. Paid in full within 10 days of completion. Felt payment calls were extremely in excess. However, the office account manager(Teri) was very helpful and pleasant!

Didn't, Kel came a looked and we never received a quote even. I understand contractors get busy and may have to say they can't do the work right now, but to not even quote after coming out to look. FAIL

That was a very reasonable price compared to one of his competitors. For what they did, I would grade them an A. For quality, I was unable to observe what he was doing, but from his description I would assume that he would receive an A on that as well. The professionalism in his verbal response would receive an A. As far as the professionalism with regard to the actual service, again, I didn't observe it, but I am assuming I would grade that an A as well.

Insurance claim and the work was done well.

It went great. Kel Baldwin was the representative. He called shortly before arrival. He was neat, in company attire, polite, well-spoken. He explained what he was going to do, climbed up and inspected the whole roof, and presented a written estimate of replacement costs along with information about materials options.

Representative came out, did measurements and promised forward an estimate. Two weeks later I'm still waiting to hear from them. MONTHS LATER NO RESPONSE.

I received written bids from three roofing contractors. The cost estimates were similar but I chose Roof Roof as they were prompt, friendly, and professional in our first encounter for a free estimate, they were knowledgeable about roofing, they had two Superior Service awards from Angie’s list, an A+ rating on BBB, and my insurance company also recommended them. On the agreed upon work day, I left home a little before 7am and returned home at 6pm to a completed new roof with no mess or nails in my yard. My neighborhood has experienced several hard rain showers since the work was completed, but I have not seen any evidence of leaks in my roof. I would gladly recommend Roof Roof to anyone.

Matt was great to work with. Great communication. Gave a very reasonable quote for the needed repair. Extremely punctual. Would definitely hire again.
