Excellent service technician. other roofers I've used he was straightforward and honest.

Their estimates were in line with some other roofers. Job was to remove and replace shingles and remove and replace gutters. I did not use them, but they were very good. Highly professional.

He walked the entire roof and then made an assessment and let me know that if I installed these ridge lines on the roof that they would extend the life of my shingles for the next 15 years. After he did the assessment, the rest of the crew of about four people came out and in less than a full work day, they replaced the rooflines and roof vents and I feel very confident that they did a great job. Instead of trying to sell me a larger job, he walked the whole roof and gave me a very honest, very honorable assessment on the work and I really respect that.

At first I thought all was well and never inspected where I knew a vent was leaking. This was discussed when the tech was here and he assured me it was taken care of so I trusted him and never re inspected. Did so today because of the recent rain and saw that it wasn't caulked correctly and is still leaking. Luckily, I had a bucket under it so no damage but I could see light coming through and the bucket was almost full so the caulking I thought was done really wasn't or it was poorly applied. Guess I will get up there and fix myself! Disappointed since I thought I had found a good roof guy!!! Also was told a quote would be forth coming to perform other services but it was never sent. Oh well.......

We had a hail storm, and since our roof is 10 years old we figured we'd have someone take a look. Took advantage of an Angie's list special. I don't recall the name of the guy that came out, but he was on time, fast but thorough, efficient and professional. He spotted and pointed out some other maintenance items that I was aware of but hadn't handled yet (things he could see better from up on the roof).

We are selling our home and the home inspector found a shingle that had a cut in it, and needed to be replaced. Roof roof was very easy to work with and did the work in a very timely manner so it did not hold up the closing of the house. I would use them again if I ever have any more problems.

Showed up early. Very professional and polite. I showed him areas of concern and he diagnosed it before even going to the roof. He repaired / resealed areas where the builder had not used appropriate nails on ridge vent.

WE got 3 quotes to replace the shingles on our 23 year old house. Roof Roof was not the cheapest. Actually they were in the middle, however, we felt that they would give us the best job. Andy spent about 1.5 hours inspecting every aspect of our roof then sat down with us to explain in detail what would be done. Made several suggestions on the best course of action even pointing out some things we did not need to do. The other contractors were there 20 mins at best.The crew came out and worked hard all day even though they had to knock off early (5PM) due to the extreme heat. They did a fantastic job removing and replacing the shingles. We have a lot of plants around the house. I can proudly say not a single one was damaged. We have found no nails and we did look. I would highly recommend Roof Roof to anyone needing roof work.

These guys were great. They were on time, courteous and the way they cleaned up was as if they had not been at the house. They worked from 6:45am till 8pm and always had a smile and was always ready to answer any question you might have. I want to thank Roof Roof for the outstanding service from beginning to end.

They were great. I'd give them five stars. They were pretty good. I thought they did a good job. It was nice. They're definitely an A. The price was what was advertised. They did what they said they were gonna do and they did a good job. They came out right away.

I bought the coupon which I was told on the phone would be include1-hour of minor repairs and roof inspection. Received no repairs, just got inspection and quote. Basically the guy came out (very professional and knowledgeable) and gave me a quote , so I paid them and Angies List $50 to give me a quote for services, something almost all contractors do for free. Also the whole things felt very "sale-sy" oriented not what I've come to expect from highly rated angies list contractors. The guy asked me if I wanted to replace the roof, before even pulling out a ladder (roof obv did not need replacement ) I have no idea if this is true, but to me, it felt like he was on commissions.. I hate that with any contractor. He did then inspect the roof and found things I did need to address and gave me a quote right there. price seemed pretty high, so going to have to check with another contractor. Cliff notes: Bought the coupon, basically just got a quote for services, for what seemed like very high prices, Felt like guy was on commissions and trying to sell me things. Maybe just a bad day as other reviews seemed very god and why I picked them but was the first time in a while I didn't hire a contractor right then and there after picking them from angies list based on reviews.

It was good. They came out really fast. He was awesome. He got up there and explained to me all holes and some other things that were wrong. He was really good. The price for the Deal that we got was an A but the roof price itself was like a B. That is why we ended up not being able to go with them. He didn't end up doing any work but it sounded like it was going to be quality. He definitely know what he was talking about. He could explain it to me well.

The entire process was handled in a professional manner. I could not have been more pleased. Everyone with the Company communicated with me in a timely manner. They provided all services promised at the price that was quoted. The new roof looks great! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing assistance.

It was an old roof. I decided to get estimates for replacement. I scheduled three estimates. One didn't show. Second one was 20% higher than Roof Roof and didn't get back with me on some follow up questions I had. Roof Roof was great on the price and communication. The cost of the $149 maintenance package was credited to the roof job. Job was done as scheduled. Two days work. Although the maintenance package didn't initially fix the leak, I could not be more pleased with Roof Roof. I did not ask them to return a second time on the maintenance package, I just decided on a new roof. They honored the Angies list $500 discount. I counted 33 squares of "lifetime" shingles delivered. Total cost $6750.

We had 2 other companies try to find this leak with no success Aaron stopped by the day after we initially called and 3 men were at our house later that week. They worked for 7 hours and were finally able to track down the problem. They even water tested it to be sure. I would definitely recommend them and will use this company for any roofing needs we may have

I can't remember when I have felt this satisfied with a project. After I called the company for an estimate, Matt got in touch with me the next day. We set up an appointment and he spent a lot of time with me, explaining all that was involved in acquiring a new roof. He climbed around on the roof a long time and came back with the quote you see above, which was lower than his original estimate. The work began the week end after I signed the contract. His team worked quickly and were extremely cordial. Matt stopped in and called several times to make sure I was happy and the work was progressing. The finished roof is absolutely beautiful. There were no hidden charges. Matt was exceptional in his concern for my understanding and satisfaction. Everyone connected with this project was great. I would hire Matt and his crew again in a minute.

The repairman was right on time, he did a temporary patch to prevent any further damage. He told us we would be contacted by the dispatcher to complete the job. About two weeks later, they called and said they would be out on Monday. The repairman was right on time again, the repair was completed and we haven't had any further problems. They were very professional and we would diffidently use them in the future and recommend them to our friends. My only complaint is that we were not aware that no matter how small the repair, there was a $500 minimum charge. If I had known that in the beginning, we may have shopped around a little more. I feel Angie's list has become like Group-on, in the past when you were in need of a particular service, you logged on and entered that service ie; plumbing, painting, car repair. There was a list of trusted professional's in your area who your neighbors had done business with and wrote reviews regarding they're experience. Now when you log-on it's a list of Group-on like deals from businesses in your area, it could be just me, but I preferred the previous format. I bought one of these deals only to find out after my purchase that the roofing company had a minimum charge.

When a tree damaged my rear roof and gutter I was able to get quick assistance from Roof Roof. Matt came out to my property on a Saturday morning and assisted my claims adjuster in determining the extent of the damage. Once the claim was processed I received a lot of help with scheduling the repairs from Alison. She made sure to fit me into their busy schedule with little waiting on my part and answered any of my concerns. The workers came out to fix the roof and were very nice and professional. They made sure to clean up all the debris and nails left over from the work and the repair looks great! The following day they arrived to replace the gutter and were able to complete this quickly and cleanly. They even pointed out some shortcomings of how my older gutter was installed so I can avoid unnecessary water damage in the future. Thanks!

Called around 10:00 in the morning. They came out and completed the job before 1:00 pm the same day! They were professional and repaired the minor damage and touched up a few nails that were not sealed by the builder. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

They did a great job. The guy next door noticed how good he did, and he is using them as well!

Everything went great. I had called another roofer twice to get to come out and fix a leak. They kept saying they would call back and schedule a time, which they didn't. I saw a special for a roof check-up on Angie's List using Roof Roof and purchased it. They were out quickly and fixed the problem along with the check-up.

Matt was on time and very helpful and polite. Will use this company in the future for my roofing needs!
