Excellent work and price, the crew was polite and work was done quickly. The only small gripe is clean up could have been a bit better. I know it's **** ** roofing but nails are tough on mowers and car tires. Overall I would go with them again.

Roof Roof did a great job. The company responded quickly to our service request. Instead of just putting a bandaid fix on the issue, they took the time to find the underlying issue causing the nail pops. Within a week they came out to fix the underlying issue and a couple of missing shingles. Prices were competitive.

They are also go by Findley Roofing. The work was okay. You have to watch them as far as the details. They tried to tell me that the last shingle on the peak always has exposed nails with caulk over the nail heads. I don't think so... Left gaps on the flashing around the chimney, they came back and added more caulk. Forgot to put two pieces of drip edge on in the back corner??? They came back and fixed. Pieces of old shingles hanging out from under the gutters, they came back. I had to clean up back porch first night to not step on nails. First day they were on the roof until 9:30 at night then back in the morning at 6:30. The crew threw their bones from lunch in my bushes, my dog found them. All in all I would not recommend them.

Purchased a roof inspection and was told everything looked fine. 2 weeks later massive amounts of water starting leaking thru the roof as brown watermarks started appearing in our two story great room. Kind of a coincidence huh? I called Roof Roof back on a Wednesday to take care of this new issue and had an appointment set for 9am Thursday morning. No call and no show. I called them back at 11 and they said they double booked and had no way to contact me. We then rescheduled for later that day. No one showed up or called me again. I called back Friday am and they were surprised no one called me. They said Matt would call me right away. Again no show or no call Friday / Saturday or Sunday. I called back Monday morning and again operator was surprised Matt did not call me. I asked for his supervisors phone number and was told they could not give me this information. I finally received a call back from Matt who was apologetic. He came out the next day and identified the issue and quoted $900 to repair the leak. I found the quote to be outrageous and have had another roofing company come out and got the repair done along with another roof issue that was brought to their attention for $260. I will never use this company again and will advise people to stay away.

Had a sunken in area in roof and was getting several quotes for repairing it. Sean Mowery came out and inspected the roof. He gave an estimate for repair but convinced me to get my insurance inspector out to look at it. Sean and I met the insurance agent and Sean went up on the roof (12/12 slope) with him to show him the damages. I was skeptical as it had been inspected a couple of years before by my insurance inspector and it was a no-go at that time. Sean even warned me that it could go either way but the end result was a new roof! Sean was very knowledgeable and very responsive to any inquiries that I had. As I have thick zoysia grass, he suggested that I get it cut just prior to the installation and warned me that the guys do a good job at clean up but there could be a stray nail or two left in the grass. The roofing crew were very professional and did an excellent job. As Sean stated, they also cleaned up very well before they left. We just recently had a very hard rainfall and all is well inside the house. Very happy with the job and will recommend Roof Roof (Findlay Roofing) to anyone needing this service. Thanks Sean! I would not have a new roof today without your help.

Roof Roof came out initially and would not give me an idea of price until I purchased the $50 deal to get $100 off. There was discussion of I may need new gutter or may can use what I have. Guy would determine onsite. I should have known it was a scam then. The lady that set up the initial visit had recommended I purchase one of the deals but recommended I get an idea of big or small job. I knew this was a small job so I bought the $50 deal. Roof Roof came back out and determined it was $495 which included the $100 off from the "deal". When I said go ahead but reminded them that it would be less if they reused my gutters he said no, $495 was their min charge. Never had this been mentioned to date by front office or guy that came out. So I never needed to purchase the $50 deal, my repairs were never going to exceed their min of $495. So I feel vested at this point in just getting this done and proceed. Guy "fixes" leak. It rains that day and roof leaks again. Takes them more than 2 weeks to repair it properly after much pestering. Someone even called to see how good the repair was, I said it was not repaired and they continued asking me about the service - I had to stop them and say again it is not repaired before they would listen. So now it is 2/22/15. I never get an invoice on work and am waiting to see if it rains again and is truly fixed. I get an invoice in mail three weeks later that says I am more than 30 days past due. I was going to write a check when I got back from a work conference knowing I am not 30 days overdue but during that time I get a snippy voice mail about my past due account and I need to call immediately to resolve. This doesn't impress me at all so I will tend to the invoice when I get back from a family medical emergency still knowing I AM NOT 30 days past due. I get a letter marked 3/25/2016 stating my account is seriously delinquent, my warranty is now voided and if I don't pay by 4/4 I will have to pay for their attorney to put a lien on my property min $850. This is not how a good, quality company does business or collects payments. I would stay away from Rook Roof as well as the company they do business under as Findlay Roofing. I will never use them again and will never recommend them. I should have pulled the plug when I got a bad feeling about them and called it a $50 loss for purchasing the "deal".

I had previously written a "not so good" review for this company when we needed a small roof repair done and we could not get any response from their rep. He wouldn't return our calls and when we called him back numerous times he promised to be here and never showed. We had used this company about a year prior and they did more than excellent work, we had recommended them highly to one and all and will again now . We received a call from Mike after our "not so good" review, he apologized and told me the problem has been solved. In retrospect I should of called the office when we got no where with the rep. but thinking he represented the company so well the first time it didn't occur to me to do that. As I said before, the original work done at our house was top notch and we are very pleased with that and also appreciate the call of apology.

They did a outstanding job! The clean up was perfect .

Called on the weekend to get a free estimate for some wind damage to the roof. Was called back on Monday morning about scheduling the estimate time. Person arrived for the estimate on time and was professional and gave a detailed quote including pictures. Appointment was scheduled for later that week once the contract was signed. Guys arrived during the window and were professional with us. Repaired the roof quickly and repair appears good. Brought us out to show us once they were done and cleaned up after themselves. Was called the following week to check on quality. Would use them again. One note for others, check here and their website for coupons and make sure to present them prior to signing the estimate contract. I neglected to do this and there was a $50 off coupon I found later on their website. I didn't ding their price grade because it was my own fault for not looking first and it very clearly says on their website that they must be presented prior to signing of contract.

Requested quote from Supplier and response was quick. Received excellent customer service and follow-up after the sale. The crew was very professional and diligent in their work...clean-up was on the mark! I am happy with the work that was performed and would use Roof Roof c/o Findlay Roofing again.

Very friendly, clean cut, well prepared, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic representative. Just performed the tune up, and did not try to stick me with extras. I recommend this service.

They originally were supposed to do a roof inspection and minor repairs. They went on the roof but didn't do any minor repairs but gave me an estimate for some more repairs. I thought most repairs had been covered under the roof maintenance deal that they had planned. When I questioned that, they came back out and did the minor repairs. I gave them a C for the lack of communication. When they did come out, they were prompt and professional but they didn't follow up with me. The price was an A, the $49 wasn't that expensive. I didn't go on the roof, it is too high and too steep. They were responsive because when I sent an email questioning, they emailed me back that same day. They were on time.

Quick professional response with onsite visit and estimate of roof replacement. Scheduled work according to my timeframe. Work crew was punctual and showed up each day at 8am and worked till dark. Work was completed in two and a half days and the workers were excellent in cleaning up all the old roofing materials and nails. New roof looks great. I would definitely recommend this company to others needing a new roof.

My back porch roof was leaking horribly and I also had a leak in the upstairs master bath. Matt came out, was on time and very knowledgeable .He didn't just look at the areas I complained about, he walked around the lower roof and checked it out well. He actually found another leak on the lower main roof I didn't even know I had. He also basically checked all the flashing out as well. He did check the attic area and found that the previous roofer (before I bought the house) had failed to re install 2 vents up there, one of which was the source of the leak in the upstairs bathroom. He had samples of the roof materials I had a choice of and answered all questions I had. He gave me enough information for me to make an informed decision on what to go with for the back porch. Contract was e mailed to me with an estimate based on what they knew had to be replaced, ie any wood sheeting under the shingles etc would be extra since obviously they could not know what was bad until they tore it apart. He did inform me they were a bit behind. So I waited for them to call.......... a month went by and just as I was about to call them, they called me. They informed me that they had changed software and apparently my contract slipped through the cracks as it were, and suddenly realized they hadn't been out here. I hadn't called them because I knew they were backed up and I was patient up until they called. I was quite annoyed (to say the least). They were extremely apologetic, and wanted to make it up to me so they threw in the 22 sheets of wood they had to replace for free. (comes out to about $500 or so) I felt that was adequate compensation for my wait. They came with a full crew and were punctual. They seemed to know what to do and did it. The area that required shingles; they matched them the best they could. Like I said they replaced 22 sheets of wood, so was a good sized job. They did it in one day. They cleaned up the mess well and the roof looked really nice. Vents were installed well. The only problem was they had to take down the TV satellite antenna to do the roof and then reinstall it. Even though they put it back in the exact same spot, the angle was off and no TV reception. They really did try very hard to get it right, and I give them credit for that. Just a necessary evil if you want the roof done right. But still had to have DISH come out and realign it. DISH told me to just plan on calling anytime I have a roof done because it just never gets put back right anyway, no matter who does the roof. The back porch roof was a rolled roof and needed warm temp to be installed, it got quite cold right after the installation and it did start to ripple in the mornings and then smooth out in the afternoon. I called Matt about this, he came right out to check it and told me what the problem . He said to give it some more time, the weather will be warmer this week and if it still continues to act up after a couple weeks he would have them come out and roll the roof to make it behave. If that still didn't work he had another plan.

This provider came out to do the $49 for a Roof Tune-Up that I purchased through Angie's List. Matthew was extremely professional and on-time. He did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would absolutely, positively, never in my wildest dreams recommend them to anybody, ever. They are number one on the web page as a major advertiser. Therefore we also are not renewing Angie's List because of that. We had a roof leak that they did not follow through because it was one month out of the guaranteed period, even though you could tell the problem had been a problem for quite some time. I think it is a national chain. My contact was Matt Chaney. I guess their pricing was in with everybody else. They come out and talk a good game, but don't ever do anything. What they could have done better would be to fix my roof.

He called beforehand, showed up on time, quickly provided the service, and gave me his business card if anything else went wrong. He spoke to me with respect, took pictures of the leak source culprit, and I haven't had any more problems even after two rain storms.

They arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. The ridge vent needed caulking and I was advised to watch during the next few rains to see if this stopped the leak. I received a reasonable quote to replace the ridge vent with a better quality one, but there was no pressure. There was no additional charge even though he spent a good bit of time on the roof. I would definitely contact them again for any roofing issues.

This was a big deal purchase and the roof has not leaked again since the work was done. I requested to the contractor to not send any subcontractors out to do this work and he did -- and they didn't speak English. My advice to this company is to speak English. I think they did adequate work as far as roofing, I just don't appreciate subcontractors. It was a fair price, I guess. They were darn quick to come out and give an estimate; it only took them two days. Getting around to do the job was a C.

very punctual, very professional. Work done while we were out of town and I felt very comfortable leaving them alone at our house. Very reasonable price.

Caulked all the roof vent pipes, walked theentire roof and corrected any small problems. Said my roof has many years left and the vent penetrations was the problem. Very prompt and friendly. Would defiantlycall him back in the future,

They could not find where the leak was coming from. They were a little disappointed. He spent 5 minutes on the roof and he looked around. He told me I needed to have a hole in my wall to see where the water was coming from. They're very pleasant but they couldn't find where the leak was coming from. I wasn't really happy with that. He was punctual.

inspection was quick, through, identified problem, showed me pictures, also gave me a rough estimate remaining life of roof and replacement cost. A couple days later, they replaced the ridge vent on part of the roof.
