Description of Work: He examined the roof thoroughly. I appreciated that he climbed inside and walked across the ceiling beams and inspected an area of concern that I had. It was not a sales pitch, but a thorough exam of our roof. The best we have had done so far.

Description of Work: Fixed roof leaks around pipes leading into the house. Also fixed an area where there was no vinyl siding under the garage roof. We didn't have to be home when the work was completed and have had no issues since they completed there services.

Description of Work: Replaced 1/4 of my manufactured homes' roof and sub-roofing material. Also, removed 5" rain gutter (partially knocked off by broken tree branch) and replaced it with new 64 ft. long X 6 inch rain gutter. Excellent work and friendly, experienced work crew.

Description of Work: Replaced roof on 73-year-old-house with Landmark architectural shingles. Replaced and raised the roof over attic bathroom extension and covered it with EPDM rubber. Sided the bathroom addition,installed two double-hung windows, and repaired and re-sided one end of house with Smartsiding. Rainy summer notwithstanding, the roofing job was done in a timely manner. Carpentry took longer because of irregularities in original structure, but work was completed satisfactorily.
