Description of Work: Three men for three hours moved furniture from off our hardwood floors to two carpeted bedrooms and garage. They were fast, careful and courteous!

Description of Work: Moved a piano and several other very heavy pieces of furniture approximately 25 miles. There were four men. They wrapped everything in blankets secured with elastic bands and were very diligent about protecting furniture, walls, door facings, and flooring. They helped us place the furniture in the new location and gave us time to clean a couple of pieces and place protective cups under the piano. They were personable and seemed to enjoy their work. Phone calls were returned promptly. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: Local move... Took great care of furniture by wrapping each piece in a moving blanket before putting it on the truck. Guys were courteous hardworking. This is my 4th move in the past 10 years and we will not use anyone else moving forward.

Description of Work: It was a very good experience, the best moving experience we have ever had and we have moved four times in the last six years. They kept in touch every step of the way and I would recommend them highly. would rate them a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best. Thanks Hardy to you and your Crew.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend this company. They deserve an A++ | |It all began when two people came to my home to assess the scope of the move and explain their services. They were very friendly and professional, but they also had a lot of practical experience in moving to share. It didn't phase them in the least when I showed them our old |2-story house with its high staircase and told them we would be moving many household items from the barn and a second outbuilding. | |When they sent me their quote for the move, they also provided information on insurance coverage, plus a list of videos from YouTube to guide us in doing the packing. I had told them we had lived in the same house for thirty years, and this was like a new scene for us. | |My husband became confined to the hospital with a serious medical crisis three weeks before moving day, so I had to recruit family and friends to help with packing. | |Moving Day came and the truck and three-person crew reported right on time and immediately got to work. They did such a great job that everything was loaded and ready to go to the new house according to plan. There was a dresser leg that became unglued from old age, but the lead person had Gorilla glue on the truck and repaired it right on the spot. | |They unloaded everything in the new house, and were willing to place furniture in different spots to see if I liked it. I was so surprised when they came back at the end of the day and asked if I needed any more help with furniture placement. Service indeed beyond the call of duty!!!! | |The cost of the move was within the estimate, and seemed reasonable considering the hard work, professionalism, and support they went out of their way to provide. | | | | |Two weeks after the move, they sent an E-mail asking if there was anything further up and told them they had done a great job, and nothing more was needed. | |

Description of Work: called this co.because of the great reviews owners came asked questions they were very nice said they would email the price in a day or two this was tues march 5 today is march 17 still waiting

Description of Work: This company was priced well and the workers did a great job. Unfortunately they lost my husbands back pack which contained his brand new digital camera, all our digital photos, the case, camera accessories. One worker came on his own to look through our storage unit but did not find it. When we filed a claim we were told they would pay us 10 cents a pound for a camera that cost over $3000 excluding the accessories. We found it strange that there was not sufficient insurance coverage and also that only one back pack with about $5000 worth of camera equipment showed up missing in a move that was less than 10 miles from point A to point B. The hardest part is we've lost all those family photos on the digital cards. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
