The move went perfectly. It was long distance between Florida and South Carolina with a side trip to pick up an antique grandfather clock. The crew was very professional and courteous. Excellent communication at all phases of the move.

It went very very well. This was our fourth move in 8 years so I have recent experience with other reputable movers in Greenville, but this was hands down our best experience. Rodney’s crew-James, Daniel, and I’m sorry I don’t remember the other two gentlemen’s names. They were all very friendly and professional. Detail oriented and wrapped every single piece in blankets and taped it. Not once in the 9 hour day did I see anyone “slacking”. They were motivated and there to get the job done right. I just can’t say enough good things about them. HIGHLY recommend!

Our two experiences with HD Auston were both fantastic. The first move was from an upstairs apartment into a ground level home. The guys worked so fast in spite of the double staircase and in both moves they were finished so fast and with absolutely no damage to our belongings or residence. We will use them for any move we make in the future!

Move from an old office to a storage warehouse was completed in a timely fashion.

Johnnie and AJ moved us across town from our apartment to our house. This was a pleasant move made possible by Johnnie and AJ. They were professional and very helpful. A different company had previously placed boxes in the the wrong rooms and wrong floors even though they were clearly labeled. Johnnie and AJ volunteered to carry the boxes to the correct rooms. They also straightened our bonus room by clearing a pathway. We really wish we had hired HD Auston to begin with.

This was by far the easiest and smoothest move I have done and I am a retired military member so I have moved a great deal. The gentlemen that moved me were both professional and efficient.

Movers arrived on time, worked steadily even though it was extremely hot. They were very professional and even swept out the truck for us.

The team of four arrived on time. I needed them to move a very heavy item from my garage to a room in our home. They quickly figured out the logistics of moving and placing the item without mishap or damage. The whole job took less than one hour. And I was very pleased with the service results. How did it go:? Perfect. If you are looking for the very best moving company in the Greenville SC/Upstate area HD Auston Moving Systems is unequivocally the one to choose. A few years ago I needed a moving company to bring a handmade desk my father had built from my house in TR to my house in the Triangle (NC). I looked up movers in Greenville on Angie's List and found the Auston Company which seemed to fit my needs. We made arrangements for the desk to be picked up and brought here. Everything went smoothly and Daddy's desk sits proudly in the front hall. I am now in the process of bringing the furniture from TR to Durham in stages (for personal reasons I do not want to do it all at once) The first stage was to get the huge collection of books and a few months later move on to the furniture. While I was in TR to arrange the moving stages I went to the Auston's Office in Greenville to talk over options etc, and to meet them, as in the previous move (desk) I had had a series of wonderful conversations with them on the phone. We had a very pleasant chat while making the plans to get the books up to NC , with gradual followups over time for the rest of the furniture and other items in the TR house. Shortly after my return to NC the books were picked up in TR and the next day just as promised, forty boxes arrived and were neatly stacked in the upstairs room where they will stay as I slowly unpack them . The Austons sent a crew of three people to deliver and unload. They were very friendly and did everything efficiently and competently, and did not once complain about having to haul forty boxes of hardback books from the rain outside up to the second floor. The next stages will follow in due time - I am trying not to empty the house all at once, it's where I grew up , so there is a nostalgia factor. I told the Austons repeatedly how glad and relieved I am to have found them. They made the whole process so easy and worry free for me, and they will be there for me when the next stages come. There was not a single problem with the desk or the books, nor will there be with the remaining contents of the TR house. The Auston company is reliable, trustworthy, totally competent and they know the ins and outs. All personnel top to bottom are wonderful. While moving can cost a lot of money especially when long distance is involved, I was very pleasantly surprised when they handed me the final bill. I can assure you with great confidence that your search for a moving company can stop right here, with the Austons.

pretty good. some communication issues with the actual moving crew - not at all with the head office. they are extremely focused and just do their own thing; absolutely no chit-chat, but rapid, skilled prep & moving of the piano. the price seems high, but then it's 1) one precious item; 4 men for 3 hours minimum [ for my move] and this is a super-heavy, awkward piece.

The move could not have gone smoother! I had a very difficult time finding any company that would pick up and deliver a small load within the state of SC. Not only was Auston Moving willing to do the job, they offered the best value for doing so. They showed up exactly when they said they would, wrapped the pieces and carried them out of my house carefully and efficiently. The furniture arrived at my daughter's house exactly when they said it would and was placed where she wanted. We are two women with incredibly high standards and expectations and Auston Moving exceeded every expectation. On top of that, they responded to every phone call and sent all requested information by email in a very timely fashion. They are reliable, pleasant, and very honorable family owned business. I feel fortunate to have worked with them.
