The quote was for $840 for a local move, three miles away. They didn?t have to do the packing. All they had to do was loading it and unloading it. I didn?t go with them because of the price. They were very good, though. They were very professional, very nice, and very businesslike. Based on the pricing, I will not use this company again in the future.

I called HD Auston Moving Systems to get a quote on moving me. Mr. Auston was very professional from the start. He was more than willing to help me in my situation, house closing delay. They loaded my belongings that morning in about an hour. Then, they waited until the afternoon after I closed on my house to deliver. Most moving companies would not have done this. The three gentlemen that moved me were OUTSTANDING! No complaints!

Owners came out and gave an estimate and answered all our questions, gave a written estimate and follow-up up with a phone call. Very friendly and professional. I was orgainzed and ready to go as per their instuction sheet and it made things a lot easier for everyone. Movers showed up on time, were friendly, polite, respectful and did a great job in less time than estimated which was wonderful. They made sure all breakables were wrapped and protected and we had no breakage, they re-arranged a couple pieces for my mom because she couldn't make up her mind where she wanted them. On the drive over, I noticed one of the movers had all our lampshades in his lap even though there was plenty of room in the back of the truck. The shades were old and it wouldn't have mattered but that fact that he cared enough to make sure they didn't get damaged was very much appreciated. I would recommend to anyone 100%.

The job was to move our former student's apartment contents, which were self storage, to her new apartment in another city. I was quoted an all inclusive hourly rate, which was reasonable. I asked for, and was given, a rate + ?not to exceed cost?; after the owner met me at the storage place to clarity the amount of furniture and the mileage to her new location. They called the night before the move to confirm the appointment, which I appreciated. On moving day the 2 men were on time, courteous, and efficient. They wrapped things carefully and securely. The trip and unload on the other end was just as uneventful. The move went faster than expected, my final price was less than the max, and nothing was broken.

Although the movers were about an hour and some change late, they were very efficient and professional. We boxed everything up before hand and actually moved the little stuff ourselves. They moved 2 large entertainment centers, 2 lcd tvs, 2 queen size bedroom sets, 3 couches, 2 chairs, 2 desks, 3 dressers, among others. It took approximately 3 hours total to move everything and they weren't done until they set everything up for us. They disassembled the beds and re-assembled them at the house. It was the best 400 dollars spent because most of the heavy pieces had to be carried upstairs. There was no damage to any piece of furniture.

The company sent three movers to load, move, and unload in one day. The service was great from start to finish. From the original contact to a follow up call from the owner to verify that the move had been good. The movers worked fast and came in about an hour and a half shorter than was originally estimated, saving me money on the original quote. The work was quick, professional, more than anticipated.
