They came out to my home to give me a quote for the work I needed done. I had bought a Big Deal for $400 worth of tree trimming service, but they said that it would be $600 for the work. They told me it would take only 2 hours to complete the work, which seemed pretty quick for such a high quote.

The service worked our really well. We have a rental property, and we had some trees hanging over the driveway, so the gentleman came out and cut them down. It was great. There were no additional charges. We did talk about some future work though. The price of the big deal was great. He was a very nice young man.

Oscar and his crew just left my home after completing the work I contracted them to perform and I'm very pleased with the whole experience. I initially puchased a Big Deal off of Angies List. After communicating with the owner of Fuller Land and Tree (Josh) and his wife (Deborah) on several occassions, the work was scheduled. Oscar and his crew arrived approximately 45 minutes early today which was fine for me, but something unexpected came up and I wasn't quite ready for them. When I explained and asked him to give me a few minutes, he politely said it wasn't a problem. We started out by walking the yard and thoroughly discussed the trees that I needed trimmed. Oscar provided me his professional opinion when asked, we agreed on the priority of work to perform (as I knew it was more than could be accomplished under the Big Deal) and the team went to work. When the initial work under the Big Deal was complete, I chose to have them continue with additional tree trimming for an additional agreed upon fee. Overall I found the experience and end result to be very good. Everyone involved was accomodating, professional and easy to work with. We've discussed additional work that I need performed and I hope to be able to contract them again when I am able to. A big thanks to Josh, Deborah, Oscar and the whole crew. I appreciate the results.

It went very well. The crew was very professional.

We were supposed to hear from them in 2-3 weeks, and it has been 5-6 weeks now and we have not heard a thing. we did not call them because we feel it is their responsibility, as professionals, to respond to their customers. At this point, we would definitely not hire them because if a phone call can't be returned, the provider might not show up to work either. This has been our finding in the past.

They did a wonderful job. The weather was bad and they stayed in touch. I would use them again.

I contacted Josh to get a quote but for reasons not related to him I gave the job to another provider before he got a chance to bid. When Josh called me (on a Sunday!) to get my address I felt bad breaking the news that I'd already given the job to somebody else. Not only did he graciously accept that news, but he followed up with a kind email just thanking me for the contact. I'm keeping his contact information in my phone and he'll be one of the first I call next time.

Josh Fuller is delightful, full of ideas and eager to help. We are discussing my plan and look forward to hiring him to do a $6,000-8,000.00 job at my home. He has gone above and beyond to get the plan I want.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. They walked around the property and did an initial assessment. The next day one of the workers came back and talked to me again and then they brought me a plan.

Provider called & scheduled consultation. Then called again, busy, need to reschedule consultation. Then Called yet again, needs to go out of town & won't return for several weeks. Who does business like this? No provider I would use. Refund kindly.

They were fine and nice. I had two trees that needed the limbs trimmed. I did not want them hanging over the roof and they were very tall trees. This company also cleaned up well and I was very pleased.

They came and performed the work discussed, and we made arrangements to hire them to come and do additional work.

That service was fine. A week ago they took down a big tree and trimmed a couple. At least 4 came out and they stayed for about 3-4 hours. They did a good job and did what they said they were going to do. They also cleaned up well.

The day of the appointment I explained what I wanted--I have a side of my yard where my neighbors English ivy is taking over. I needed all the ivy removed to the lot line. Ivy is nasty stuff with multiple root systems that need to be yanked out fully to stop it. They worked hard, and in three hours they did a fantastic job of cleaning the area and leaving a clean, mulched area. They exceeded my expectations--the area looked wonderful, and exceedingly clean. They went everywhere the ivy went and didn't cut corners on quality. It was as if it had never been there.|As the job was nearling conclusion, it was clear they wouldn't quite finish in the time alloted; I offerend to pay an extra 1/2 hour to complate. They finished the area up, and didn't change me for the extra time which indicates the character of this young man and his crew.| His regular rate seems a bit high, I wouldn't hesitate to call him and talk about any future jobs to get his best bid.

My experience has gone very well so far. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in his field. I am looking forward to having him complete the service for me.

Josh and 3 workers dealt professionally with a steep lot and wet conditions. Josh is a climber and he took down several larger trees safely and efficiently. He is a stickler for details and he offered advice, when requested, which turned out to be extremely accurate and helpful. When he left: our lot was cleared, dead limbs and debris were removed, trees and limbs up to approximately 10 inches were chipped and the chips were spread evenly where they would do the most good. I especially liked their attention to detail and the fact that they did very little damage to our existing lawn or driveway. All this was done at a fair price and within the specified time allotted. I have already hired Fuller Land and Tree for another project.

The service providers were very professional and competent

From A to Z everything went great- they listened and then accomplished everything including cleanup afterwards, I am planning to use them in late winter for more work and have told neighbors, also.

An excellent experience. Josh and his crew are prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Did a great job on the tree removal, pruning and subsequent clean-up. Offered helpful advice with no pressure to include any additional work. They display a lot of pride in what they do; very focused on customer satisfaction and quality results. Will definitely use them again.

I thought they were fairly good. They did have to cancel a couple of times so scheduling was a real issue. They didn’t necessarily cut down exactly what we wanted to but when we told them that, they did come back and did what we needed. There were a few bumps but it was good. I paid an additional amount for the service. They were good at what they did.
